Been here an hour, was told by one employee that service would be a half hour, another employee said hour and a half1 Hour later, same vehicle was in bay, nobody was working, all were standing outside talking.I had 2 WALK IN TIRES, simple mount and balanceMy tires aren't mounted yet, employee couldn't figure out where my wheels are. Checkout employee didn't listen to me when I told him his tech was outside with my paperwork.Checkout employee tells me they only have 1 tire machine for 2 tire bays.I see 6 employees standing around outside talking amongst themselves, same ones as when I walked up0 stars on the tire service center.I don't recommend wasting your time, and I recommend checking any work this store does.

This used to be a good place to go for oil change, not anymore. They make you wait for more than 3 hours with or without an appointment. Employees grunt and just don t care. These people should be thankful they have a job that puts food on the table. These ungrateful workers should just quit and find another job. Walmart will be happy to find a lot better replacements.

Had a flat tire. Googled it & was supposed to be open til 7pm. I called since 6pm. No answer. I physically went there at 6:55pm to be told by a young manager that they couldn't fix my flat because it takes 20 minutes & there was only 5 minutes left. TERRIBLE Customer Service leaving a human at night with a flat tire

If you can find an employee that actually WANTS to do their job...They're great...I called EVERY DEPARTMENT in the store for 2 days trying to see if the tire i ordered arrived. Let it ring 25 TIMES EACH. Not ONE DEPARTMENT answered the phone except for the curbside delivery department!

Came to get new tires with an appointment. Waited over an hour and half. This is not the place to go if you re short on time, even with an appointment.

They refused to schedule a tire purchase over the phone, and was told they needed to see the car first. F you Walamrt, I took my car elsewhere.

The pit stop guys were wonderful and bumped us up to the front of the line. What should have been a three hour wait. Was cut in half. Thank you for giving my elderly uncles truck a new tire.

Had to get 2 new tires found the cheapest ones they had when I went to the counter the cashier guy said give me a second to see if I can find you a better deal he came back and said I have 2 of these left and he saved me almost 80 dollars love that guy

Helped me with a flat when I was in a bad situation. They took care of it quickly and kindly. This was a few months ago but I m still grateful! No complaints, thank you

I got tires done a year ago and they are still in good shape, a Walmart to remember for sure.

I just had a new set of tires put on my car. Did everything online, from purchasing the tires, to setting up install.. I arrived just before my appointment time, they took the car in, did a nice job, TESTED them (makes a difference), and completed the job without issue. They did so well that I'm going to have another set done on my wife's car within the next month. This location seems to have a good crew. I'll be a constant customer as long as they continue to provide this level of service.

Sat in my car for fifteen minutes while one person outside was checking you in. I was told by the cashier inside that the wait time for my car would be an hour to an hour fifteen minutes. If I had shopping to do they would text to let me know.After an hour and a half I got a call from auto care telling me that the price that I was given for forty-nine dollars had changed to eighty two dollars was because they had run out of the oil needed in my car, but they could use oil off the shelf. After me pushing around on the store cart because there were no motorized carts available for an hour and half did not go down well for me. I probably won't go back because there seems to be something going on all the time.

Not a good experience, the tires I bought have only 3000 or less miles on them and have warped side walls on all 4 tires. The tires have a warranty. The warranty was not honored. So I was going to buy new tires, I dropped off one tire, on the rim at 9 am I was told they would call me when done. At 5pm I called to see what is taking so long . They had not even started yet. Then they tell me they don't have any tires my size in any brand in stock. The Lady that wrote up my service agreement. Said they were in stock when I dropped off the tire. I am very disappointed and will never get anything for my vehicle at Walmart. Better to go to a real tore shop. With qualified people. And quality products. So the experience sucked

They have good prices there but so we can be long. It took over an hour for my car to even move from the drop off line, but when they started working on my car it was done in record time. I will continue to go here because the prices are good and they are very helpful.

Terrible quality tires. Bought all new tires plus their extended warranty for fixes and replacements. Within months I had 2 flats. Takes them half a day to tell you what they are going to do then they demand more money to actually put the warranty-covered tire on.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

The store is packed with last minute shopping going on. Everyone is busseling around but that's a good thing. Have not run into any angry people.

They came through for me in spectacular fashion. Like a lot of folks I got a flat tire in Death Valley. It wasn't repairable so I needed 4 new tires for my AWD. They had them, installed, fixed my headlight, and I swear the whole car runs better since we dropped in. I am SO GRATEFUL to this well organized team. I could not possibly have asked for more.

If zero stars were an option I would. Came in at 4:00 and was told no one else was in front of me. Left at 7:42 for an oil change and tire rotation. The place is a disaster. The chick changing my tires would pull one off, toss it on the balancer and then go do something else. Back and forth. The management here is the problem no doubt!

Genuinely disappointed in the service center. Brought my 2013 F150 in for a battery. Was upsold wiper blades and the best battery available. I use this truck and trailer on our ranch daily. I asked if they could repair the tire from my trailer. The tire and wheel was in the bed of the truck. I paid for the battery, wipers and labor. I left to go home and install the wheel and tire. To no avail, the tire was never touched. I live an hour north of the Pahrump Walmart. I ended up having my helper go back into Pahrump to Drew's Tire Pros and they repaired the tire quickly. My ranch helper called me and said the wipers are just smearing the dirt and water. He got back to the ranch and the new wipers still had the yellow protective strip over the wiper blades.......... another disappointment with Walmart and their quality control. The one time I let Walmart do anything to my vehicles it was not very pleasant and it was on my personal truck. You missed the mark on this one Walmart! Definitely need to train your technicians and service writers way better!

Horrible... very slow, we arrived a few mins after 4pm and left at 7pm only to be told it would finish before close but had to leave overnight. All we wanted was to purchase 2 new tires. Very slow, rude, poor communication would NEVER do business with auto center again.

Its first come first serve. I waited a couple of hours. But they did an oil change, put a new cabin filter in, check all fluids and tires, brakes. All for just over $50. Great job.

Always great to go and get your oil changed and your tires rotate and air filter all done in 45 minutes

It took 1 1/2 hr for an oil change. I was first in line at 7:00 am and I get my truck at 8:36 am . Not happy.

After purchasing an expensive product from the Auto center with specific instructions from the assistant that a receipt would not be needed in order to return the item due to everything being in their computer system, I attempted to return or exchange the item, the csr denied the transaction as well as the same assistant manager. Normally, I would have taken a picture of the receipt but did not fret it as she assured me it was unnecessary. Now I'm stuck with a pricey part that I don't need and not enough funds to get the part I do in fact need. Fair warning. This is why I stick to AutoZone where their customer service to loyal customers is their main priority and why they will get all my future funds for my auto needs

They charge you for tire but don't tell you that's just for the tire not for the cost of balancing, installation, etc . Just buy the tire here and go across the street to Hollywood tires it's only$15 to put it on no extra fees they balance it and everything.

I went to the auto center late on a Sunday needing help with one of my tire balances. They cleaned and remounted the tire and had me back on the road in 45 minutes. Excellent service, would recommend.
