We called them because our work truck went down and they took care of us super fast and with a good friendly attitude. Mike went above and beyond to get us our truck back as fast as he could even with dealing with our corporate company for approval. He made it happen so we didn t go without our truck for deliveries for more than a couple days. Super happy with their service.

I got my oil changed yeah, my air filter changed for brand new off-road tires for sensors for those tires and asked for an alignment less my truck drove away and it felt pretty good with brand new tires on it then my tire started to wear because they did not do the alignment that I asked for it is very common sense if someone buys four brand new expensive tires especially when you sell them a warranty for those for Tires that they need an alignment. I ve known this since I was a child, however, our friends at Purcell don t seem to understand that and now they re telling me I m out of a tire. I can t even do the claim on the warranty. They told me the guy that quit forgot to put it on the receipt when I spoke to them on the phone and the manager denied my claim because there wasn t a alignment done on it whenever I originally told him that s what I wanted. I wasn t even planning on buying tires when I first went in there. I feel ripped off and cheated seriously thinking about taking them to court. They told me that they would call the corporate office and see what happens but I ve never called me back it s been a couple of month. My drain plug also leaks which I had another mechanic look at after my oil change it was overtightened and stripped my oil pan. I have photos and videos of this.

I went there to get my tires checked, as I was traveling through. They were wonderful, got to me right away and put air in and I was on my way. The young man who did it was very friendly and even gave me some travel tips on what to see.

I got my slow leak fixed in front driver tire today. Customer service was top notch! Mike and his crew are hands down the best. Thank you for always being my go to choice and having prompt service too! 10/10 recommend these guys!

WOW! If you want to be publicly embarrassed for not knotting your tire size this is the place to go! The employee that helped me and my husband was beyond rude. Definitely taking our business elsewhere.

This is a professional and very well tan business. Each time we call for any assistance/service they get us in fast and the job is always done correctly! We have been coming here for just over a year and every time is just like the first time.The staff is absolutely accommodating and Sam sure knows how to lead a team!Great job to everyone!!Thanks for always doing the right thing!

I was pleased with their welcome into the facility.My girlfriend recommended me to Purcell which was a great recommendation!The technician was able to fit me in instantly and it was only about 40 minutes for a walk-in which was perfect and so kind to this for me!They were quick but so professional and customer friendly! Mike one of their tech explained, very cheerfully, what they found and how they repaired the tire. I was thrilled with their small town service and very knowledgable!Good job Purcell..you have one more happy customer!Thank you.

Great customer service. Went in around 11 for spark plug change and they initially said they might be able to get to my vehicle today. They actually got me out of there by 12:30. Professional work done and pricing is reasonable. They ve got my business for any vehicle work I need done.

Everyone else was was full up today so we tried this place. Great service and they took our car right away for an oil change and alignment. They checked all filters etc while doing the oil change. They also let me know I didn t need an alignment (they could ve gotten away with charging me for it anyways but didn t). They gave me a military discount even without me asking due to my veteran plates. The price was great. We were in and out within an hour, very pleased with this location and will be coming here for all future auto needs. Highly recommend!

They are awesome. I first went by 2 weeks ago and ask them to inflate my dirt bike tire. They did it and didn t charge me. So I took my 2010 Prius yesterday and they did a great job. The customer service is on level 10. The guys seem like they have a great time working together. I definitely recommend them

Service went very well with knowledgeable, courteous tech. Only problem was another new tech backed into my RV creating body damage that was handled by management expeditiously and satisfactorily. Would definitely return when necessary.

No major work was done, just a battery replacement, but the service was great. Purcell responded very quickly with the work and all their employees I had contact with were friendly, courteous, and informative. They had me back on the road fast.

The man at the front desk was so professional, so courteous and polite. He continually went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. I had never used your company before but he gave me such a great first impression of it. I will continue to use your company in the future and I'll certainly be sure to refer everyone I know to you as well. Customer service is a huge thing to me since so many companies are severely lacking in that area so I was very impressed by your front desk employee. He was treating everyone who walked in the door in the same way. Somebody needs to give that man a raise!

Spoke with Josh on the phone and made arrangements to have my oil change, very friendly. Got to shop and they got me right in and gave me the best price available. Friendly, professional and gave great customer service. I will be back.

I m new to the area. Needed oil changed in my truck. People recommended Purcell s. I had a good experience. They got me in and out efficiently. They had recommendations and were not pushy in replacing these parts. Friendly workers. I found my go to place for maintenance on my truck.

Excellent experience! Got a flat tire on a rental SUV out in Death Valley with very little luck finding a place with the right tire. Not only did Purcell have a tire in stock, but they were quick and super friendly. I am so thankful for the help and was able to get back to my vacation. Definitely recommend!

Service was excellent -- Fast and easy! Had the bushings replaced and the staff got us in quickly and we picked up our vehicle later the same day. Will definitely keep them in mind for any other needs.

These guys are awesome. They go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. They didn t have to but they gave me a ride and I greatly appreciated it. These are my go to guys for the past two years from my car needs.

Had a coolant blowout with my Chevy Equinox, many items needed replacing. Crew was professional and courteous. Work did take a bit longer than was estimated, but I believe it was because they wanted to make sure everything was working properly which I equate to excellent customer service. It has only been one day since work was completed but I have put the vehicle through the paces to check the cooling system, no problems. Purcell, to date all is great. If I do not post anything beyond this post, than all is working great and I appreciate USET the work you have done. I would recommend working with this business.

Guys were really nice. Found the issue fixed it. Price kind of high for what needed to get done. Paid for convenience. Would recommend Purcell or at least let them direct you. My truck runs better just like when I 1 st bought it.

I had really high hopes for this shop, but was greatly disappointed and honestly appalled with my experience. I took my 70,000 mile Chevy truck in for a basic alignment. Within a week the first alignment they did went out and my truck was pulling to the left. I was also lied to about the camber and caster adjustment with them saying the cams for adjustment are completely maxed out and rusted. My truck doesn t have a speck of rust on it and I knew they were lying about the adjustment because when I took it back in to redo the alignment they adjusted the cam bolts! Wow. The next alignment I got from them it drove straight, but now the steering wheel was 45 degrees to the right. Brought it back and then their next excuse was that my steering box was warn out and that s why my steering wheel isn t straight. I know for a fact it is not warn out. I ve had multiple Chevy trucks over the years and replaced multiple boxes I know what that feels like. They proceeded to adjust my tie rods by hand one turn to the left and not put it back on the alignment rack properly. Then my steering wheel was 45 degrees to the left and it pulled to the left! Big surprise! not. After talking to the mechanic about not being able to do the alignment he just got mad and yelled give them a refund and stomped out of the room. After that the manager Jimmy confronted me with a very aggressive attitude and would repeatedly talk over me after me asking politely to explain the situation. After asking if he wanted to drive the truck to feel what s wrong he said I honestly don t even care. We obviously have hit a stand still. In the end I got a full refund, but I had to waste a couple days with this shop, be disrespected, and now I have to take it to another shop to get it aligned. Absolutely unacceptable.

I waited 3 hours to get to new tires and an oil change. I did not have the tire key and they did not have one that worked. It took 2 1/2 hours before they even let me know this so three hours for an oil change, not the best. On the website, tires were 191 each, when I got there he was ringing up $540 for two tires. That mask does not add up to me.

Very happy with my experience here. I went for an oil change. They asked if I d been there before, and gave me a discount for being a first time customer. They also filled my tires for free without my asking. Great customer service!

Best shop I have been to in Pahrump, NevadaFast on point, they know what they are doing fast service and amazing experience; you are in good hands when you come here. Hard for me to find a fault with anything from sales to managers to mechanics. Would highly recommend one of the only places to take your vehicle would say it's number one in customer service, sales, mechanics and parts.
