Bavarian AutoHaus is the best! Two years ago, they overhauled an X3 that I had bought used, & it's run FLAWLESSLY ever since. A recent oil change/brake job, due to normal wear & tear, & again running flawlessly. I don't trust anyone else with my car (an '08 X3). Isaac & Eric are the best, & they've never tried to overcharge or trick me, being a single mom. Top notch service, top notch mechanics. Cannot recommend them enough! My car runs perfectly!

This place was so helpful in getting my needs met with my car. Brenda and the guys went above and beyond what they could do and helped me get it ready for registration, and help me get set up to have my parts covered by MB under warrenty. She dug around to find parts and info for me and the came up with a plan they worked for us all. Great team! Super friendly and flexible with my needs. I feel better knowing I have a trusted team to help me with my MB needs.

This is our first time using Bavarian Auto Haus. We have an eleven year old Mercedes that has some miles left in it and we try to maintain it properly. The local dealership has a subpar service shop, so we took the advice of several local mechanics and called Bavarian. First off, we are impressed with the clear, timely communication from Isaac, the service writer. Second, we had several things needing attention and knew it would need to stay more than a couple days, but they finished even sooner than we expected. It s a relief to know there is a dependable place we can take our Mercedes for service here in Reno.

Helped us quickly diagnose the BMW 535xi error code and he led the engine. They told us we could drive it back to Bay Area and get serviced locally. The BMW dealer would not look at for several days. Bavarian auto haus saved our ski trip to mount Rose allowing us to return home as planned. Thanks so much!!

Excellent and Knowledgeable staff! They were able to get me in on short notice and diagnose an issue with my BMW. Get the parts in that day, and fix it pretty quick.

Bavarian Auto Repair provided terrible service at an outrageously inflated cost. They charged me over three times the standard rate for simple repairs, took far too long to complete the work, and then tried to upsell unnecessary additional services. Due to the unethical business practices, lack of transparency, and poor quality of service, I cannot recommend Joe's Auto Repair to anyone. In the future, I will be sure to thoroughly research any shop online and get multiple estimates before agreeing to any auto repairs. This unfortunate experience has taught me important lessons about avoiding unscrupulous repair shops.

My engine warning light appeared on my dashboard. I called Bavarian Auto Haus. Issac was able to service my car immediately. I had my car back the next day, it's running great.

They fixed an oil pan leak on our old X3. So far so good! I could tell from chatting with the technicians that they know bmw very well. Not the lowest-cost shop but then one often gets what is paid for. Recommended!

I had a great experience using the team at Bavarian Auto Haus. My vehicle runs and steers great, it was finished on time and at a great price. I had originally taken it to another shop who had quoted me more than 3 times the amount to have the same things fixed. Not only was it fixed sooner than the other shop said it could be done, but they also did two additional repairs that the other shop missed and it still came in way less expensive. If you are looking for honest service at a more than fair price, this is where you should bring your car.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto brake replacement

Great place to get your BMW serviced or repaired everyone was super helpful and nice, they were able to squeeze me in short notice and do a job that would ve normally cost me double at a dealership. I highly recommend this shop

With Bavarian covering my back. I know I'll have a smooth ride. Bavarian Auto Haus has taken great care of me and my vehicles. My current vehicle is an x3 and they were able to repair and care like it was their own. Feels like a new car, without paying for one.A family value mechanics shop, feels like home. I really enjoyed my experience at Bavarian Auto Haus. Tony is great, and I felt that the service was really friendly and really well done. Tony really took the time to talk to me and made sure I understood the whole diagnostic and service process. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. (Let's be honest: If cheap is what you're after, a BMW wasn't a very sensible choice of vehicle for you.) I thought B.A.H. was great, and I know I will be going back to them for more care for my 2004 X5 of the E53 model generation.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Took in my BMW X3 into shop on day the same day it entered "limp mode", initially had a very good impression if shop service. The following week, I picked the car up and it was not right at all , immediately took vehicle back. Initially they defended their work and displaced it's substandard performance condition on new problems beyond what they fixed requiring more money. I then noted several inconsistencies in thier rationale and elevated my concerns to shop manager. They then went back over their work, replaced items they felt needed to be replaced at no additional charge which resulted in the vehicle performing as it should.

My 1998 Z3 Roadster 2.8l needed real help fast. I had to tow it in. I also ordered replacement fog lights. These guys got my car back on the road and looking sharp. I drove away feeling great about the car and the price was very fair.

The Staff demonstrated excellent customer service and were more than accommodating! They treated both me and my car like family, explained my specific options, compared and contrasted each option, and graciously let me process and choose :-) I very much appreciated that they were quick to get my car in and complete the services at a rate significantly lower than what I have paid at the Dealership's automotive service department! That said, the last 3 or 4 services, I have taken my Car to Balvarian and have left satisfied each occasion, with a smile on my face, and more money in my pocket!Services: Engine repair, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

TLTR: Great service, great price, fantastic communication.I have a 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman All4s. I had an engine malfunction issue and took my car to the local Mini dealership. There my car was misdiagnosed and the repairs I was told would fix my problems did not.Following this and many thousands of dollars later, I took it to Bavarian. When I arrived unannounced to schedule an appointment, the man up front at the time, Tony, came out and inspected my car and gave me a time to bring it back for a real diagnosis. After my appointment, I came to pick up my car and one of the mechanics had me drive around the block with him in the car so he could better explain the issues and problems. After this, i paid and the price was unbelievable fair.(I will not say it in fear of getting Tony in trouble)Rather then some one who does not even understand the products and services they offer, Bavarian has a certified mechanic to give the best customer service possible from the first step of the repair process. They have a staff of experts who care about fixing your product, as well as informing you as the customer of exactly what s going on. I will use Bavarian Auto Haus for as long as I own a Mini.

I ve been a Bavarian Auto Haus customer since 2002. During the past 20 years, I have always received outstanding customer service from Jeff, Eric and Tony. They take great care of both my X5 and my 325ci special needs and services. I trust their professional and expert BMW knowledge and skill. This amazing team have become my friends and I wholeheartedly recommend this shop for all BMW services. If you want good service this is the place to go thank you mark Tony and whoever else worked on my 1997 BMW thermostat was replaced along with a drive belt and everything that goes with that it runs like a charm. For a Shop that charges 165.00 per hour, I found Bavarian Auto Haus's services to be extremely underwhelming. I had 3 areas of my vehicle looked at for a problem identification (diagnostics). For the 1.5hrs they billed me for, Bavarian did a number of test that could have been very telling. However, the pictures that they took, did not display the results of the tests. For example they said they found leaks in the radiator and other systems, but did not show any proof of the tests. A photo of the leaks and there locations would have been easy to show and worth the money.In addition to the photos, Bavarian's phone system seems to have a bug that prevents you from getting through intermittently and drops calls.The bottom line is that Bavarian Auto Haus is overcharging for its services and does not provide the quality of serve it portrays.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

White glove BMW service!For over the last 13+ years Bavarian Auto Haus has babied and maintained our BMW's with care and on time. Their communication and "white glove service" is the best we have ever experienced from any BMW shop. Unlike the dealership, you are treated as a VIP customer and they only service a few cars a day. Jeff, the service consultant is always kind and excellent at explaining what your auto needs to run like new. Sure glad I scheduled appointment here for my 2011 BMW 335i. I had a feeling something was up with my coolant and turns out there was a leak. Very informative and helpful for letting me know thats what causing my coolant light to come on, and helped me set up a time to get that taken care of.
