This is not concerning a repair but a testiment to Ron's character. My debit card was jammed or something in the ONCU ATM, and the ATM shut down saying it was temporarily out of order with my card still in it. No way I could get it to return the card. Ron came to the machine, which apparently started working later, and found my card sitting on top of the machine where I guess someone had put it when the machine spit it out on the next patron. He took the time to find my contact information, called me and said he had the card and that he would return it, and I met him shortly afterwards after he returned the card. God was looking after me that day, and through Ron, and I got my card back safe and sound. People like him do not come around ofter but I thank God he was the person that found my card and cared enough about a stranger to get it back to me. I think you could not do better to do business with such a person.

We want to put a big, which may not be adequate, thanks to Ronald Lee Gilmore II for his exceptional care and service getting us back on the road. Our 99 F-350 7.3 broke down in Pahrump and Ron answered the phone on a Saturday and set straight to work resolving our issues. He went above and beyond with our truck and our tired 7.3 with 293k miles. We feel so blessed to have met this man and benefited from his extensive knowledge on this piece of equipment. We have made a lifetime friend in Ron. Our first day driving post repairs, with our heavy pickup camper, towing a jeep the truck performed beyond its years. New injectors, high pressure oil pump, glow plugs and more. We are so happy with our experience and look forward to working with Ron again.

On a Friday afternoon as I was visiting town, I needed assistance. Ron reluctantly agreed to analyze my issue if I paid cash. He test drove my truck, checked the codes and analyzed the results. His recommended work (which he fortunately did not have the time to do) could have cost upwards of $7,000. He suggested I attempt to carefully drive the 1100 miles home. Fortunately, I took my truck to a certified shop in the next town. They identified my problem as totally different, fixed that problem and two unrelated problems for 1/10th the cost. You be the judge.

Even though his voice mail says he's retired, he returned my call and helped me diagnose why my truck would not start over the phone. And his crystal ball (knowledge & experience) was right on as I get my batteries replaced. A man with a good work ethic, integrety, and honest. How rare! I will be making a donation to St. Jude's Hospital, a charity near and dear to this Godly man's heart, out of thanks for his complimentary help.

I was on an RV trip in Death Valley. I had the Ball Joints on my Ford F350 (2001) before I left Reno. By the time I got to Death Valley there was a horrible noise from the right front wheel area. I thought it was my breaks. I called Ron and he offered to work on it when I arrived in Pahrump. I dropped of the truck at his place and before I got back to the RV park he called to tell me it was fixed. Apparently the shop in Reno installed the Heat Plate incorrectly. He fixed it and then gave the rest of their work the once over. He said no charge because he felt bad for the bad work other mechanics had done. I paid him for a 1/2 hour of work. Most honest mechanic ever!!

Ron did a great job on short notice. He stated that he donates his profits to kids with cancer at St Judes' hospital, that is honorable.

Ron went above and beyond to help us! Stranded on highway with travel trailer, got us to safety and repaired our truck. Making sure we were safe to continue our travels. Thank you Ron!
