This place is the definition of professional. I went to the shop off of Wells in Reno the gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond with his customer service and the detail in the process of how things would go. He was honest and very helpful. This place was very accommodating with moving my schedule and I was so happy with the work. The installers did great work and the only part that takes a long time is for the adhesive drying. But that s going to be anywhere, unless the shop doesn t care about the customer. They wanna make sure that you new windshield will stay on perfectly. I highly recommend this company for all your auto glass needs. I was visiting out of town and when he told me they are also located in Sacramento I was juiced. I m gonna forever use these guys. Sorry for being long winded but I had to tell the truth. Thanks to everyone at the shop!

Had a great experience today with this company!I've had my windshield cracked for 3 years - contacted them for a quote, got down to a price I was happy with, and scheduled a mobile service to me within a couple days of the quote.The technician was very friendly and responsive, my windshield was spotless after the replacement, and it was a quick service.Definitely would recommend!

Went here to get the windshield replaced on my BMW. They did a great job. From drop off to the pickup call it was less than 2 hours. I payed ahead of time so they could leave the keys in the car as I get off after they close. No issue making an accommodation for me. Definitely coming back here with any other vehicle I have. The windshield is great quality with all the OE marking minus the the BMW logo which is expected. Unsure if it s aftermarket or OEM but either way it s fantastic.

This is my second go around needing my windshield replaced. Auto Glass Now is always amazing! Their prices always beat out other competitors and they always have appointments available right away. They are quick, kind and easy to work with!Can't recommend enough if you are in the unfortunate position of needing auto window replacement done.

Went the extra mile to help me. I got a rock chip on my brand new Truck and was slightly starting to spread. I showed up right at closing and they made the time to help me to ensure the crack wasn t going to keep growing. Very appreciative

Amazing service! Was in town to see family. Windshield cracked on drive in. They were a get it installed asap- and I have a crazy sensor windshield that is usually a special order. I would not have been able to make the 10 hr drive home without their help. Thank you!!!!!

Very satisfied! Had to get a new windshield and recalibrated with all the sensors. They took all of my stickers off and replaced on new windshield!! Took a few hours to complete. They are very professional and I highly recommend using them.

Had this shop replace the broken rear window on my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. Made an appointment thru their call center service late Saturday afternoon and had appointment first thing Tuesday morning. (Monday was New Years) Great front desk service, she verified that the replacement glass was the right one and a couple hours later was good to go! Highly recommend. (FYI on the Google photos their building is yellow, but is now painted a deep blue.

They replaced my back window and did not connect the defrosters or the wiper. I live three hours away in a mountain town that sees lots of snow and they told me to bring it back to them instead of offering to have the bill sent to a repair shop local to me. It doesn t matter if I live three hours away or three minutes I shouldn t have to drive back at all. The job was not done correctly and you should have been willing to fix the problems in a matter that fits my (your customer) busy schedule since you did not do the job correctly. I m not spending money in gas or wasting my time to go back to your incompetent business because you fell short of what I paid you to do.

The service was friendly and quick. We LOVE LOVE LOVE that there was a mobile option, HOWEVER, if someone goes in person to the store and makes an appointment, if you schedule them for mobile service, you might want to let the customer know =) We were super happy with the service, it was a minor thing, but we did drive to the shop, not realizing we had been scheduled for "mobile" service. Just a "pro tip" maybe. Would definitely use again!Service: Glass installation

Although the service was performed great. My windshield was cracked really bad, I called spoke to customer service and scheduled appointment for 9am and was quoted $347. I get a call from the manager saying the person I spoke to did not put in the correct windshield type even though I provided my VIN, and that the don't have ability to do my appointment for 9am. I wanted to see if I can get a lower price since they messed up, and I didn't. I had to pay $522.99, money I didn't have, especially because the incident happened the day before Christmas Eve. I'm very disappointed they wouldn't lower the price for everything being messed up such as the appointment, wrong windshield glass submitted.

The staff could not have been nicer! Helped me with expediting my insurance claim and got me in the very next day. On top of that, they finished the job in half the time they estimated. One happy customer :)

Somebody recommended this business for windshields. Since then, we don t bring our cars anywhere else to get them replaced or fixed. The staff is super friendly. The prices are very reasonable. Decently priced. Would have cost me $500 with my insurance at auto lite (the deductible) but was cheaper here. Also I would ve had to wait two weeks with auto lite to have my windshield replaced. This is the second time I have used them within 60 days because my windshield took a rock both times. They were fast, courteous, and professional both times! Definitely recommend them for any auto replacement glass needs
