Friday night it was cold and rainy and I stopped in right before closing time. Oz was super nice and helpful. He walked me through what he was doing to my car and made suggestions for how to fix the issue. He installed my battery quickly and made sure my car was running smoothly before I left. He treated me with respect and courtesy and was just all-aroundd outstanding!!!!

Not a big fan of Autozone in Pahrump NV. That being said I HIGHLY recommend O'Reilly. Shelves are stocked, and the staff are far friendlier. I even don't mind waiting if parts have to be ordered.. They have gotten everything right so far... Thanks...

I had hands down the best experience at this O Reillys. My car broke down in Death Valley and I got towed to this O Reillys. I ve never experienced such hospitality and kindness as I did from these people. Oz and Spike went above and beyond to care for my friend and I. They helped us figure out our car s problem and get the right parts. We were able to get back on the road home that night when all odds were against us. I hope their superiors read this review so they can know how great of employees they have, and reward them accordingly!! :) thank you Oz and Spike, you will forever be our heroes!

Pahrump has benefitted from this part store coming to the valley. It has a great staff that man the parts counters and they provide parts for almost all vehicles. It is important to support the brick and mortar stores. Online is fine but takes time for parts to arrive. Many parts are available immediately here.

Called for parts, asked for some specs and got hung up on after a long hold. Happens regularly when you call for parts at thus location.They do not carry diesel exhaust parts at all, even if the counter guy says they do.

The guy at the counter (I think his name was Michael) was friendly and helpful when I came in to get new headlights -- he even came out to the parking lot to check on me as I was putting them in, and helped me figure out what was wrong. Nice guy and 5 star service, for sure!

I ordered a new fuel pump via the O Reilly Auto Parts website at a reasonable price and within a week I was able to install it with little trouble. Hint: Make sure you have the wire harness to the fuel pump wired properly and test it so you don t have to drop the tank twice. Fortunately that process is not that bad on this rv. As far as I know this is the original fuel pump and it lasted 22 years. I replaced it because it was whining but still functioning. The website was convenient but if I need something quick and in a hurry there s a local OReilly Auto Parts Store near me too.

I greatly appreciate the staff at this location. Although they were under staffed at the time I went, a employee named Oscar was quick to help me out after I had bought the wrong battery. He was quick to issue me a refund, helped me get the right battery, and then even installed it for me. Its not very often that I come across people who are patient and willing to help especially when the store is understaffed.

They are not customer-service concerned or friendly. The person at counter ordered part we needed. We went to pick up and apparently, he ordered under his personal account. He wasn't there that day. YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT I WAS ABOUT TO ROB THEM. Private calls were made behind my back. I was YELLED at because of the incorrect action that their employee took. The guy I got to handle my return and check out my new replacement acted clueless the WHOLE ENTIRE time. The other employee next to him was rude and condescending!! He felt he needed to "man-splain" everything to me in the loudest voice ever, with a store full of customers. My husband was on the phone and heard almost everything that was said to me. He told me...leave the store! "You don't need to be treated like that." I left and we can ASSURE O'Reilly, we will not ever be back!TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!

We, myself and Sophie the bull dog, wish to deeply thank you for your hospitality!You probably saved Sophie after she became overheated.Many people or business would not lifter a finger to help and probably made us leave the store.We are now safely located near Tonopah NV. Where the temperatures are much enjoyable. We would never had made it without your help.Thank you!Russ and Sophie

Excellent service! My car s battery died and frustratingly everyone I called in Pahrump did not have it in stock. I called the tow company to jump start my car so I could drive to Las Vegas and get it there, but he told me to go to O Reilly and they Should have it in stock and install it for free. To my delight they did have my battery and installed it quick for free I was so happy I gave the worker a tip. Highly recommend them!

Employees are rude! I have been here many times for parts. Watch out for the Manager lady she's a B to put it politely and the short overweight Latino is just as rude to customers. It's so bad I reuse to buy parts their any more. I purchase through Autozone or NAPA OR ONLINE.I have called corporate headquarters and no one seams to care?It's a shame I am a pro mechanic and I buy a lot of car parts. BUT I don't have to buy from Oreillys!

I was treated very well by Mike who put the computer on my car. Found out what was wrong and helped me get it all together. I couldn't have asked for better service or nicer people. I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto parts in pahrump.

Had to order one item and bought the other. When asking for help installing the headlights I'd just bought, the clerk looked and said it was too difficult. Maybe they should hire some people that know a little about cars.

Very disrespectful and unprofessional from the associate to management as Diego was checking me out. Next to me was an older gentleman around 70+. I believe the gentlemen was very calm and polite. The lady helping him was vulgar to the older gentlemen he asked to speak to the manager she said I'm the manager with a rude attitude. That's why I asked you to give me a second with the rude attitude, so I told the manager, you need to have more patience with your customers and not be so rude and disrespectful towards them. Next thing I know, I have Diego, that's helping me telling me that I need to mind my business that's has nothing to do with me. Yes, it does. When I hear someone being disrespectful to an older gentleman, I'm going to say something, as far as him telling me to mind my own business that's not the way to talk to your customers that is rude, unprofessional disrespectful, I get it now I see management do that I guess associate can too. It was the worst experience ever in a retail store, not a way to treat your customers. I would recommend that everyone go somewhere else without shopping at this store unless you support that kind of behavior. What if this was your dad? think about it, would you want someone to speak up for them. I do not tolerate this kind of behavior, and I will not be coming back to the store ever again. I did notify corporate as well. I hope that they investigate and hold these people accountable for their actions. Unacceptable rude and should not be working with customers

Useless, unknowledgeable and not willing to assist. I was the only customer in the store along with 5 employees. I was just seeing the price of something and a man named Andrew help me and was being a total d bag and when I went back in side after I bought oil to throw the empty bottle away I asked if they could throw it away for me and they said you can throw it away yourself in a very rude tone.

I find there very helpful.I have never had a problem with any thing I've bought.I just replaced my battery it was just a little shy of 6 years and I got it there.Which I consider pretty good..They put it in for me At 76 and by my self I really appreciate there service.And there good products.

Michael and Garret helped me and we're both pleasant and helpful. The part I needed one store said 5 days another said a week. Garret told my next by 2 and it was there by 2pm. That never happens in pahrump. Thank you

Great service and management is very polite. Diego was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get everything I needed with ease with him. I always drive from Vegas to pahrump to get my stuff with him.

Poor customer service. Unwilling to help. The original girl that sold me the part and was surprised to see when I came back because the part had failed, was very nice. I think her name was Jessica, very nice both times I had to deal with her. But when I came back because the part I purchased had failed. She had to get a manager for warranty replacement. The manager, not sure her name, long red hair, was immediately rude, condescending and unwilling to listen to anything I had to say. I purchased one of their house brand parts and it failed 100 miles later. Then to be told it was not their fault, they weren't going to honor their own warranty. There are 2 other major parts suppliers in this small town. I think it's safe to say I won't be back to this branch simply because of poor customer service.Jason
