I was stranded in the middle of the desert on Thanksgiving weekend..literally the middle of nowhere! The kind dispatchers from Two Star towing kept calling me to keep me appraised of the arrival time that my tow driver would arrive. The owner of the shop went out of his way with superior customer service!!!

These folks are great. Trudy on the phones and Tony and Demarco, the drivers. They are fast yet cautious when hooking up and towing. They took my 18 foot Class C RV to Pete's Auto Clinic. Thanks all of y'all for a great job.

I bought a used car from a private party and it didn't have the jack and stuff in it so I went to two star and found what I needed for only 10 bucks they were great

Best people to call for towing and whenever you need a part. They may or may not have what you need but they are always will to help. The secretary is very nice and professional and the guys are very helpful and try their best to assist you.

The fat cow that's the main chick running the office has to be the most unpleasant, disrespectful, and mouthy btch alive. She accused me of using a fake name over the phone and made me come in to pay for my truck and was rancid about it. I do not recommend this shady azz place they seem as though they purposely make it harder for you to get your vehicle out so that they can just auction it off.

75 dollars to retrieve items after hours (which are not 24hours according to google) it's something RIDICULOUS like 8-4 (from what I read in reviews as the lady spoke so very fast) ....75 DOLLARS no one is even off work at this time ... 9 months ago the price was 35 dollars ...that's wild a 40 dollar increase that's insane can't wait to see what the bill looks like .

My husband and are very happy with the service we got last week when our car broke down in Death Valley. The tow truck driver made a bad situation turn out good. He went out of his way to make us feel safe. Thanks again for all your help.

I have never had service with them... but I did witness one of their drivers coming from Vegas swerving the ENTIRE way to Pahrump. Thank goodness the other drivers around him were cautious, because he was cutting it close on quite a few cars... so, no thank you!

Fantastic company. Their drivers went above and beyond when my MH broke down and Josh was extremely helpful helping me find a hotel room for the night and driving me there and picking me up in the morning and taking me to their compound and setting me up in a safe spot for the weekend and helping me find a mechanic. I highly recommend this company for all your towing needs.

My car ended up with a flat out front of my house. I used verizon's roadside assistance and they dispatched Two Star. They were due to arrive between 10:53 AM and 11:23 AM, it's currently 10:49 AM and my tire is already changed and the driver's gone. Thanks Constantine. These guys are great. Skilled and personable driver made the best out of a bad situation. Thank you guys for picking up my 4runner and all five of us. Try finding any other service to come get your 4x4 and five passengers at night. What a great company.

Made a call to set up a time to pick up my belongings out of my wrecked car. Was able to get ahold of someone and set up a time to get into the lot fast and easy. Their place was easy to find. Amanda at the front desk was very helpful. Thank you all!

Cool spot. I've delt with them on a couple of occasions. Bobby, is a very nice person. They were busy as heck the day I was there. They would still acknowledge that I was there, and "please be patient". So I gave them that, because I could see just how busy they were. And don't let Melody shoot a joke at you. You'll forget what you were there for! Lol. She's sweet.( If I can say that) I don't want to offend. But it's true, and I won't take it back! So there!! Trust this company for whatever it offers first.

My husband and I were stranded on Hwy 160 about 10 miles from Pahrump with a flat tire. AAA contacted Two Star Towing. The driver, Victor, was the nicest gentleman - extremely personable and provided us with top notch service.

I had to pay a friend after blowing my radiator on my truck. Got a ride up there for some guy to start yelling at me and a friend that were not suppose to be in a certain place. Then after I find what I needed I ask politely if I could buy the part and the lady in the front tells me no hesitation busy on a forklift to come back. I finally get a call after hours when I can't find a ride back there to get a radiator. I call to see if I can come by at 430 and she said nope we close hours 8-4 n hangs up. Idk if I'd trust them with your stuff.

The ordeal started at 11:30 AM they said 90 minutes. That time went by and they said another 90 minutes. that went by and they said 46 minutes. Then they quit taking our calls. NEVER DID SHOW! When you need a tow call someone else!

I was stranded in death Valley national Park! I called AAA service and they referred to start towing to come out to meet me immediately! Probably one of the worst places to be stranded is in death Valley in the middle of the day, but within relatively short time, Teri came to my rescue and unlock my vehicle so I could get back on the road. I am so grateful for how professionally are, and how kind they accommodated me from picking me up to dropping me off of my vehicle so I was safeService: Car lockouts

WOW! What a circus. Waited for 3 1/2 hours with 5 different ETA s just to have a battery put in and then the guy showed up with no battery. This place is the worst service I have ever had!!! AAA uses this company and I have complained to them to. Hopefully they realize what a joke these guys are and drop them!!!Service: Battery serviceService: Battery service

Highly recommend!!This place is from our experience the best 2am emergency tow service. Our truck got a flat tire in Death Valley at 1230 a.m. I called Heather at two Star Towing and our truck was towed to our home in Pahrump by 2 a.m. Thank you guys.

Broke down at Walmart. They said it would be a half hour, came sooner. Driver Terry really nice and professional. Parked my truck in the perfect spot at my house, no problems. Great service.

I needed a part for my jeep. There was a guy named Don who helped me find the part and used his tools to take off the part for me. The bigman/ owner looked up the part to see how much it is. Fair price and good part. Thank you Don And Bobby.
