Friendly knowledgeable service. Clean, comfortable waiting area. Irene's is an easy walking distance if you prefer to have breakfast or lunch while waiting. I will take my 2nd vehicle for maintenance on my next visit.

They found a mistake done by another mechanic and probably saved me from redoing a transmission that was just installed wrong. They also noticed several other items not done properly May do more work so will update.

If you want a company that misplaces keys to a $30,000 truck also losing your personal copy of warranty info look no further. If you want to wait 40 min plus standing at the counter while they look for paperwork that was right here this morning I know a place. Best part out of it is I had a list of warranty work that would be covered and I m glad they didn t touch it. Cannot say this enough DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT A PROFESSIONAL SETTING. -1/10Service: Engine repair

Took our challenger in for the transmission to be rebuilt. After we got it back, the transmission runs like gold however the center dash now rattles horribly and it didn t rattle at all beforehand. Took it back to them for them to fix it considering we paid over 4K and received our car back with a new problem. But they say it s just wear and tear . Wear and tear that didn t exist even in the slightest until they messed with it.Service: Transmission

Do not use this company. I was changing the oil on my car myself, and the oil drain plug was slightly stripped from the last oil change. I am not very strong, so instead of making it worse myself, I brought it to this shop with a new replacement plug and asked if they could simply remove the old one. Literally, just take it out. The front desk staff wasn't super friendly, and I immediately got a bad feeling, but I figured it was such a simple job what could really go wrong? They removed the plug and charged me nearly $50 for the job. Mind you, I brought the replacement part, they did not even provide that. They claimed the cost was for the amount of time that it took. From the time they got my car into the shop, I wasn't waiting more than 15 minutes. That's a bit fishy.For reference, their oil change costs less than what they charged me to replace the drain plug. Even the front desk staff and one of the mechanics seemed confused as to why they were charging me so much, but no one offered to lower the cost. They just looked at me as if they knew it was wrong, but made me pay anyway. So much for saving some money by changing my oil myself. Do yourself a favor... Don't come here - I am sure there are better options in town.Service: Oil change

This is a great place to get your vehicle fixed at. These individuals are actually listening to what you're talking about when your vehicle is down, and they look at different things that could be the result of your problem. They fix some things that you might have wanted fixed a long time ago without actually having a mechanic before that would do with the same thing. They fixed something on my truck that has been a problem for 8 years. No mechanic has done anything about it until these individuals did their thing. I'm honestly grateful for what they did. And it wasn't that expensive.I will certainly hold them as my mechanic in the future!

Called them up about an electrical issue draining the battery.. he fit us in last minute.. thankfully an had the issue fixed pretty fast.. an was at a very reasonable price too!! Super nice people an I felt very comfortable.. an asked a few questions about our other vehicle an I didn't feel stupid or like I was getting a run around. Nice talk an knowledgeable! Thx

I thought they did a great job replacing my engine, until We noticed they forgot to put the bolts back in the radiator. It was hanging down, thankfully we saw it before it fell off the car. They did fix it but then charged me for another repair I suddenly needed. I don t believe that was right because off the danger that. Could of happened with the radiator.Service: Engine repair

I told them I was heading to Vegas for the weekend needed new tires I bought put on the rims. 20 miles out of pahrump I was stuck with 2 flats. They didn't clean the rim before they put on the tires and they didn't check for leaks.I get to the shop they said they were faulty tires well many they should of checked if they were before sending me into the middle of the desert! So far so GREAT! Nice people, quick service, have an older car. Got right in today and had a check engine light on, getting thing replaced tomorrow. Knowledgeable Mechanic , Mike I think his name is, his wife, I believe runs the front office. Recommend this place!!!Update! Been here more than once three or more now. Got wheel bearing hubs replaced, were a bit wobbly he said.Don t go go to Drews tire ! They are Crooks!Percell tire doesn t even acknowledge you when you walk in door, you stand there 20 minutes and they say Nothing!This place knows your Name! Knows your Vehicle!Best Place in Town! They do it all too!

Mike and staff are very careful with your vehicle problem or problem's situations... Prices are comparable to All shops in town... They are new in town since 2019... My one experience has been good... Try them out for yourself...
