Highly recommend. RV Dr (Manny) will educate you on why you are having issues without having you waste your time & money. He accomplished A LOT in lightning speed & we saved money.

If we could give more stars, we would. We lost DC power to our 5th wheel. We called and Jill said Manny could fit us in after noon. He arrived about 2 pm and quickly diagnosed the issue was a bad converter. Jill tenaciously worked the phones with our extended warranty company to get approval for him to replace the converter right then with one he had on his truck. He noticed a screw missing from the heater box and fixed that. We know now that we were not getting proper airflow and heat from the propane heater.The extended warranty covered the repair. Thanks to Jill and Manny, we had lights and power and were warmer with only our deductible cost.They are both very nice, very helpful, very professional and knowledgeable. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Yes, they are that good!

Manny and Jill are the best. We made all of the arrangements from Ohio. They pre-ordered all of the parts, arrived on time, did a thorough job at a fair price. Manny is a meticulous craftsman. Great work and great communication at a fair price.

My husband and I needed help with some RV mechanicals a couple of times recently, and Manny, the RV Doctor, gave us the exact help we needed both times. He s a real pro - arrived on time, listened to our woes, and fixed us right up. He works with Jill, who is also friendly, efficient, and helpful. I won t hesitate to call on him again if (when ) the need arises.

We lost power in our motorhome. We had power at the pedestal and knew it was coming into the coach. We checked the breakers and nothing helped. I called Manny, he talked me thru a couple of things to do and our power was back on in the coach! He is our RV tech for as long as we are in Pahrump. He is the best. Thank you, Manny for helping us over the phone.

We own a Jayco Luxury 5th Wheel, and out on our 3 excursion we encountered an issue with our LCI leveling system. Fortunately me met Manny with RV Doctor. He was beyond helpful, with his cheery attitude he walked us through the whole system, explaining what we did wrong, what we needed to do, and fixed our issue I offered Manny money, he declined that s something you often don t see anymore. I d highly recommend RV Doctor for any repairs or services, you ll be dealing with an honest person!

CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our 5th wheel trailer brakes shorted out in Pahrump on a Sunday. I called Rv Doctor. Jill explained that they were unable to help with this issue. But she didn t stop there! Several phones calls later, she had us safely in an RV Park, and set up with Bell Welding and Trailer Repair. Can t tell you what it meant to have Rv Doctor willing to talk us through a very trying time.

Can t appreciate them any more than we do. We were just passing thru Pahrump and needed help with our water system and they were out to help us in a few hours! Jill was fantastic and I think the techs name was Manny and they were so nice and also fixed our problem! I would like to thank them for taking care of us and getting us back on the road! Highly recommended!

Manny and Jill were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to target the issue with our inverter. Manny took it one step further and wanted to know why the issue happened and not just bandaid the issue. He called the manufacturer and was able to assist us to get back on the road. Many thanks and appreciation for treating us kindly and quickly. This kind of Customer Care is rarely seen in the RV Service world.Service: Electrical

Manny did an outstanding job replacing our heater motor. Just in time to. Everything done in a timely manner from Diagnosing the problem to finding the part. Jill can pretty much locate anything and thanks for working with my insurance company . You both are Great

I called the RV doctor to make an appointment for a electrical problem that I was having, they helped me troubleshoot and Fix my problems, this company is GREAT, I would Highly recommend the RV Doctor to anyone

Hello, The RV Doctor is awesome. This is the second time that I have used them. The first time was an electric issue on my trailer and Manny found the problem. This last time I had a refrigerator that stopped working on my trailer and Manny let me know that the motor was bad it was still under warranty he took care of all the warranty BS for me and ordered all the parts. My refrigerator is working great now just another great job from the RV Doctor.Service: Electrical

I was contacted as promised with the time window for the repair guy to show up. Repairman arrived early - which was great! Super friendly, asked great questions about the problem and immediately jumped into work. Solved the mystery quickly, effected the repairs and completed the job. This was a no hype, no BS, straight forward repair visit just like you would hope for but is rarely seen or experienced in this day and age. It's no wonder they are booked up in advance!

I regret that I can only give the RV Doctor a 5-star rating. In this day and age of selfishness and dishonesty, Manny and Jill are truly a breath of fresh air! I started out as one of their customers, and have ended up as one of their friends. They are two hard-working, honest people who will help you navigate your RV issues, on time and on budget. Manny is true to his word, and goes out of his way to make certain that you are satisfied. He genuinely treats each project as if he was doing it for himself. Living here in Southern Nevada it gets pretty hot. These guys had a backlog of calls and was 3 weeks out before helping me. My A/C stopped working and because Manny was near me after completing a customer, he stopped by my RV to get an idea of the problem. He happened to have the part needed to get my A/C functional again in his truck. Needless to say we're cool again and it only took 3 days rather than 3 weeks. I highly recommend RV Doctor.

Outstanding service!On a Saturday, we called the RV Doctor/Manny. He attempted to help resolve our issue via telephone, going above and beyond. Ultimately our issue requires a new part for our water heater.Within less than 48 hours, we met up with Manny who installed the new part that he d ordered for us. Thank you, Manny!! Highly recommend!!

If your in need of a honest, reliable and totally professional rv repair technician look no further. Manny and his wife Jill are nothing short of AWESOME!! I ve used them many times and have never been disappointed. Manny is a skilled technician that will explain every aspect of his work and fully stand behind all his repairs. His wife Jill does a great job scheduling and is unbelievable in her knowledge of warranty work and handles everything professionally and keeps you informed every step of the way. Before being referred to RVDOC I had used other repair companies and none even came close to what I ve come to expect from this dynamic team each and every time. Is there a Doctor in the R.V? Yes there is!! The RV Doctor - Dr. Manny and the most excellent assistant Jill. These two have helped us remedy 3 different problems we have had over the past couple years. Their diagnosis and the prescribed treatment remedied our situations in a timely, efficient manner. We are getting ready to leave for camping in the refrigerator went out. Manny came out and was able to repair. He checked everything to make sure no other problems. Manny and Jill are awesome! Manny replaced the check valve on the back of our rv hot water tank. He finished in the hour estimated to do the job and absolutely no leaking from the hot water tank now! So good to find a reliable mobile rv repair company. We will define using them again and will highly recommend them!

After a rough start, Manny came to our rescue and was very explanatory of the issues at hand. After sitting in the desert heat, with two bad air conditioner units, he get us back on the comfort zone. The cost was also very affordable. He has earned a loyal customer from here on out. A++++

Our breaker switch went out in our RV. It was cold and the day after Thanksgiving. We live in Az. But called the 800 number I found online. We did not know we were talking to someone in Nevada. Manny was able to talk my husband through the problem and got the breaker back on. Thank you Manny and RV doctor for helping even from another state. We highly recommend them.Service: Electrical

Called to see if they did 5th wheel suspension work, said no. But they gave name and number of someone to call. All the other shops/RV repair places, either didn t text or call back (RV Masters didn t even answer their phone during business hours). So give them 5 stars for great customer service, even if they didn t do any work for me. Great job guys/gals!

I have to give an update to my last review. Many & Jill have got to be the nicest most professional and honest business owners I ve come across. Once again I had a problem with my trailer and when I couldn t get the help I needed from other repair shops here in Pahrump or Las Vegas Many was able to help me fix our trailer. Even if I m on the road from now on I will call ( The RV DOCTOR ) I highly recommend them for your RV repairs. If they can t help you with it they will recommend where to take it. Once again Thank you for your help.Many was very professional and honest. Two qualities that are hard to find nowadays. He was not able to do the work but recommended a couple places to go to.
