Staff was so wonderful! Our battery has been acting up, come to find out it was completely dead! The staff helped up locate the problem & helped with the proper tools & equipment for replacement. Just can't say enough good stuff!

Ordered Royal Purple oil online for pickup and 4 minutes later received an email indicating my order was canceled with zero explanation and that I would receive a refund within 48 hours!!Prior to this I found an engine air filter that showed available for pickup, drove to store and they did not have. Not cool with gas at all time highs!

My husband frequents this parts store and appreciates the staff's knowledge base, helpfulness, and the inventory levels they maintain in the store. If they don't have what he needs they order it from a Vegas store and typically the turn around time is 1 day. They carry parts for all of our vehicles, including our heavy duty truck, Jeep, car, vintage vehicle, and UTVs.

I went to the store to purchase 4 bucket seats & a 3rd row auto seat covers & requested to try the front bucket seats out for size so I wouldn't have to come back to return them if they didn't fit. I spoke with the girl behind the counter who directed me to Paul. I walked over to Paul to ask if I could try on the seat covers. He turned around to me with an angry face & an angry voice telling me "NO". I said "What?" "Why not? You are kidding right?". He let me know I did not have "intelligence to put the seat covers back in the box!". I put the box back on the shelf, looked him the face & told him that it was "very easy to return the seat covers to the box!". I will never buy anything from that place. He should be fired!

They definitely might need to hire more employees for this location or at very least someone to handle the phone calls after 30 minutes of holding I call a different location to get my battery questions answered.

We have been a Napa customer for over 40 years. What has happened to customer service? Please bring Paul back!! Worst service ever Employees do not want to help! Lazy and no knowledge..so sad

Employee here needs a serious attitude check! We were helped by a different employee, but witnessed extreme rudeness to another customer. He told the customer who was returning a part, "Yeah. I'll take it. I guess I do inventory again." Then, with as much disrespect as you can imagine, he said, "You're done. You can leave now." I guess customers were interrupting his cigarette break because he was back outside before we left. If we hadn't been done with our transaction, we would've gone across the street to Auto Zone.

Called for a part for my car in the morning they had it in stock and was the best price of 3 part stores I checked. It took me till afternoon to get there but they still had my part at the counter waiting for me was the shortest time I've ever had before

The younger gent was very helpful and took the time to find what i was looking for. This poor guy was running ragged helping everyone he could. Give this guy the raise!

After dealing with a messy week and not being able to find a part for my car this establishment was a last resort. I have had nothing but problems with this establishment in the past but not today. Today the gentlemen behind the counter found the part I needed and said it would be here tomorrow morning at 9am when all other establishments including the Ford Dealerships in Vegas could not get that part for at least 2 weeks.

Napa Auto Parts is a great place to buy your automobile repair parts. Always quality parts and the counter personnel are knowledgeanle and courteous. I have been buying from Napa for approximately 40 years. Never a problem that easn't addressed promply and satisfactory. Parts are available for new cars to older classics. Nice paved parking lot.

These guys are the best. They tried helping me find a belt, and found an option for me but it was in Tennessee. They spent quite awhile making phone calls trying to help me.

I signed up online and received 5$ off my order when I picked up in the store and my order was already on sale. 19.99 valvoline blue 5w40 diesel oil. The guys at the counter were very friendly.

Needed window wipers front and back and the gentleman took old ones off and put the new ones on. The workers are really nice and helpful.

Overall a good Auto Parts Store, but they seem to Run Out of of Items. They also, at Times, were Not Open when Supposed to be.
