You would think making a soft top convertible audio output optimal for stock set up however Kai and the service techs managed to piece it together well. My only regret is that I did not upgrade more while they were installing however that leaves me for room to come back and enjoy the experience all over again. Extremely friendly, extremely punctual.

Kai was a pleasure to work with, I knew what I wanted and he didn t try to steer me to something I didn t want. Service was quick and I love my new stereo, it cranks and I can listen to my CDs again! Highly recommend

I forgot their names but they were great and really informative. My stereo stopped working & like everyone..I need and love music it helps with everyday life stresses haha. And I had to work the next day and live way out in Fallon and they got me in the same day and worked with me and got it done really fast too! It works really great so I appreciate it!

Friendly affordable and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the bezel does not fit properly and I m going to have to take it apart and fix it. I wish they had taken the time on the last step of installation to make it fit properly.

Cody was amazing! I went in to get remote start units for my daughter and her friends cars and he was super helpful with what I was looking for. Had both cars done the next day and they were fast and efficient. I will use this place again!!

Walked in looking for a new head unit for my car wasent greeted with friendly service wasent givin a deal and they dident have change if I were to pay cash they tried rounding up to the nearest dollar instead of down like it s my fault I had cash usually all business haggle a little or give 10 percent discount for cash plus the midget at the counter was rude and had no sense of humor I bought a stereo anyway but most likely will not return

The guys at this location know their stuff when it comes to automotive wiring, have made a few purchases as well as had an install done here, they are very professional and do a great job keeping everything clean and functional .

Had kicker down fire box installed they did not bolt it down and my heater stopped working. After going in and having the whole amp replaced and bolted down I find out the remote power wire was connected to the main power and my amp was on full time and my speakers don t work again. I ll repost to finish after I go in agsin

This is my old radio and my new radio at first when I got my car I couldn't used my phone to listen to my music or even used my GPS it was horrible. I said I need a new radio soon so when I got enough money I called audio express and Kai picked up and I asked him I need a new radio system in my car and he asked me what I want and what type of car and model and I told him and he said yes if he has all the parts we can get it done today so I brought my car and he looked and then I told him what I wanted and then when I looked at the price for the radio it actually didn't looked to bad getting it installed and the parts the price went up but I was able to afford it after all. And then I left and then he called me to let me know what was wrong inside my car it was only small and minor things but I was glad so I can get it fixed and then he called me to let me know when it was done and then when I got there he showed me how everything worked and then how to setup everything and it was all simple I was happy about everything. Now I can used my GPS and listen to the music I want to listen to Kai and the employees at audio express thank you y'all help me a lot with everything now I know I probably keep this car for years and I hoped my daughter keep it after me so thank you and I hope y'all have a wonderful new year.

The guys there are good people and very helpful. I came in because my stereo wasn't working properly after I got it back from the auto shop and they hooked me up. Definitely recommend these guys.

Purchased a pretty high end audio system for my 2019 Ridgeline in 2021. I also purchased the warranty, which came in handy when I blew out the subs in September 2022. The staff took excellent care of me, replaced the subs and hooked me up with a Kicker external bass control. The whole process took about 1.5 hours. Highly recommend doing business here for ANY car audio, will definitely be back soon.Update 06Oct 2023:Audio Express continues to impress! Had another issue with blown subs and once again they honored my warranty with new replacements, and AGAIN offered another extended warranty. Another reason why I still do business there! Great customer service, Team!

Audio express in Reno was absolutely awesome. I spoke with Jason and set up an appointment within the next hour. I had a new stereo installed in my truck within the hour and it works great. Jason and the crew were very professional and accommodating.

Be extremely careful. We had alarms installed on both vehicles. My boyfriend drove his truck in. They pushed it out. They told us to take it to the dealer, which we did. The mechanic told us they fried his battery, starter, and wiring harness. He added that the installation was very poorly done, except he used a cuss word to describe it. After the dealership gave the diagnosis and estimate, the person from Audio Express came to see the mechanic. He asked, "can you prove we did this?" The mechanic replied, "well no. I wasn't there. But something happened. He drove the truck in and pushed it out." The guy from Audio Express left the dealership. My boyfriend never drove his truck again. Please don't let this happen to you just to save money or get things installed more quickly. Go to a reputable person who cares about the work they do. If it takes a bit longer or costs a bit more, it will be well worth it. This occurred a couple years ago but I doubt anything has changed.

This place is a joke. Bought a warranty for my speaker and when my speaker blew out and when I went back for a replacement, A sorry manager tried giving me a display speaker and said my speaker was not in the stock. Go elsewhere

Very satisfied. Was tired of my stock sound system so decided to walk in and see what options they had to add some bass. Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon installation they ran into an issue with the fitment of the subwoofers I had picked out , they called right away and presented different options that worked better in my favor. Awesome customer service and a very clean install. I will definitely be returning in the future as well as recommend to others.

Things didn t go as planned (seldom do) but at the end of the day I have been made a customer for life. Went in to have a 20 year old alarm removed from my seldom used tow rig (1999 F350 7.3L). It had been acting up for a few months and had obviously outlived its life expectancy. I was quoted an auto start system and decided at the last minute to go with a two way alarm and auto start that was about $400 more than I had planned. Well, the job took several hours longer than anticipated. The old Clifford alarm had about 10 pounds of wire loom and was connected to every single OEM wire. The unexpected extra time added about $450 in labor to my already overspent wallet. I could have been mad but instead I was impressed with how Kai went about dealing with it. He worked to get the cost reduced, made sure I understood the reason he was making the request and showed me the mess that had to come out. I could have been mad. I could have complained and argued they quoted me one thing and they needed to deal , but I really appreciated the honesty and quite frankly could see the extra work that went into it. Audio Express you have a great team in Reno and I will be back! By the way I love the new alarm and auto start.. probably gonna burn up a starter showing everyone!

Great experience. What was just going to be one vehicle ended up turning into two. With their help and their professionalism now we have two full-size trucks with high-quality systems in there. Very helpful very knowledgeable very experienced. They went the extra mile to help us out with both of our vehicles. They also just did my sons car. Super helpful... all the guys from up front to out back. This is my go to for audio. Next on the list is the SXS
