James and the Arrow Automotive team are great. This last visit I had with them (drilled gas tank), we had to coordinate with my insurance adjuster to get everything completed. Everything went smoothly and I was back on the road in a week. The best part is they always kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle and/or if anything changed. I have had multiple repairs on multiple cars done and never had any issues.

I damaged the underside of my Honda Pilot while driving off-road in the desert. It was a part of my transmission support. My brother-in-law recommended Arrow. I was visiting from out of state and needed to get home. Even though they were booked up, once they heard my situation, Arrow squeezed in the repairs and gave me a very reasonable price to fix the damage and do a transmission service. My car runs like a dream and got me safely back home for a 5 hour drive. Customer service was kind, warm and the communication was prompt. Definitely recommend!

I was very pleased with my entire experience! Rebuilt trans came when the service writer said it would. In fact, he called me the day before to schedule the job.......said it would be done in 2 days. He called me the second day and said your vehicle is ready to be picked up!A little expensive, but the communication was exceptional which allows the customer to reliably plan ahead. Said what they'd do and did what they said! Well done!

Scott and James took great care of us. Honest quotes, excellent communication, and a double differential fluid change completed same day. They even had the GM additive needed for our specific diffs.I definitely recommend Arrow and I can say their good reviews are well deserved!

Work on my Toyota Avalon (flushing of transmission fluid) was performed competently and completed in the quoted time period for the quoted price. Reception guy was courteous and knowledgable. Price was 45% less than local Toyota folks!

James was very helpful and the shop was able to receive my car right away. The estimated repair cost was much less than the actual cost, but the transmission was replaced and other needed replacements/repairs were identified and taken care of without delay. James and his team were always polite and patient and kept me informed about what was going on until I picked up my car

We've been operating in Reno for 3 years now, we have a small fleet of 7 vans. Each van runs at least 200 miles a day, transmission is bound to go out. Luckily we found Arrow automotive Scott is the BEST! very knowledgeable and always upfront and honest. Our vans are running strong thanks to you guys. Will definitely continue to do business as long as we're here in Reno.

Two years ago Arrow replaced the transmission on my Tundra with 300,000 miles. Recently some warning lights came on, so I took it back in for a check. The diagnostics turned out to be pretty complex, but they worked through it and solved every issue, all under warranty at no cost to me. Thanks Arrow team!

I took my Highlander in to get a tone up and breaks. They got everything done,quickly. The pricing was way better than most places I looked at. The employees are friendly and helpful. This is my new spot and will bring my car in for other services.

I came in with transmission concerns about how my car was shifting. They brought me in next-day for a diagnosis with a reasonable fee. They weren't able to find a problem with my car and gave me the greenlight to not worry for the time being. They also ended up providing the diagnosis on-the-house as a surprise courtesy! This tells me that they're an honest business and wouldn't fake problems in order to make money - they could have told me there were any number of issues and fleeced my pockets, but instead they found nothing and provided the diagnosis pro bono. Being taken advantage of by an auto repair shop is one of the main concerns of most people (myself included), so if you're looking for honest service you've found the right place. I'll be back for any repair needs I have in the future and so will the people I know, they've earned themselves a few future customers.

The staff was great. I had them work on a 1998 Jeep and not once did they say the car isn t worth the cost of the repairs. They were very thorough, definitely recommend them.

Arrow automotive is top notch! Very friendly, professional and their office is super clean. Didn't try over sell work i didn't need on my '17 gmc sierra 1500. Diagnostic is half the price of the dealership. Great place to take your vehicle to

Arrow was great getting me in, accommodating me in the off hours over the holiday and reviewing what my car needed with a comprehensive report. Took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. The cost of the work was also well below what I was quoted at the dealership. Thank you Arrow.

#1Replaced purge canister to help solve hesitation and sputter while increasing speed, it helped although still has the problem just at a less level. We have tried 4 different shops and none can fix including Arrow. #2 After I responded with the #1 survey I was called by James at Arrow and he said they aren't happy if I am not. He said to bring it back down and they would figure it out. He called back after much research and model history online. He said he believes they fixed it. I was hesitant at first but after my wife picked it up and she drove it she said she thought it was fixed. James said to call either way and let him know. The next day I drove it over 100 miles and I am so thankful it is running just like when we bought it new. Thank you James and all at Arrow Automotive, I am only going to you guys from here on. Also it wasn't very much more so that helped also.,Started purging again and Arrow replaced the bad part Ford supplied (under warranty) they stood behind the work they had done and with no charge it is running the best it has in quite some time. They are the best and I have been referring everyone I know. This shop is friendly, honest, and competent. James took excellent care of me and my vehicle. The shop is clean and organized which for me is a sign of the kind of work they do. They diagnosed a noise that I thought was impending doom for my transmission, but ended up being caused by something completely unrelated. I had to have extensive work done on my high milage Hummer H3. I have a hard time turning repairs over to anyone, but I can no longer do most large repairs. I had contacted other repair facilities in the area I have worked with on other occasions. But was recommended to contact Arrow. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and worked with me on finding what I needed. They make sure that all work is completed thoroughly, timely and extensively tested to ensure it s working properly before it leaves the shop. AND the vehicle was clean when picked up. I travel in the mountains often for sports and rely heavily on my SUV.I couldn't get into my usual repair shop. My friend referred me to Arrow Automotive. Chris & James accommodated my graveyard schedule and had me out in a flash. James went over the top by replacing a second brake light knowing it was likely to go out soon. I'll be back. I filled out the online estimate form and received a call in about an hour with a price, they were able to get me scheduled for the next day, the service was finished in a timely manner, I also discussed future services and was given pricing, I would definitely recommend Arrow for your automotive service needs.

This place literally saved us. Our clutch failed on the way to Burning Man and required a major repair, requiring the whole engine to come out (replaced the clutch and clutch hydraulics on a 97 Tacoma truck). James worked some kind of magic to do what seemed impossible, both get all the parts we needed and do an eight-hour job that same day to get us back on the road so we didn t miss the event. Very grateful to him and the mechanic who pulled it off.Services: Transmission, Transmission repair, Auto maintenance

We have had two dealings with Arrow. The first was the power steering pully on our 2002 Ford Explorer had come off as we were going down the highway. We are from Quincy, CA, and were in town for a meeting. We were towed to Arrow late that night. The next morning they started working on it and we picked it up a couple days later. We were so impressed with Chris and his team that when our transmission went out, we knew exactly where to go. As before, they did a great job!! We highly recommend Arrow Automotive. Chris and his team are the best!!

I have never experienced an auto repair shop as clean and professional as Arrow. I had to have my transmission rebuilt. The communication and follow-up has been refreshing. Arrow Automotive was very helpful and got the job done when it came to fixing up my car! I needed a new alternator and under the napa auto care warranty on the alternator it was all covered, the part and labor. They were understanding of my situation and did a great job with getting my car back up and running. Shout out to the mechanics and James! Now I can take my car out again on road trips like the pics posted! Thank you.

I don t think most people like having to bring their vehicles in for repairs, with the inconvenience, costliness and so on. But, James and Chris at the front desk and the rest of the Arrow Automotive crew make the process much less difficult and painful. My wife and I have been customers for many years now and will continue to do so because we trust that Arrow Automotive will do right by us and our vehicles.

I took my truck in for an oil change, to investigate why my cruise control did not work, and to reset the "Service Needed" reminder on my dash. Turns out I had an emissions system issue that was preventing my cruise control from working and prompting the "service needed" message. All was fixed and everything works fine now.
