In all my 64 years have NEVER had the service I recieved here directly from Owen. The rest of employee s were also more than helpful! Our 2500 hd high country chevy was waiting for us to arrive. 45 minutes from test drive to drive home. Could not be more impressed. Worth the drive from Las Vegas.

I got jerked around quite a bit by other dealerships in the Vegas area and I was over it. Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza didnt jerk me around, AT ALL . I felt like I was treated like a human. From the initial call, to the test drive, to paperwork to going home with a new to me vehicle everything went smoothly and efficiently with our trusty sales associate Brian. If your new to the rather stressful experience of buying a car, and you're kinda nervous, these guys do an amazing job.

Glenn was awesome. Great communicator. Had a nice back and forth over email about my/wants needs in a new vehicle and loan. He was honest from the start. Never promised things that he couldn t deliver, never pressured us or made us uncomfortable. He made the 80-minute drive outside of Vegas worth it. We will be back when it s time to upgrade my wife s vehicle.

I set up an appointment for a recall. When u arrived for my appointment, the only tech there couldn t find me in the computer and had to figure out who I scheduled the appointment with and find a paper copy on her desk. Then when she returned she toook over checking me in. She told me that if they had the parts it would take 30 mins. I couldn t believe she would schedule an appointment without ensuring the parts would be available at the time of the appointment. What s the point of scheduling and having a service representative if they aren t even ensuring the parts are available for the known issue? Also, the check engine light has been on for some time. I expected that since the vehicle was already in for service, someone would call me with an estimate of what it would cost to fix it. When the service rep called, she told me I would have to pay about $180 diagnostic fee just to tell me how much it would cost to fix the problem! Unbelievable and unacceptable. It takes less than 5 minutes to plug in the code scanner and get a rough idea what the problem is. $180 for that is ridiculous and insulting. I can go to any auto parts store and they will do it for free because they want my business. Clearly Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza does not!!!!

Very pleased with our visit while on the road! Abe and the team got us taken care of and I felt that they had our best interest in mind from the very first phone call. Great prices and fast service!If you are in the Vegas area, make the drive to visit this location, you won't regret it!Special thanks to Jack, he helped get me along with many other customers to and from our homes while waiting for the repairs. We had a really good day. Went to Saeitta to look at some used cars first but they weren't even open on Memorial Day.(too bad, so sad) That's OK, we scored a great deal on a new Buick. 2 & a half yrs later, traded up to a GMC Terrain. Thanx Jodi & Glenn

Just bought our second vehicle from them. Owen Brondo is a wonderful young salesman. He's very personable and made us a great deal. Finance guy LaGrande is also great. And funny. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this business and Owen.

I purchased my new Chevy there was told free car washes for as long as I own my car! Now no more free washes.They asked if I had any service lately,I replied yes 5 years ago for a battery cost over 1000 Dollars. Was told not recent enough.liers will sell me another car!

I have never met someone as caring and helpful as Owen. From the beginning Owen did everything he could and bent over backwards to make sure I barely had to lift a finger and got the best deal possible. I have purchased two vehicles from Owen and throughout both cars he constantly reached out checking in on me to help with any of my needs. If I had to recommend someone for any of your needs, it would be Owen 1000%. Wonderful person and salesman.

Salesman Chad, Finance Manager Brian, Final Paperwork Jody all top-notch, friendly, and helpful. Chad took his time training us to use the new truck s technology, really patient and kind! Brian worked with us on getting us to a price we wanted. Jody wrapped it all up, making sure we got and have everything we need. We actually had a good time buying our truck first good time ever at a dealership!!

Brian was my sales representative. I live in vegas and I drove to Pahrump. I initially went to a chevy dealership close to my house just off of 215/ rainbow. It wasn't a good experience. I left and kept researching used trucks. I found one at Pahrump Valley auto plaza. The truck i found online just sold that morning. Brian came out and talked to me about what I liked and the possibility of ordering a new one. Long story short. He found a truck. Things went well. I negotiated they meant me halfway. Done deal. One of the most tideous places to be is going to a car dealership and not knowing who to trust. When working with sales agent Owen Brondo on getting the truck of my dreams, he worked diligently as he knew I was very interested in buying my truck at the right price. Once I contacted him, he frequently kept me updated every step of the way. I was working with other sales reps at other dealerships, and Owen got the job done fast, efficiently and easily! It was a pleasure doing business with him and Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza. He definitely gained my trust, and highly recommended to do business with. Thank you Owen!

Service Manager great job. Tried to help with the maintenance tech not completing the life cycle resets which cause damage to the break sensors. Not putting my truck into service modes when replacing the brakes is an issue. This is a continuing problem of not resetting systems when the also complete oil and fuel filters

3-20-2024 UpdateTook my acadia to Las Vegas auot nation gmc March 4th picking up March 23rdI really thought they could fix my vehicle but I was wrong they cannot they want to drive it for four hours and if they find anything wrong and if it isn't covered under warranty I pay 800.00 why do I even have a warranty?? I told them get my car together I will pick it up on Saturday I won't be paying money for more guess work the time before this he said it was a misfire so more guessing . I wish I could take this vehicle to pahrump valley auto and give them my keys and be done with this vehicle, its a lemon and no one is helping us and I so dislike paying almost 50,000 for a used vehicle and wondering everytime I drive it will this be the day it stops working I have no faith in the mechanics at either place I do not understand guessing to get my car fixed and there has been alot if guessing and parts added. So you know what I want to tell everyone don't buy used!! biggest mistake you will ever make, it certainly was mine for getting this vehicle. A very disappointed customer. Don't buy a used car!! I do however appreciate Denise.3-13-2024Update we took it to Las Vegas dealership and they have no clue what is wrong with vehicle and now we are waiting for a tech from gmc and now I have lost money from work cause of this issue, my vehicle is for work. this totally sucks I trusted GMC.. and no one is making it right, and making it right to get me into another vehicle spend more money that isn t a solution..disappointedI wish I could leave a 1 star I am personally not happy with these guys or gmc we bought a gmc Acadia over priced as well but I really wanted this car anyway biggest mistake ever it has issues I have taken it multiple times (more than 4 times same issue) and still issue not resolved. Lack of communication as of right now. Now we are being told to take it to a Chevy dealership in Vegas why in the heck would we what is wrong with this dealership? They can t fix my car and say they will not put another part on it so now the process is is we are waiting for gmc to say something clearly we are not a priority what do they care they sold us a car they are getting there money they do not care about the customer they do not care how much stress this vehicle has caused me I got this vehicle for work and everyday I drive I wonder is this the day I break down? Also when I am taking people to there appointments in Vegas they ask me what s wrong with my car pretty sad I have others pointing it out as well and wondering as well if we are going to break down I am not happy with gmc right now. Don t buy used that was my mistake..

We've bought two brand new cars at this dealership and just bought another brand new Tahoe through their company branch. It's always a great experience at Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza and management went beyond the call of duty assisting us getting a rare model when it just came off the truck. Great communication too, even after the purchase. As sales people change at car dealerships over the years, it's key to deal with the right sales person to have a good customer experience. As far as we know, this dealership had the same management for about a decade, so that's a good point regarding integrity and quality as they're definitely doing things right. Also, their Service Department is very good and we serviced our GM vehicles there since 2012. It's a nice facility and very relaxing. Although we live in Las Vegas, we enjoy driving over the hill to Pahrump to this dealership. Special thanks to Greg for his outstanding assistance on getting us this phenomenal brand new 2021 Chevy Tahoe Z71.

I bought a used 2012, F150, from them (got a good, fair price.) and after about 10 days I start to hear a squeaking noise from the back end. So I am all worried that I just bought this truck and now I have a problem. So I take it to the dealer, thinking maybe it's the brakes? They tell me that the brakes were serviced before it was sold. I leave the truck and they give me a ride to my house. A few hours later, they call and I had a rock in the brake caliper, the truck is ready and BTW they noticed there was a light missing on the bumper, so they ordered the part and will replace it. No charge for any of it. You have to appreciate a dealer that treats their customer right.
