My insurance recommended Benjamin's Auto Body after my car was backed into. They did a great job! The car looks BRAND NEW. There was damage on the bumper from a previous rear end and some from this accident as well. I don't have before pictures of that one, but they totally replaced the bumper as well! I'm no longer embarrassed to drive the car. The girls working there were super informative and helpful, and they had no problem answering my questions/multiple calls. I couldn't be more thankful as I'm someone that has never dealt with insurance/shops before. They were able to take my car earlier then expected, and it took only two weeks to be finished. I am forever grateful the process was so easy.

Excellent service, timing of expected outcome, and follow up/ communication from the office to keep me up to date. Their pricing was very competitive. I went there for a quote from a friends recommendation and an happy to have listened to their advice.

I originally chose Benjamin s autobody because if it s close proximity to my work. I took my truck in to have some bodywork done from an insurance claim.I could not be happier with their customer service and the clean and friendly environment.My truck looks great too!Quality business all around!

Once they they their money they dont care about your vehicle. 3 different things wrong with my brand new car that .. in their words "happened after" they fixed it. Crooks. You couldn't pay me to go there again.

I HIGHLY recommend Benjamin s Auto Body!! They went out of their way to get my car in to be fixed quickly even though they are extremely busy; not to mention them going above and BEYOND with the car once they were working on it!!! They fixed each little scratch or ding on my car and they didn t have to, and they also went out of their way to change at no charge some electrical part that had malfunctioned with my push to start car. I also loved how they always had fresh fruit for everyone to snack on every time I went into the office!! Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Benjamin's Auto Body was fantastic. It's jarring to be in an accident and having to deal with the expense and (mild) trauma of car repair. From the moment that I stepped in the door I felt that I was in very good hands. My sole contact was Ketra-who was both helpful and considerate. Despite a tremendous backlog, they were able to squeeze me in and deliver an incredible finished product in a timely manner. Every detail was considered and I truly believe that my car was in much better shape than ever before. Benjamin's Auto Body is awesome!!! Their repair specialists do great repair work and they have awesome office staff. The owner, Benjamin is an awesome person too!!! I had my Toyota fixed there several years ago, and had my Chevy Silverado just recently fixed. If you are looking for a great body shop, this is the place.

The latch on my door which we replaced a couple of times and was told by the same shop it was going to be another 200.00 I took my car to his shop he adjusted the door and fix the latch no charge me and my husband were really blessed by his kindness. It's hard to find honest people theses days I highly recommend his body shop.

Benjamin s Auto Body was so nice to us when we brought a family vehicle in! Benjamin was kind and compassionate, when they went to deliver the car back because we didn t have anyone that could pick it up! They dropped it off! They were concerned about a family member who had been sick, if they were ok, called me to make sure things were ok! Now I can guarantee you, you don t get people like this anymore! The car looked brand new! The ladies at the desk were so kind, and there efforts on making sure my family member was ok topped the cake! Thank you for being so kind, friendly, accommodating specially in such a difficult time! Thank you! You guys rock!

I do not suggest you take your vehicle to this shop unless you want to deal with corruption. They broke my key FOB and are refusing to replace it; I can't prove it because who takes a picture of their key FOB before they turn in a vehicle to a repair shop? I suggest everyone after this frustrating experience. They are dishonest to the highest degree.Service: Body & Trim

I recently dropped of my Subaru Outback for some bodywork and I am beyond impressed with the service at Benjamin Auto Body. For starters, they held on to my vehicle for an extra week while I was out of town and when I returned, my car was parked right in front of the shop. They replaced a headlight bulb for my while the front bumper was off to save me a huge hassle and the icing on the cake, when I pick up my car it was fully detailed. This was probably hardest part of the whole job. The dog hair in there was insane and now it feels like I just drove it off the lot. I am a Tahoe resident, so it's a ways for me to get down to Reno for this work but after the service and quality of repair I would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks for the great job.

My experience here was the best I've ever had-hands down they are the best. Extremely friendly, helpful professional, and prompt. It was done on time, and very well. My car literally feels like it did when i first got it. They even cleaned out the inside, outside and vacuumed it out. On top of it, they added a cute little token/button to my key ring. They are simply wonderful I'm so glad I went through them. Highly recommended.

Customer service is horrid and extremely rude, front office personnel think they are the owners and talk down to people now that they are in a busy season but when they are not they are sure to over charge to make up for losses of their poorly structured business model. I just had work on my 2011 Subaru Outback done at Benjamin's Auto body. I can't express how well it went. Not only did he complete the work on my back fender which wraps around and under the hatchback but the complicated paint job was matched to perfection and he also spot painted the nicks that I had on the front of the car. When I picked up the car he had had it detailed including the upholstery which my dogs had really done a job on. I would return only to Ben any time I might need work done on my car, inside or out. He is THE BEST and I highly recommend his work to anyone.

My 2016 Charger was involved in a hit and run accident towards the end of February and my insurance company recommended Benjamin's Auto Body. I am skeptical about auto shops; however, if I could rate this shop higher I would. Not only was my car completely fixed of the nasty dents, they went the extra mile of washing, waxing, and a vacuum of the interior when I picked it up. I am not sure if other shops do this but after business hours they move all of the cars in their parking lot into the garage as an added security measure and that is hands down a great business practice. I definitely recommend Benjamin's Auto Body!

These guys are the best auto body shop in town. I have had at least three repairs required on my Ford Edge (not all my fault) and we just wanted to get my husbands camper shell repainted. Each and every time the folks at Benjamins' Auto Body exceeded my expectations. They do excellent work, clean and repair little scratches that might not have been in the original quote and they stay within budget. Ben is personable, very considerate, and goes beyond the basics to make sure everything is done right. When I first got a quote from Benjamin's I was concerned they were a little more expensive than a competitor. I regret that decision immensely. That company made numerous mistakes and I regret being driven solely by price. Go for quality. Do not hesitate to use Ben and Benjamin's Autobody anytime and every time.

Used to be a great place with a great reputation. NOT ANYMORE. Typical "auto-crooks" now. Benjamin will suggest that you have something fixed, proceed to tell you he fixed it, charge you for it, and then you'll find out he charged you for something that was installed incorrectly, doing more damage to your car than before you brought it in! I had several other mechanics look at the issue. All of them said the same thing: the parts installed were installed incorrectly, forced on, making it dangerous to drive. Benjamin will get aggressive towards anyone who disagrees with him when they call him out on this, even when he knows he's in the wrong. With that said, Benjamin if you read this and you don't like it......BRING IT, MATE! ;-)

Worst experience ever!! I had to have my car repaired after hitting an animal. After picking up the car, some money and a key I left in the ashtray were missing. When I went back and confronted them, the first thing Benjamin did is point to the sign that states they are not responsible for items left in the car like it is a license to steal whatever you forget, the novelty key that was easily described was located after speaking with the employee in his native tongue, and I advised them it did not fit my house. He claims the key was in the car however I tore that car apart & that key was not in it. The windows were "cleaned" with a dirty cloth and there were guts left on the hood and mirror so I had to take the "detailed" car to the car wash and rewash it myself. The final straw is less than 2 weeks after the bumper was replaced, while wiping the car down with a towel, the bumper actually moved!! it is not securely fastened to the car!! UNBELIEVABLE.

Ben runs, in my opinion, the best auto body shop in Northern Nevada. I have brought my personal vehicles to them, as well as customer vehicles when i was in the auto service industry. You can't go wrong here.

They go far and above what is required.I highly recommend them!I have now used them twice and have nothing but great things to say.Recently I filed an insurance claim, and then ask them to do some touch-up, it was recommended I don't waste my money. They could have easily did the work and collect easy $$. They are honest and upfront.

Awsome place , they take care of your car like it s there own , benjamin is a great guy and easy to work with , they have done 2 of my cars and everything is perfect , the fitment on the body panels is perfect , they did a clear bra on my challenger and is super well installed .I will continue to take my cars here !

I got a lift ride back when I dropped of my wife's car. When I came picked it up I paid my deductible with no questions asked and the key was given to me I had to go out and find her car, no one walked me out and tell me what they did to it I had to go back in and asked questions about warranty and other stuff. This place has ZERO customer service after they take your money.

They went above and beyond the insurance claim that was submitted. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone. From the office staff to the technicians in the shop, they are very professional and courteous.
