I have nothing but good things to say about A-Pro, Kenny, and his crew. They went above and beyond to get my Camaro repaired, and looking better than ever. Ken is a stand up guy and I trust him to take care of any of my vehicles. They did great bodywork, replaced a ton of parts, cleaned it up, and even shined my tires for me when I picked it up. An all around good experience and I definitely recommend these guys to anyone

A-Pro Collision Center is the higher echelon of Auto Repair. From the moment you walk in you are treated with respect and kindness. Ken and his crews service is top tier in my book. Not only did they accurately assess my vehicle damage, they went the extra mile to finish the work 5-7 days ahead of schedule. Each situation is different from mines, but when you are stopped on the road and asked did you come from the dealership just now That s all I have to say. Simply Impeccable. I literally picked up my car today. And all I can say is Thank God for A-Pro. I truly will never forget how you helped me.

Tera was especially lovely to deal with, but everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The entire experience was simple. From dropping off our car to the fact our rental car was waiting, they made it as streamlined as possible. The quality and workmanship of the repair also looks seemless and like nothing was ever wrong with it to begin with. I will not hesitate to use them again if needed.

My car had a small fender bender and Geico recommended me to this place. They were absolutely fabulous. The receptionist was sweet and truly cared. The mechanics were knowledgeable and true to their word about time frame and cost. The cost was reasonable and the time frame was superb! They even washed my car not only outside but inside too! Even if I don't go through Geico, I will be exclusively taking my car and my husband's here!

My car looked like new and they even washed it and made the tires shiny. The lady and her crew talking and helping us through the process were surprisingly nice and knowledgeable. (I'm used to expecting miserable/lazy employees in Reno.) I'd highly recommend this company to anyone!

A-Pro collision did a wonderful job on my 2019 dodge charger front end like if nothing ever happened to the vehicle. I was very impressed with their craftsmanship. I would definitely recommend A-Pro for your repairs they definitely take pride in their work.

A-Pro Collision is simply amazing! They are not only fast and efficient, but also authorized by major insurance companies. The team is incredibly helpful and really made a bad situation easy to deal with. From start to finish, their level of professionalism is unmatched. They worked quickly to get my car fixed and looking like new again. I cannot recommend A-Pro Collision enough! If you find yourself in need of a collision repair, they are the ones to call. You won't be disappointed!

Service is incredible! My Rental was there exactly when I needed it and Tara handled the paperwork perfectly. There was one item I needed fixed after the initial work had been done and Kenny went above and beyond to ensure it was done right. Amazing experience and it s no wonder this is a top rated shop!

I ve been a customer of A-Pro Collision Center for about 4-5 years. The General Manager Mr. Ken Hoffman(Veteran Marine), Tara, Israel, and the Collision Technicians are AWESOME . The Receptionist(Tara) always have the FREE POPCORN and always provides GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The minor and major repairs on my vehicles were always done correctly and to my satisfaction. Ken and his great team of employees are very Professional, Knowledgeable, Trustworthy, and Friendly. A-Pro Collision Center always provides me a rental vehicle from Enterprise Car Rental every time my car needs repairs. The rental vehicle is waiting for me at the office. You can t beat that! Mr. Ken Hoffman, Tara, Israel, and the whole A-Pro Collision Center team thank you ALL for doing great work on my vehicles. It s good to know and do business with a top quality Collision Shop. I can t say enough great things about A-Pro Collision. Super friendly and helpful staff, they truly helped make this already stressful process so much more manageable. From the day I dropped my vehicle off, Kenny kept me very informed and gave me reasonable expectations which I really appreciated. Every stage of fixing my truck was efficient and timely. My truck ended up being done about a month sooner than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. No delays with them, and it was very fast and easy to get in through our insurance, GEICO. It s now been about 3 months since getting my vehicle back, and I haven t had any issues with the parts that were re-installed. Part of the reason I ll be sticking with GEICO as my insurance is because of these guys. I know that if I ever need collision work done on my truck again (hopefully not!), it ll at least be a smooth process. Quality work and a quality place.

Kenny and his team provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. I had gotten on the schedule for another shop but they were months booked out. I drove by Kenny s store and decided to pop in. He came out and took a look at my vehicle, and even though they were booked up, he said he could squeeze me in since it was an easy-ish repair. He delivered in the time he said he would and my truck looks brand new. They were friendly throughout the entire experience. He was even able to save me $400!

Everyone in the front office was really nice. We got the truck back the day we were told. It looked better than we were expecting. I will be using them in the future if I need anything else done.

It is very unfortunate that I have to write this review; however, we have to notify people that we were mislead by this company and it cost weeks of rental fees and waiting. We called A-Pro a few weeks ago and they told us they can complete our estimate on an 88 Bronco on Saturday mornings starting at 6 AM. I call the morning of Saturday and the gentlemen (who was polite, at the very least) told us they do not accept vehicles older than a 95 . All he could say was that the front desk gal is new . We asked if he would be willing to give a courtesy referral call to the collision center that he recommended and he declined. We were rear-ended and not at fault, the insurance is willing to pay, but the only thing holding us back was this local collision center. Now, we have to start the process of having the vehicle towed to the collision center that is right for us.

Had left my car for repair for 10 days while out on vacation. Front number and some wiring issues. Did have an ignition interlock on my device, but left instructions on how to use. When I returned from my trip, no work had been done on the car. Put me in a tough spot.When I did leave the car to be fixed, the completion date had slipped by two days. Bumper was fixed, but one of my headlights was not working properly. Still no word from GEICO or A1 on the remediation of this. Trim around wheels were also damaged when removing the bumper. No epoxy, adhesive, or any resolve to this either.

These guys are awesome. Kenny took care of me 200 %. They worked with me to coordinate me dropping it off, then worked with my insurance and handled everything. They said the car would be done in 5 days by 4 PM, and sure enough it was. And the car looks great. I will be using them to get my race car and race motorcycle painted soon as well. Can't say enough good things.

Kenny is always prompt, organized and more on top of it than any other shop I have used. Thank y all for treating us all with the respect, timeliness and support we need through these transitions.

Don t recommend this place at all, once I got my car back many things I notice like overspray when they did the paint my hood won t close properly, the fender they replace on my car is nothinggg like I expected it s not the right fitment so much gap it s horrible not to mention they kept telling me a day when my car was gonna be finished but kept delaying I was fine with it because I thought my car was gonna be back beautiful as it was complete opposite!! I d recommend cashing out instead or just going to another shop.

Stopped by for an estimate. They were really friendly and nice. They even stayed past 5pm. But then they said they don't do written estimates. Odd.....then they said they would call me the next day with an estimate. It's been several days and I haven't heard from them. I would have been OK with them just telling me they don't want to do it.

Kenney is Awesome and the other staff members as well !! I absolutely recommend this business. Very professional and Kenney went above and beyond for me. My right front fender dented in and a few other bangs to my car. 2017 Toyota Corolla. Not a rush job !!Thanks so much A-Pro Collision. 100 stars from me!!Patricia A.

Yes, They fixed my car in this shop a week ago. I brought my car in for repairs, when they wrote the millage was 16,920 when I dropped off my car in this place. After a week they called me to pick it up because the repairs was already done. Then when we picked up the car I noticed that the millage was over 17, 250. And why was 300 miles over on the odometer. And the only explation that makes sense is that car was driven over 300 miles by some in the shop. And I called and asked about of the millage. And they denied it. And told me that was the millage when we dropped it off. The paper work showed the millage as 16,920 when I dropped it off. So obviously they lied to us and someone had driven my car over 300 miles for their on used. So don't take your car there, if you don't care about someone driving your car and put more millage, so avoid this place... they're lairs.

This place is the best collision Center in town, when I spoke about my car the man remembered what I said very personable I like that place I will recommend everybody have their car repaired there. Thank you so much Ken and Angel and the rest of the crew
