Living with a yellow lab I thought I'd always have a car filled with dog hair. When I've taken my car to other detailing companies I've been told they wouldn't be able to get all the dog hair out.This is just this companies first pass!! It'll get even better as I am on a regular affordable cleaning schedule. On any given day--my car will now be clean.

I have never met a more rude individual in my life than the owner of this business. While driving a truck with a trailer, he almost backed into me along the road between the Smith's and the church next door. When I honked, he did not react, so I had to reverse to not get hit by him. He pulled a U-Turn, and I waved to have him pull his window down, so I said his trailer doesn't have any lights on. He cursed at me and said trailers don't have lights, I said he almost hit me and he said that was my fault. I left, lo-and behold I see the same truck on my way home parked here so I stopped in to the shop to talk to someone but the driver was apparently the owner, told me that its my fault for not being in the lane and instead pulling up behind him on the road, and that I need to get the expletive out of his shop and "Hope you dont trip all the way back to your car."

My husband and I are from California and our car spun out on the way to Nevada and the radiator broke and we hit a rock. We were towed to Xpress Diesel and Auto because they came highly recommended by everyone we asked. Now I know why they are so highly recommended. Jesse and his wife are super friendly and the work done to my car was the BEST ever. My car runs better now than before. I wish they had great mechanics here in California. Also, the job was done within a day. Thank you so much Xpress Auto, great work and great prices.

Took in my Toyota Highlander. Asked for major service work, valve cover gasket, timing belt, water pump, spark plugs etc. did a great job! Came in with 180,000 miles and now I can drive 100,000 more safely. Appreciate them. Car seems to run a whole lot smoother now! Thank you.

I changed the glow plugs in my F550 to brand new Ford glow plugs and messed up something so it wouldn't run right anymore. Having previous experience with E.D. & A, I decided to call them. They came and towed my truck to their shop on Jan 26th. I went and paid the bill on Feb 18th and towed the still broken truck back to my shop. I paid them over $1,600 to install a new loom in the truck and kill both my batteries. Wonderful. They said in response to my dead batteries "hey it's been sitting for weeks". I said feel the rear view mirror, I bet it's hot. It was. They had turned on the switch for my heated mirrors and didn't notice it was draining my batteries. However, went they went to start my truck and found out the batteries were dead, instead of trying to find out what they did, the used two trucks with jumper cables, removed my air filter cover and sprayed starting fluid onto the air filter to start my turbo diesel engine. Can you say detonation? One of the intercooler hose clamps at the spider was left loose and removed from it's locate position, leaving a massive air leak. The new loom I paid over $958 for, was found on Riff Raff diesel for $615. After the markup of the loom, I was also charged over $400 to install it. After all of this, Jesse said "well it doesn't run because you either need new glow plugs or injectors". I offered to give them more $ towards the repair (expecting to put another $1,000 down) and Jesse said "If you can't put down another $3,000, I won't order the parts". Can you say "I don't treat my suppliers well so they make me pay in advance?". I paid my balance due and had my truck towed out of there. Three weeks wait for a still broken truck. Then I discovered that the 'new' loom isn't new at all and has butt connectors installed on it for the driver side valve cover connection! I went to the shop to discuss with Jesse why the new loom has butt connectors installed and was recording the incident. When Jesse heard that I was recording, he would not come out of the adjacent bathroom to talk. Instead, he texted or called an employee to come into the lobby and ask me to leave. I can't wait to share this story about Xpress Diesel and Auto over and over.

My father passed away while he was rebuilding his truck. Xpress diesel finished the whole truck for me and fixed any issues they found that arose. Jessie and his crew are the nicest people! I should have come here first! I decided to replace all the injectors on my f250 powerstroke. My truck has NEVER ran better!! Thanks Xpress Diesel for fixing my truck the first time. They really did me right!!****update*** I can't begin to thank these guys.. my truck is like brand new.. I still am so impressed with the power that was restored. We used to hear the truck run at 70.. and now smooth as coconut pudding.. gas mileage went from 14mpg to over 23mpg. I am truly amazed. THANK YOU!!!!

I am very disappointed in this business because after returning our F350 dually pick up truck to Jessie three times and $14400 dollars later, the truck was not fixed.We took the truck to Red Rock Repair in Las Vegas and they fixed it $650 dollars.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They fix anything and are good at what they do in my opinion. I'm young and I'm learning. My saturn 2003 is pretty messed up, but they helped me with at least half of whats wrong with it in 3 separate days: cracked belt rotator, cracked CV boot, brake pads, and some other stuff all fixed just in a few hours! I plan on going there again tomorrow. They've been a big help so far, but there's still work to be done

Last year this shop did a great job on my brakes and charged me reasonably. So, I returned again this year. I asked for a labor-only quote to change oil, oil filter and fuel filter (I supplied all materials). He vaguely alluded to a pit charge and said $65. I responded, $65 for the labor only? The next day another man was there. I confirmed the work and price. He responded will you pay cash? When I returned to pick up my vehicle there was a third man there. He said the $65 was just for the fuel filter labor and there was another $40 for the oil labor. Well, I have changed my oil and filters many times. The whole job takes me, without a mechanics shop, less than an hour to do the work. Xpress Auto charged me $105 for 30 minutes of work! Lawyers and Doctors don't charge this much for their labor! Something has definitely changed at Xpress Auto over the last year!

I am from out of town and came to the shop to have a oil service and power steering service done and when they got done my bill was 319.14 and I brought my own oil filter . They said they greased all my joints and changed my air filter. After I got home found that they changed me 85.91 for my filter when it only cost at Napa was 51.49 and I understand a mark up but paying 85.01 for that filter was out rages and they was supposed to do a 28 point inspection and chassis lube, after checking none of my grease joint got touched. When I left I Specifically asked if he greased it and he said yes. After I seen the getting my glasses and seen what he charged I called company a guy said he could charge that then he hung up on me.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Just trying to save others some money. I thought we would try out a local small business for when my check engine light came on on my dodge diesel. After a couple days I was called and told I needed 4 sensors and a new engine computer. I thought that s a little odd that 4 sensors and my computer went bad at the same time. He said he need to do further diag which would be about 300$ I said go ahead since it was already there about a week. Jesse said we will look further into it. About 4 days later and me having to call them for updates he told me that it needed a engine wiring harness to the tune of about 2500$. On top of the 300 for the diagnosis. I was already in about 300$ for a rental car mind you. So I took it to the local dodge dealer for a second opinion. I got a call the very next day from dodge saying my car was done. They found 1 bad wire going to the map sensor and repaired it. FOR 78$ OUT THE DOOR! So after leaving dodge I tried to get ahold of Jesse for a couple of days to tell him and see if he would make it right since it took a week and a half to misdiagnose my vehicle. He said technically the wire harness would have fixed it. And he wouldn t help me out at all. Then hung up on me. GREAT WAY TO DO BUSINESS JESSE . I gave him the opportunity to make it right and he absolutely blew it. I don t imagine he will be in business long the way he operates. From my understanding from locals he is ruining the good name of the old owners. After going there, a few people told me oh yeah don t go there. To late for me but I don t usually write reviews but I figured I would try to save others so money. also I read a bunch of reviews and it seems the shops comeback is usually we don t have you in our record . I just wanted to pop on here and leave 5 stars for these guys. My kids and I were stuck on the side of the road with our ATVs. They actually stopped (with their kids in the truck) and offered to help. He gave us some straps to get our ATV towed home. So many other ppl just drove right passed. But he stopped and helped. Appreciate ppl like this.

Yeah Jesse I want to know why you gave me my truck and said it was done you said you took a test drive on it back a year ago. If you would have took the test drive on it you would have seen all that black smoke blowing it out there if you wanted to give me some kind of excuse you would have known it was the turbo. If you're any kind of mechanic. Blame in the wall wiring or whatever you shouldn't have given it back to me because it black smoke. But that's okay was here pretty quick within the next few months we're going to be in court together.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I have always had good experiences at this auto shop. The front desk guy was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and honest. There is usually not much of a wait, and the mechanics really do a good job. Here in Pahrump I would definitely recommend this autoshop to anyone looking for an honest car repair quote.

I have been to this Autoshop a few times now. They are always quick to get the work done and have great customer service. The owners really take pride in their shop and want the customers to leave happy with the work done right. I will come back for future maintenance and repairs.

My 2005 Ford diesel motor seized on me and I was devastated. Jesse and Dave were awesome, they took their time explaining my options. I opted for a used engine and within a week (and minus a few bucks) I was back on the road. With their patience and what I believe a job well done I would recommend them big time. I live in Death Valley, and am recommending them to one and all who live here.
