They are not professional. I have to drop off three times to replace and reinstall the windshield glass. After the final installation, they're not responsible for damage my vehicle. The shop manager John and employees attitude so rude. Trying to kick me out of their property. My insurance representative talked to All Star glass networks still no answer for my issue case for three weeks. The case is still open. I won't recommend for anyone. The rate should be negative star!!! Good luck to everybody. That location is on 75 East Patriot Blvd #7 Reno NV.*Finally I got resolved and fixed the issue case on August 23,2023 from their network Safelite Client care service center. His name is Tommy Chavana. He did the really good job. I gave him 5 stars and appreciated he taking care their clients. Thanks Service: Auto windshield repair

Called to get my windshield replaced. The operator was very polite and helpful. When the tech arrived a few days later, he was very efficient and courteous. He did an amazing job replacing the windshield. The cost was very reasonable and included disposal of my old windshield.

I'm telling ya ---this place knows what it means to be professional, and polite. I needed a quick chip repair. They were waiting for me, got the work done quickly, and the ladies were very kind and helpful. Dang --it was refreshing. Thanks All Star!!

They replaced my windshield despite being in the middle of a huge company merge. It looks fantastic and it feels good to be able to see out of my window clearly again. The front desk people are extremely nice, and Hannah and I had a nice little chat. The owner was also really nice and honest which I appreciate. I highly recommend it!

I think taking care of customers is important. I am not one to leave reviews. I haven t been able to drive my car due to a shattered rear window. Here I am 2 weeks later still haven t heard anythingCalled another auto glass shop and he got me an appointment 3 days from today saving me more than 300 dollars.Allstar glass please step up the service I wasted a lot of time waiting on you

Like many of us during winter time we'll end up with chipped windshields. John was good enough to get this fixed quickly for me. Very professional and the fix was quick. ******id give 10 stars if I could!!! I was trying to find someone to quickly replace my window-about to give up when I called All Star Glass in Reno. What a lifesaver!! They were so nice & got me in right away! I have a new window for half the price as the other guys and John & his receptionist were so accommodating! Highly recommend! I was able to stop in with no appointment on my lunch and quickly get a chip repaired. The owner is a stand up guy.

I haven't used the shop yet but based on the website they are solid. I was able to get a free online quote with no issues and prices were significantly cheaper than what I've previously have been quoted at other shops. I will most definitely use them when I'm ready to do my replacement. If their customer service is as great as the pricing I'll update to 5 stars, for sure :)

At 7:20 am this morning the driver of one of their Van's was driving aggressively, tailgating, and showing no respect for anyone else on the road. From the north valleys into Reno. Completely unsafe. Look out for the All Star Glass van when on the road. This driver is going to cause an accident.

My glass is worst than we started. It looked better before they work the windshield. Poor job, poor workmanship. He told no charge but when I checked with my insurance All Star Glass but in claim away.

Terrible customer service over the phone and terrible prices did not even try to find me a better deal yo I should call auto glass now they were way more helpful and quoted me 300 dollars cheaper than this place
