Today is February 26th 2024. I pulled up to the shop at around 9:30 am. Brad gave me a quote and had my vehicle repaired and ready in less than an hour. Great service. Thank you for the great price!

Welded new flex pipe to our leaking exhaust system with little notice and done promptly. Seems to be a 1 man operation, no phone or office staff. Didnt answer phone, but drove up and made appt. Would return. Must not be in big need for work, never did get an estimate to me for Rv Hitch install.

Hi-Tech installed heavy-duty shocks purchased elsewhere in early Nov. 2021. The lower bolt on a rear shock came loose and fell off somewhere just before Christmas, dragging the shock on the road. A friend replaced the nut and bolt - with locktight on the bolt this time. Jan. 3 the second rear shock came loose, losing the very long top bolt somewhere along the road. I am stuck in Yuma seeking this very rare extra-long bolt, so far unsuccessfully. Would not recommend this shop for shocks.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I wanted my Range Rover to have a beefier sound. We discussed many options and I went with his recommendation. Once completed I fired her up and she sound amazing. Not too loud and the perfect tone. I reccomend this shop and will be back with my next car.

The guy who answered the phone is so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I asked if he could help me fix my car but kept saying he couldn't hear me because he was next to a loud machine and he wasn't willing to move into the office to hear me better...seriously??? He asked me to speak loudly and I did MANY TIMES, but I guess his machine was that loud SMH. Finally I got sick and tired of this and hung up. Definitely don't recommend them!

Coming from a long ride from California, I needed to change my straight thru muffler on my Tahoe. We couldn t stand the drone we got The Whole way. I m so happy I found this exhaust shop, All I can say is WOW! Hands down best exhaust I ever been too. They are so straight forward, no feeling pressured,. They are really friendly, I advise ANY ONE IN NEED OF EXHAUST WORK TO COME HERE!!!!!

THE OWNER HAS BEEN WONDERFUL TO ME I TOWED MY VW TO PAHRUMP, WITH ANTICIPATION THAT I WAS GOING TO CASH MY CHECK AT ROMERO'S BEHIND HI TECH MUFFLER. HE STARTED TIGHT AWAY INSTALLING A NEW CADILLAC CONVERTER THAT WAS TAKEN OFF MY CAR. ROMERO'S DID NOT CASH MY CHECK, SO I DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE. HE HAS KEPT MY CAR FOR ME UNTIL I COULD PAY FOR IT. ITS BEEN EXACTLY A WEEK NOW AND HE IS STILL HOLDING IT FOR ME. I AM WORKING ON GETTING THE MONEY, BUT STILL AM COMING UP WITH NOTHING A WEEK LATER. I AM GRATEFUL FOR HI TECH VERY NICE TO HANG IN THERE FOR ME.

He knows his stuff and fixed my exhaust system quickly: had part on hand. Prices at mechanics shops were much higher locally.
