I had contacted Audi Reno Tahoe on teh 14th of March as I had seen a 2011 A5 convertible with low, LOW miles and I was determined to buy it. Lucky for me, Parker Christensen had taken the call. We spoke quite quickly to be honest. I was very pleased that he was very honest about the condition and that the warranty was not a "dealershp" only program but would work in Montana. Suffice to say, we were in contract in under 30 minutes. The car was ready to be picked up 3/20-3/21 and my transport folks picked it up Saturday evening (3/23) at about 9 PM. At 8:30 AM the car was delivered to me in Whitefish, MT. Parker was instrumental in making sure everything was buttoned up for me since I wouldn't be dropping in to inwspect the vehicle. He kept me posted on every move; was the perfect intermediary for the transport, and followed up after I had sent a text letting him know I had the car. This was not my first sight unseen purcahse, but it was the best experience to date. I cannot recommend this young man enough. He did a super job and was in contact with me, directed traffic with the transport, and made sure that when he felt I needed to know, I did. I am looking forward to a vice cruise through Glacier National Park with the top down on a clear blue sunny day. Thanks again Parker

Love our Audi Q7 - and the service we recently received even more. To say the Audi Reno Tahoe staff are amazing is no exaggeration. We sincerely appreciate Frank and entire staff for their outstanding kindness, professionalism and workmanship. The value they provide at Audi Reno Tahoe is practically beyond words. Audi Reno Tahoe is awesome, definitely recommend! This was the easiest process I have ever had buying a new car. JT was a GREAT salesman, so informative and not too salesy! Chris and Eric were also so easy to work with. Go buy a new car here, you will have a fantastic experience!

I ve been working with Parker Christensen at Audi RT for a few months on a special order. From the start, he was clear about the process and knowledgeable about features. I also really liked the low refundable deposit in case I changed my mind. Parker kept me updated and the vehicle came three months early! Once considering all financial options, we worked with Parker to close the deal. He and others kindly stayed late on a Friday night to complete the sale. After window tinting, Parker and technologist, Sebastian Cu�llar, drove the SUV to my house and helped me personalize the settings and answer questions. The entire process was enjoyable.I chose Audi RT for at least two reasons. First, my prior experience with Audi vehicles has always been positive: incredible handling, pickup, comfort, and style. Second, I have friends who are Audi drivers and have had great service at Audi RT.

Started my search for a used SQ5 in Sept. 2023. As soon as I met with Bernard, I knew I only wanted to go through this dealership. Since then, I've run across some very tempting cars, but I stuck to my promise and in turn, Bernard stuck to his. December 30th I signed the paperwork for the perfect SQ5! Every box I could think of was checked. Bernard and I had been texting for months, and he knew how badly I wanted one and he sent a text to me as soon as he learned about it. An hour later I was in there to finalize it.Bernard is the absolute man. So patient, funny, attentive... It made the experience so awesome. I got to know several other of the salespeople and they are amazing too.I'm active on Reddit and I posted about this and I have had other people mention how Audi Reno/Tahoe is the best dealership they've ever gone through, and I see why.Now, I'm gonna go get in my SQ5 and rip some mountain roads.

Highly recommended! Great experience.I went in for a 20k service on my Etron GT. Angel was my service advisor. Although there were some slight setbacks during the process, he was professional, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed. They treated me with respect and the whole experience was exceptional!

Had a great experience buying a used car (out of state) from these folks, and working with Landan O'Connor in particular. He was great to work with - responsive, informative, easygoing, helpful, and very personable. All of which made me comfortable buying a car from across the country from Audi Reno Tahoe to get what I was really looking for! Just wanted to give my heartfelt thanks to Parker and the team at Reno Audi. After the past couple of years dealing with local and statewide dealers that have added $5k or $10k markups or forced add-on options (e.g. $5-8k vehicle protection packages ), and dealing with long order timeframes and supply issues, my hopes of buying a new car were fading. There were only a small number of dealers that offered at MSRP, but with 8-12+ month timeframes. I decided to look out of state nearby, and connected with Parker at Reno Tahoe. From the very start, Parker was extremely responsive and took the time to understand my requirements. He showed patience and answered many of my questions, especially when it came to the logistics of purchasing out of state, and made the entire experience smooth and easy, keeping me up to date along the way. He was able to get me in immediately for a build slot and got me an order at the factory. The entire process from initial contact, placing the factory build order, to receiving the new vehicle was less than four months, which includes the month-long ocean shipping time. Parker went over available rebates/incentives and purchase options and the Reno team gave me realtime support when it came time to registering the vehicle at my local CA DMV office. Reno management also checked in to make sure things were going well and if there were any questions or help needed. This has been by far, the best experience I ve ever had interacting with a team at a dealership and purchasing a vehicle. The customer service, personal attention and care is something that is sorely missed nowadays, and I wish other dealers and other industries would take notice and start addressing. If you want a straightforward and personable purchasing experience, reach out to Parker and the team at Reno Tahoe. You won t be disappointed.

Simply AMAZING! That s the word to explain my experience with John Wendt and Audi Reno Tahoe. I found my dream car and it was the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I came all the way from Wisconsin and would do it all over again with the service that I received. John took the time to answer all the questions and worries I had about buying from a distance. He was even able to get me a better financing rate then what I was planning on going with from my own bank.He took care of all the details and ensured everything was ready to go upon my arrival. I did not want to show up and be disappointed, and boy was I not. When I arrived, the car looked better than I imagined. It was nice to know that he was being 100% honest with me the entire time and I did not show up to any disappointing surprises.Best part- I did not have sit there for hours and do endless paperwork. Everything was wrapped up and ready to go. Plus, I did not even have to set foot into the dealership! That s how easy he made everything. I would definitely recommend John for all of your car buying needs. 5 stars *****

Took my car in for an issue and Frank, the Service Manager , was great to interact with. The service tech documented everything and Frank very straightforward on my options, including sharing details other things they caught that will need to be addressed in the future.

Great service department and overall dealer experience. Franklin in service is awesome to deal with. Their parts department usually has everything my Audi focused shop needs in stock for regular services and they get us hard to find parts regularly.

I wanted to write a review based on the exceptional service I recently received at Audi of Reno. My initial sales agent Ryan M. went above and beyond to ensure that my Audi had the warranty protection needed. This turned out to be the best car owning experience I have ever had. I had a costly maintenance issue come up on the vehicle and Frank C. in service noticed the warranty Ryan had set up and in turn saved me thousands of dollars for truly going the extra mile to ensure the repairs were covered by the warranty. No dealer has ever be so thorough. Frank C and Ryan M are amazing.

We were fortunate to find a used Audi Q5 we had been searching out long and hard for quite some time. Yet, the good fortune truly came in the purchase process we went through over the next 7 days. John Wendt our Audi Brand Specialist was first class every step of the way. While we anxiously prodded for our new ride asap, he wasn't letting it go until it met ALL expectations. In short, I'll take a week of waiting for a happy wife! Price, delivery, detail and a long list of 'above and beyond'. Well done. We're fans!

Recently visited for the first time when I took my vehicle in for an oil change. The entire team treated me like family from the moment I walked in the door. Customer service was outstanding!! The Service Team was able to save me over $1,000 in repairs. Frank Berumen and the Service Team were genuine and provided some of the best customer service I've experienced at a car dealership. Can't speak highly enough about the customer service.

Frank & the team are wonderful. I ve brought my 2015 Audi Q5 Quattro 3.0 turbo SUV here for years. Commuting from south tahoe created a lot of wear & tear. I like this place because they don t upsell or pressure me to do anything or spend more than I can. Last time I was here in 2022 Frank looked over my car with me as I requested and taught me how to reset a button and showed me around the engine & answered all my questions. I was able to stay in my budget, for the maintenance .which means I ll probably be saving that money up for my next Audi ;)

Was able to deal with John Wendt and he made it happen. Knew everything I had about the Q5 and more. Easy paperwork and it was a done deal. Cleaned and ready to go by the next day. Everything worked the way it should and less than 24 hours I was driving my new Q5.

Frank, as always, was very professional and apologized for the lengthy visit. We were disappointed that the interior of the car was not cleaned, the outside was cleaned poorly (for example, bug splatter still on windshield, grill). On a side note, Audi has recommended that we replace our tires. Doing a cost comparison of the exact same tire, Audi is almost double the price of some reputable competitors. We don't understand that much of a markup as we originally wanted to buy through Audi and support our dealership.

Wow! My experiences with Audi has exceeded any expectations that I would have had. Along with their hospitality and knowledge of Audi vehicles, their customer service saw to it that there is always an answer to the questions I had. I wish I can list everyone s name that I have dealt with but the ones that have had the most impact were JT, Angel and Sebastian. I have a very energetic three year old that has gone with me on my Audi visits and everyone is very patient with him. I couldn t be more grateful for my purchase from this establishment. Their attention to cleanliness, communication, and the overall experience of being an Audi owner has made me beyond happy with my purchase. Thank you to Audi and all of the team.

I just purchased my second Audi and I could not have been happier with my experience. Jeremiah Thomas was very knowledgeable and helped me to decide which vehicle and trim package would work best for me. It was such a smooth and easy transaction even though I managed to throw several curve balls his way with my trade in. Not only were Jeremiah and BJ able to find the exact model, trim, exterior color, interior color and packages I wanted, they also made sure it didn t have anything I didn t want (so it was basically a unicorn). Jeremiah really went the extra mile and made sure it was not only inspected upon delivery but also cleaned to his high standards. I have been so happy with everyone at this dealership (the service and parts staff have been exceptional as well) and I m pretty sure I m now an Audi driver for life. :)

Bought a 2023 S7 from this dealer, everything went smooth until they had to ship it out of state. They gave us a trucking co that had us wait 2 weeks giving us excuses. Once the dealer got their money (full cash), they just didn't care. The car sat there in their showroom. Tried to have them contact the trucking co and gave me all kinds of excuses. The car was finally delivered enclosed, dirty, battery dead and the car throwing an error. What a lovely experience. Don't buy!! Audi will hear from me too. They are not professional nor care about customer service. Stay away.

Parker at Audi Reno Tahoe is the guy you want to ask for when you arrive. I have absolutely no qualms in recommending this dealership. I have purchased 7 (now 8) vehicles in the last decade and this was by far the easiest, fastest and most direct interaction I have ever had. Absolutely recommend them and first hand Parker Christensen!
