I highly recommend Acuna Total Car Care. Let me tell you why:The staff. Junior, Jessie, and Daniel, are in the office constantly working with customers. When I called and described my situation to Jessie, not only did she understand the significance of it, she knew what needed to be addressed. In addition, she listened as I explained this was not the best time for me to take on the expense of repair work. Daniel and Junior both share her supportive and knowledgeable demeanor when dealing with customer concerns. They understood the importance of the repairs which needed to be made and offered financing options for the repair work and service.The repair work. All was done in a timely and thorough manner. They checked my vehicle first, and I shared with them information and an estimate from a previous shop. They fully addressed the issues to keep it running and explained to me how the next set of repairs would work. I received a written estimate and explanation of the work. I walked out at the end of the day with my car working solidly and parts on order for the rest of the repairs (I've had issues with supply chains. Not cool at this point, but it is what it is).If you need work done, I recommend Acuna as the place to get it done. They open at 8 AM, so you might need to make drop off arrangements, but they communicate, they're thorough, and they stand behind their estimates and the work they do. As well, Se�or Tequila's is next door, and it's always great to have an excellent meal after dealing with automobile issues.

I went in for new tires on my Tesla MYP. They were able to schedule me in the same day and updated me on the progress. Their staff is always friendly and points you in the right direction. ATCC has proven to be a trusted car care shop.

Acuna Total Car Care has always been nothing short of phenomenal. I've partnered with Acuna for the general maintenance of my cars and any problems that may arise. Top qualities I look for in Mechanics and their Teams are Communication, Transparency, Trustworthy and of course, being Professional at all times. I brought my rally car in for a custom alignment and the folks were awesome. It's usually hard to find a place to do any work on a full custom race car but Acuna was more than happy. They were patient while I showed them the basics of getting it going. Everyone was also very friendly and communicative. I will definitely be back throughout the year to keep my car dialed in.

After the five year manufacturer s maintenance period had expired on our Audi SQ5, we took it to Acuna for its regular service. In addition to changing the oil, Acuna s technicians discovered active leaks coming from the oil filter/cooler assembly and main seal.Not only did Acuna s service techs find, and replace, the various leaking gaskets, the manager, Junior, spent over and hour and a half on hold, to obtain approval, from the long-term warranty company, to effectuate the repairs. All at a great savings to us.We are very happy with the service provided by Acuna, to which we also take our Toyota Prius, and would recommend them to anyone.

They did a nice job with fixing my check engine light and checking sensors because of an oil mishap. Staff was very friendly and even gave me a shuttle ride at vehicle drop off. They had my vehicle done in 24 hours.

I just had my smog tested and they were kind enough to also register my car for me. Junior was extremely helpful, as was his coworker. They were busy with customers and phone calls the whole time, yet they gave me excellent customer service. Their restrooms were even clean!! Highly Recommend!

This shop and their employees are top of the line on the services they give. They have fixed things on my vehicles that other shops couldn't figure out. They listened to me and actually heard what I was saying was wrong with my car. Other shops didn't hear and talked down to me like I was a dumb woman...Not Acunas! I'm blessed and thankful to have them care for my vehicles. They also take the time to teach me about the features on my new car which I really appreciate. Thank you Junior and your fabulous crew for all you do!

This is the second time using this shop. The first time was over a year ago to replace a rear main seal on my F 150, they saved me over 1500.00 dollars. To this day it is perfect. Today we took my wife's subaru crosstrek for a/c recharge knowing the seals were bad. A well known a/c shop quoted me over 600.00 dollars saying it took the new expensive refrigerant ( which it doesn't ) and 300.00 for the new seals. Acuna being an honest shop told me right away it took the old refrigerant which was 134.00 not 280.00 plus and the new seals would cost less than 200.00. Total cost 208.00 and works great. Thanks to this awesome shop I saved over 400.00. Honest people and fantastic work. This is the only shop I will use from here on out. Thanks Acuna!!!!!

Jasmine is the best! After breaking down in Tonopah are Jag was towed into their shop. We arrived after hours and they came back from their homes to make sure our car was Secure for the night. Great shop! Great people!

I was having issues with a pesky check-engine light due to some issues with the active grille shutters on my hybrid that persisted even after I replaced one of them. Acuna diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, and got us back on the road for a very reasonable price. And had we not had Snowpacalypse hit the area, they would've gotten us on the road even sooner :-). They had the knowledge to work on my hybrid that I've seen other shops in the area lack (looking at you, Meineke). I am more than pleased with the quality of service I received at Acuna, and am more than happy to recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I do not trust these people, they were not polite in several situations. They also didn t inform me correctly of the real problem that my car had telling me that it was something else, I waited several times for a call that never came (finally to tell me that it was something that I already said it could be and they despised).

Took my car for a wheel alignment TWO TIMES WITHIN TWO MONTHS! My car has all FULLY adjustable suspension ON ALL 4 corners! I asked for MAX camber first visit one wheel looked more cambered then the other didn t think much of it. Went home a week or so later I installed my front ADJUSTABLE control arms took it again for an alignment when I leave car felt a little off but not crazy driving and car pulls me left dramatically almost causing an accident I go home jack the car up to find one of my camber arms completely loose was able to use my hand to move the nut and the camber arm was not even maxed on one side but the other side it was. PAID FOR BOTH VISITS and they had TWO CHANCES TO GET IT RIGHT. Ended up doing my own alignment don t trust these people with you re car you re better off eyeballing you re alignment and knowing all you re stuff is how you want it and that everything is TIGHT. NOT HAND TIGHT. The guys at the register are amazing dudes always are super cool. Just the guy who actually works on the car itself is the problem and most likely doesn t know how to double check his workService: Wheel alignment

This place needs a new rack guy. Somehow, while giving my car a simple toe alignment, he managed to seize one of my coilovers. If that wasn t enough, got my car back with the worst alignment spec sheet I ve ever seen. My wheels didn t fit anymore and were rubbing very hard. So I'll start by saying it saddens me to have a local place that came recommend perform poorly. I had transmission problems that were very blatant and noticable to me. My warranty company had them listed as a "preferred" shop so I had faith and took my truck to them. They stated that even though my transmission was overheating and having shifting problems that it was just "confused and needed a reset". Told me to drive it 100 miles and it would be good. Fast forward to two weeks later I still encountered the same problems and broke down on the side of the road. How a transmission that is fine and doesn't have any problems just completely stops and leaves me stranded is beyond me. So bottom line is I paid over 100 bucks to have my vehicle diagnosed for nothing just to be worst off than when I started. If you are looking for great service and fair prices. I definitely recommend Acuna. The receptionist was very kind and took the time to give me details and suggestions on certain services. The mechanic took the time to explain everything that was done to my car and what I needed moving forward until I felt comfortable with the information he was providing. I have never felt so comfortable and at ease while servicing my vehicle and I didn t get pressured into additional services. Thank you for your amazing service. I look forward to continuing my services with you! Recommending all my friends and family for all their car needs!

The Guys at Acuna are very efficient and genuine in there work. You can tell that care about you and your car working more then they care about the money. I know many mechanics ever since Acuna opened their shop we don't go anywhere else. Thank you guys for being honest and working so hard.

There was a problem with my front end alignment so I bought fully adjustable control arms that can fix the problem I got the control arms installed and I was in dire need of a alignment. I decided to call Acuna Total Car Care through a recommendation from a friend, and they had room for me the very next day as the first appointment in the morning. I walked inside and was greeted by Martin, who is very friendly and offered me to watch Netflix which the entire time was very enjoyable, they are straightforward, their prices are more than fair, and I consider them one of the best in town, not only that they fixed my alignment, they even went as far as adjusting the rear alignment as well which was an added bonus to my experience! Not only that they do auto repair, they can do just about almost anything as far as customization on cars and trucks! Highly recommended I'm going there again for any of my customization needs that I cannot do myself. I would like to thank the entire staff for their professional demeanor and very friendly customer service!
