Absolutely the best auto shop I've been to! I brought my Mazda 3 in and they went above and beyond, fixed everything at the best price, and I had a lot to get done between my axle, suspension, and braking system not to mention a few other things they fixed my car is driving like new! I am lost for words with how kind and amazing they have been. Would highly recommend them to anyone in this town! I would give more stars if I could.

Very disappointed with the service I received a few days ago while preparing to drive back to Vegas. A friend referred me to this location & expressed that they would "be glad to assist me", whereas in reality, they were reluctant to even engage in conversation & inattentive at that.Thanks for the lack of professionalism, yall. #notsolid

Encks gave us exceptional service and went the extra mile to get us back on the road after a breakdown in Death Valley. The front office was amazing and the technician was super knowledgeable. They came recommended from the campground host and I agree they are a great honest shop.

My name's Henry and I live in Pahrump. I've been taking both my 2020 Hyundai Accent and 2003 Toyota Tacoma to Enck's Mechanics for about 2-3 years.They've performed regular maintenance on both vehicles. They've repaired a truck door window that wouldn't close. And most recently repaired a clutch switch for me. I'm more than confident they have the know how and ability to repair most any vehicle that comes their way. And pricing is Great!I just wanted to say thank you Enck's you're a blessing to this community!Henry

I am so happy I've found these people!For a female it is extremely difficult to trust a mechanic, I have been taken advantage of a couple of times so I'm always looking for red flags, not even one appeared while working with this family owned business.They took excellent care of my very old dodge ram camper van. All my questions were addressed promptly and respectfully, it was a very pleasant experience.My technician, Jimmy, was exceptional and so were all the other people there, thank you Jeff and rico!!!

Super helpful and accommodating. They worked very hard to fix our problem even when we had to come back without an appointment the next day to have them revisit the issue (through no fault of theirs). We were traveling through the area in our shuttle bus turned camper and were desperate, and they made us feel welcomed. Thank you!

Brought my Harley Road King to Enck s for multiple issues. (rear tire r&r, light wire harness installation, new clutch cable installed, front and rear brake fluid flushed /replaced and dual brake calipers replaced). I am very particular about any work done on my bike which was as good or better than anything I have had done at a Harley dealership. Jeff did a simply fantastic job. Thanks again.

Very happy to have found my auto repair place in Pahrump. Diagnosed my 2012 VW TURBO BEETLE accurately and had me back on the road quickly. Nice people, friendly atmosphere.

Handled with Golden gloves! Its so refreshing to have a group that is sincerely concerned and interested in old fashioned customer service! I recommend Jeff and his crew at Enck s to everyone. He is honest, fair prices, and does quick and great work. Not only did he save me a few thousand, when I was told by a dealership that I needed a new transmission, and his quote was around $4000 cheaper. He saved me even more when he found that there was nothing at all wrong with my transmission, and that it only needed a service. He did find a small leak that was a quick fix, but in all was a great example of great customer service, and honest businessService: Transmission

Jeff the manager is a pleasure to work with they totally inspected my motorhome replaced the brakes and did other maintenance. They were very professional. We had a failure of a front wheel bearing on our trip, a mistake was made on install. When I returned went to Jeff and shared the info. He and Rico agreed to cover the cost of those repairs I incurred. I would recommend Encks first to anyone needing mechanical repairs. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars I give them a 10

When I initially called and was given an appointment everything seemed fairly normal. I asked if i could drop my vehicle off early (as it was nonrunning) Jeff said that would be fine. The only expectation there was if they had time they would work on it early. Ok, perfect. I dropped it off 10 days before hand just to give them the best shot at fixing it or looking at it so it would be done as quickly as possible. The day of my appointment comes and goes, the next day I call just to status check. They hadn't looked at the vehicle and I was told they probably wouldn't be able to get to it because they were 4 months behind on work (this was never mentioned before) and there were multiple mechanics that called off on that specific day (not sure how how that affected the day before but ok, I understand life), all of this kind of felt like they were just saying 'you weren't and aren't any kind of priority, too bad' i was told repeatedly to be patient. At one point Jeff said "if i told you i was 2 months behind would you have given me your car to work on?" Which the obvious answer was no, but he replied with "then how do you expect me to keep a business running?" And I honestly still don't have an answer. I will admit my part in that day, I didn't really handle it well. I didn't understand how after 10 days of having the vehicle and the appointment day coming and going that they couldn't be bothered to even look at it. I even supplied all the parts needed so there wouldn't be an issue with that. I was upset and was short with the staff while talking to them. For that, Rico and Jeff, I apologize. After our call the car was ready in about 5 hours with 3 hours of billed work. I was excited about this place and all my interactions with Jeff. He seemed like a cool dude. Now I have other cars that need work and I'm not sure I can even take them here now. They are great, even if they are behind. The work is solid and that's normally what I care about, I just wish the expectation of a time frame was better handled. This is absolutely the best automotive shop in the Pahrump, NV area in my opinion! In Jesus Mighty Name! The Shop Manager - Jeff Hamilton - was so knowledgeable, experienced, honest, sincere and full of integrity! My story starts over the 4th of July weekend enroute from Portland, OR to Sun City, AZ on relocation (with all of my belongings in the car). My car broke down in the middle of the desert at the junction of highways 95 & 160 about 28 miles from Pahrump! Praise the Lord Thank You Jesus there was internet connection as the temperature was 107 degrees. There were many Good Samaritans who stopped to verify I was OK and had things under control! (Thank you so much guys)! Thanks to my USAA Insurance - they quickly got my car to Enck's Automotive Repair on a Sunday and, Thank You Jesus, Jeff was there! He said he would check it out the next day (4th of July- WOW). He did just that and informed me that on my particular make and model there was an extended warranty because of the very problem I had just experienced and he even called the dealership for me the following day to verify. Once again my USAA roadside assistance got it to the proper dealership and the dealership has made good on the warranty! Praise the Lord! Thank You Jesus! Without Jeff and his experience, honesty and integrity - who knows what could have happened and how many thousands and thousands of dollars it would have cost me. Our Subaru was having a weird issue while we were exploring in Death Valley. Very stressful, since we had driven out from Albuquerque and were only stopping on our way out to LA for the rest of our trip. The car would start and then immediately die. We were able to get to the mechanic's by revving the engine while throwing it into gear before it died. Once driving we were fine. Jeff looked at the car right away, was very friendly, explained everything clearly, and after scanning for codes, eventually found something loose in the air intake manifest, which he fixed and seemed to solve the problem! A very quick fix, and he didn't even charge us. Absolutely wonderful service, would highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a major fuel leak out on racetrack playa. Was able to limp back to Beatty, but needed to get to pahrump, nearest mechanic. Called Enck's the following morning and they were great. I live in San Diego, so I had to leave it for a couple weeks. Stayed in contact, reasonable pricing and great work. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks guys.

Top notch service all the way. Got my jeep up and running when the main dealership failed.Way more authentic and genuine customer service than the bigger names. Enck's cares about it's customers.Highly recommended for all of the future auto repair needs in the Pahrump and death Valley area close to the California border.

This was the third-place my car was taken and they got it so that it would start. I was 2 weeks without my vehicle while everybody else was messing around without getting it fixed. Then I went back to have them change my oil and service my car. It cost me $111 to have my oil changed they charged me a $11 per per quart of oil. Sorry I won't be able to go back there again. I can't afford them as I can get it changed at my previous place for less than $50

My A/C WAS NO LONGER BLOWING COLD AIR, the Freon had leaked out.I was told by Pete s auto clinic that there were no leaks and I needed a new compressor that was going to cost over $1000. So the first place I called was Enck s to get a quote from them for the replacement. Well Jeff asked me why I felt like I needed to replace the compressor so I told him what I was told at Pete s auto clinic and Jeff says why don t we check the valves first before you spend all that money. So made an appointment got the valves fixed walked out and only paid $149. Pete s wanted to replace my compressor for over $1000 yet found no leaks and yet my Freon had leaked out, so how did my Freon leak out Pete? Service: Air conditioning

Encks is the best mechanic in town. Paul and Jeff are professional and knowledgeable and truly care about their customers. I got a lot of work done and they were fairly priced and honest about what needed to be done. I even had to go back for an unrelated issue soon after I left the shop and they took care of me. Our truck broke down there moving from Oregon to Texas. Even though we had to wait some 6 extra days Jeff and owner Paul pulled off miracle in getting the part for repairs. Great customer service by Jeff. Have nothing but the highest recommendation for Paul and his staff.

Paul Enck s garage is a professional no nonsense garage. The shop manager Jeff and John, the mechanic focused and talented mechanics. They let you know what is going on and try to be as accurate with cost as they can before starting work. If they find they can do it cheaper that s what they do. If they find additional problems they let you what is wrong, the cost to fix it, the time it will take and the necessity of getting it fixed right a way or if it can wait. I take my truck and Harley Davidson there for all maintenance and repair, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend stopping in for any automotive, motorcycle, mobile home or truck repairs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

Did a great job on my bmw but still having issues with my truck its old they did their best. I would still recommend. Good customer service. Its currently the only shop ill use in town. So I'm raising my review to a 5star.
