This is my autozone. Friendly (knowledgeable) service, great (and fair) return policy, and the employees are always willing to go the extra mile. I wish all autozones were like this.My only real issue is that the prices on stuff are far out of line with what else is available - I know that has to do with the corporation and not the store..but I would shop here a TON more if they could become more price competitive on simple things like fluids and basic tools.

I knew I needed an odb2 reader, but wasn't sure on which model to get. Clerk was very knowledgeable on all the different features that were available throughout the different price points. I got exactly what I needed at a reasonable price.Store was clean, though I didn't browse very much as i was very quickly the first in line.Definitely was an all round great experience, and I'll be back should I ever need anything.

Got a product, did not ring up under the price shown on the shelf. Worker said the whole entire area is not properly set. Went back to get another product same thing happen and same excuse and that it s been like that for awhile. They know it is messed up, but ha not do e anything in awhile. How many customers have bought products that did not ring up what it was under? False advertisement and almost criminal when they know the area is messed up but do not do anything about it. And no, can t say it s because of COVID or because of hiring shortfalls. Shame on this store.

Went here because my truck had an alternator problem, my family were on our way home and we had to get that fixed or we wouldn't make it home. One person was there and he was one of the best people I've met. His name is Seth. He helped us replace the actuator which took a while but he was dedicated to help us. We gave him a tip for helping us out and he wished us for happy travels. Best AutoZone I've been to, hands down.

I went with a male friend for a battery charger, which ended up being the wrong kind. The return was simple. It wasn't the fault of the staff that, at the time, we didn't know what questions to ask. Most were young, so I'm not confident they'd have been able to answer questions about any but common vehicles. The shelves weren't empty, but stock was low, no surprise.

I arrived early on a Tuesday morning to find out not one person showed up to work. A group of us sat in the parking lot. I left after 20 minutes to go to O'reilly across the street who unfortunately did not have what I needed by this time 30 plus minutes had pass and as I passed by once more the store was still unopened. I ended up driving down to another location 3 miles down. Much better experience there. 1 star due to lack of reliability.

I was on 11/6/2021 it was late dark my battery had died my daughter and I need to get back home to Quincy ca that s about a 2 hr drive. Victor helped us he s such a wonderful asset to Auto Zone.This man didn t have to help me but he did. Victor work on my battery for over 1/2 hr it was so corroded with battery acid that it was difficult to get out to say the least. Never once did a foul word come out of his mouth he was always polite respectful courteous I can t say enough about this man that helped us. he made me feel safe to go home and that was the important thing to me. I can t praise him enough. Thank you Victor from the bottom of my heart your an amazing person.

These guys (and girls) always treat me good! Robert is a very knowledgeable guy that always helps me out when I m having car troubles and troubleshoots it with me. He goes out of his way to help me out all the time. The last time I was in a very nice woman tested and charged my battery also! Good people and good shop

Clean well stocked auto parts store with easy access to parking from S Wells & Virginia St.The staff is friendly & ready to help its customers locate the.one or more items on their list!From batteries to both interior & exterior car maintenance, its all hear! ...and I have only scratched the surface of the total stock available.The prices I noticed all appeared to be in the moderate & affordable range. For the self mechanic to customers simply replacing a needed part, AutoZone is a great store for your auto needs.

Three times there because it's close to my job, after waiting forever, they didn't have parts that I called to get. Told yes, then no parts. The wait inline with one person working while you hear others chatting in the back makes all their service go to the category sucks! Won't give one star and will never go back! This is on Virginia, north of Plumb in Reno Nevada...oh, have to give one star to post but don't want to...

Went to get battery check on my car. Salesperson explained he was busy and I would have to wait. When he finally took the time he brought out the wrong checker and had to go back and get another one. He then tried to pry off the battery cover rather than disconnect the terminals first in order to take off explaining that he had to know the amperage listed on the battery. He then checked the battery telling me it was good. Rather than discuss the issue a little further he hurried back inside. Totally unprofessional behavior. Not sure I will be going back to that store again

Store was clean and very well stocked. Employees were dismissive, and had an attitude of you were interrupting their work flow which basically was talking to each other. One technician got on with my service request, and done. OOOOH K.

Anthony and Juan were fantastic! They helped us select the correct bulbs for our headlights and brake lights. We weren't sure how to replace them, so they did it for us. They showed us how it was done, so we can do it ourselves next time.

The Personnel are alway's helpful and friendly. The store is alway's clean and the merchandising is thoughtfully placed. I've alway's had good experience's here, unlike O'Reilly's.

Stopped into Autozone after being quoted $160 for a diagnosis elsewhere - checked the cause of my check engine light for free and purchased the appropriate product with the help of the friendly associate. Took less than 10 minutes and $8 to feel safe on the road again.

Shady!I've had good service before. Today they tried to over charge me by $8. I told them it didn't look right. He ran it again, was still over by $4. Told him to run it again, this time I did the tax in my head and the final price was right. I'm wondering if this is common practice for them. I even asked the guy if it looked right to him to have $8 dollars of tax on $10 dollars of goods. Deer in the headlights. Double check your final price and calculate the tax on your own! Don't let them pocket money from unsuspecting customers.

My mom went in and it was near closing time so she just went in by herself. She did however tell me that the young man who waited on her was extremely helpful and answered all her questions. I was like "really" wow that is good . Not that my mom is like a mini "Judge Judy" but she does have a tendency to grill you so to say at times. This makes people who are lying very uncomfortable and angry or irritated very quickly. So I tend to see many in this town fall right into that trap. Besides the people in Reno are either tourist or on some other level or thing sometimes around here. Who knows? She just said he was wonderful and a good looking person who did not hesitate to answer her questions throughly and explained in detail. I was like . As this is not an easy task when pertaining to my mother.
