Maybe the worst customer service I have experienced. I called for a price on a part but was put on hold immediately. As I pulled into the parking lot five minutes later my call was ended on their end. When I entered the store 3 employees were standing around playing "GRAB A$$", not appearing too busy to take my call. I tell one of the employees what I need and he comes back with only half of what I asked for. At this point, I'm getting frustrated but trying to be understanding of his abilities. Then I ask if he can help me find the correct windshield wipers. I guess that was too hard cause he just pointed to the aisle and said "They're $13 apiece." I asked him for a part number and he told me the price again. When I asked him to please help me, he said "I guess we don't sell those here." I sure hope all customers aren't treated like that.

Went in here last night for questions/help on blinker fuse issue.Turns out one of my front bulbs was loose. The 3 gentlemen working came out and looked @ fuse box, then lights.Easy fix for them. Nothing needed.EXCELLENT service & appreciated help.

The staff are very knowledgeable, understanding, patient and kind. I needed two batteries checked and possibly charged and the service was offered with a smile and all the help one could ask for. They helped me with a cart and help to and from my truck.

They had exactly what I needed and I had coupons. Workers rang me out quickly and I was on my way. Overall a great experience

Everyone was super helpful and no one was condescending. Helped me find the right wiper blades and even looked in the back for them. Installed for FREE and super friendly. wish the staff wore masks but happy i can drive to work safely!

I went here to a new tail light. I was unaware of how to change my bulb out. Gabriel was the BEST EVER 5 across the board. HE WAS AMAZING . I will be a regular at this Auto Zone FOR SURE

Great team that work here. That is a direct result of great leadership. Helpful and polite, even with those rude customers that just don't want to be helped. They have more patients that I have. Dane is a prime example of that. I watched a lady just looking for a fight and he was just there being as helpful as could be. I was behind her just rolling on how she was acting. Thanks for the great service and that most important to me

Great experience at this location. Called in prior to arriving actually in the car driving and they were able to locate and verify what I needed. They even put it on hold for me and it was at the register when I arrived. They also allowed me to use a funnel as they didn't have any paper, which I promptly returned. Overall I recommend this AutoZone over any other in Reno.

These guys are amazing! No other auto parts place in town will change out your battery for you and Mike and his staff are always cordial, personable, and beyond helpful. Best customer service of any auto parts store in all of Northern Nevada.

Had a potential bad battery. Looked up replacement to see if it was in stock. When I went in, told them my problem. Instead of just selling me the battery first, they offered to test my original battery and make sure it needed replacement. Sure enough it did and they had my battery in stock! They also, since it was easy access, replaced it for me too! Excellent customer service, very friendly and really appreciated them offering to test my battery before selling me a new one! Will use AutoZone for any of my car needs! Thank you again for the excellent help and service!

There s a guy named Javi there. His customer service is outstanding. He helped me sooo much with getting me the right stuff needed to change the oil and filter in my truck.I plan to do all my truck shopping here simply because of the service he provided.

This location was not a good experience for me. We walked into the store, there were about 5-6 guys in the back of the counter talking, didn't say one word to us. I heard one guy cussing out loud. There was not one customer in the store at this time. I asked for assistance after walking around trying to find what I was looking for, since it was a small product and so many. So, I asked for help from KC and he pointed and I asked if it was easy to locate? He said "yes" in a rude tone, like if I was an inconvenience to him. So I walked over to where he told me to find it, still couldn't find it until another associate walked over and took it off the wall for me. I WON'T return! There's a lot of other places to chose from! There's no excuse for anyone to be treated that way! I DON'T recommend going to this location!

Really pleased with the guy that helped me yesterday 01/21/20 with my battery. Very knowledgeable and went above the normal service of figuring out what was wrong with my newer battery (my post was stripped and loose, so he built a new one). To double check my new warranty exchanged battery was good, he also tested my starter and alternator. Very pleased...

General Manager is awesome! I found my self with my brakes going metal on metal an these guy helped me out so much. I will definitely be doing all my shopping for my car need in this location. I'm so grateful

Been in this store a couple of times the staff there are great very friendly and helpful would recommend this location to anyone needing do-it-yourself car parts or stuff. Hit the store again today to see what they had in the way of seat covers for my Exterra, Unfortunately they did not have the seat covers I was looking for I will be back again anyway I'm sure

The AutoZone is a conveniently located Auto Store, they seem to have everything, and if not can quickly order it for you. The Staff is generally very knowledgeable an Helpful. They actually came out and helped me locate and install an Air Conditioning Kit - I'm nice and frozen now.Try them, you'll like them

Will never purchase another item from here. First sold my husband the wrong size batteries which for his truck were over $500.00 and was rude to him when he questioned them being incorrect. Brought them home and were the wrong size. Went back store and employees could not find the correct size. Said they only had one and my husband found the other. They did not refund him the correct amount. Went back to fix the refund (owed us $45) and said sorry can't fix it. Really you owe us $45. Do not shop here.

Best customer service of any AutoZone I've ever been to. I live in Sacramento California and had to make a delivery to Reno Nevada. For my company vehicle they took care of all my needs with a smile. They were great. I only have one regret is that I forgot the names of the two gentlemen that helped me. And I have one complaint. Why did I have to drive out of state to get good service? LOL
