I really wanted to have a favorable experience because I've heard great things about this mechanic. Unfortunately I have had to practically beg for any information about my vehicle. I had it towed there on the weekend and on Monday I came and dropped off my keys. I had yet to hear from them several days later and the only time I heard any information was when me or a friend called requesting more information. I then found out that my engine had seized. Instead of investigating to see possibly why it had seized, they just tell me to call my dealer. As I'm asking for more information about possibly why my engine has seized they tell me oh I guess we better investigate to find that out. I had assumed they would have done that right when they had gotten my vehicle. So then here I am waiting another Friday Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday for me to call again to try and get more information. And I still haven't gotten a call back with any. Update now I did get a call back about my car but that's just that they want me to pick iy up because I left a bad review

Took my car in because the heater wasn't working and it needed power steering fluid. They charged me over 700 for a water pump, power steering service, and a battery because the car sat for over a month. Long story short, the heater still does not work and I'm not convinced they did anything aside from charge me over 700 for a new battery. They used to be great. Not anymore.

Avoid this place!!! They left my windows down for a month. My car was unbelievably filthy. Water stains along with dirt everywhere. Dirt was deep into small crevices. It took hours to clean up and some damage was permanent. NOT JUST THAT!!, PLEASE READ ON, We gave them brand new shocks and struts. Which they never replaced and didn't give them back. Months after that, my husband was driving my vehicle and realized they had never been replaced and of course, we were charged for the work. The oil leak that was supposedly fixed was not. The previous visit my vehicle came back with a bent door lock post which cost me $200 to repair. Word to the wise, don't go there!! I came in with a part that just needed a machine press. No questions, no hassle, no problem. The folks there seemed to be straightforward and good at what they do. I'll come to them with my car needs in the future.

very easily could have sold me hundreds in brake repair , would have believed it , the way the car felt.told us rotors could use a turning , but everything else was fine.most honest people i have run into in years. complete trust in them.great work , great pricing.Service: Brakes

Met some good people working at Edzos. Had my steering rebuilt With no issues, turned it around after picking it up because a fueling line cracked. They fixed it without any problem while I waited. They seem very knowledgeable. I look forward to taking my vehicle back when needed, it has 182,000 miles so odds are in their favor. Thanks for the great service.

I am so happy I found Edzo's two years ago. They keep my old car running and are always accommodating, always reasonable, up front and honest about charges, and their customer service is excellent. It's a small town and word of mouth is everything. Someone else complained they don't have a snazzy waiting room, and honestly, I don't care, what I care about is that when they fix my car, they fix it right and it always run better when I leave than when I brought it in. The worst car repair experience I have ever had. After taking a week to even give me an appointment, it took over two weeks for them to provide shoddy workmanship. They kept failing to do any work on my car for DAYS until I begged them. Since they knew they were the only shop within walking distance, they didn't seem to care since I was basically a captive customer.Eventually they only did 2 things of the 6 I needed. They way overcharged for the steering column repair. And the radio and the backup camera were installed incorrectly, so I had to have another mechanic redo it all. Not only did they tear the wiring for my backup camera so I had to buy a new one, they needlessly unplugged other electronics so I had no charging capability in the front half of my car.I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy, and I'll never bring a vehicle here ever again. Engine light went on once again. So, after numerous trips to other mechanics and the dealership. I took our neighbors recommendation and took our truck over to Edzos. They found the problem and fixed it. Just like that! They changed the oil and did a bumper to bumper inspection at my request. An Extremely courteous and obviously helpful group of men and women! And, the cost, fair, fair, fair!!I highly recommend Edzo's Automotive!

We had left California in 2021 to retire here in a home we purchased in 2019. We left our family owned mechanic of 30 years only to find this Super honest and very knowledgeable family run business. Regrettably I never got the opportunity to see how great the mechanic is. I used their website and requested a quote for some work. It has been almost a week and I still have not heard back from them. Yes I could just pick up a phone and call them, but now it is the principal. I submitted a request from their site and never heard from them, guess I will take my business somewhere else.

The only place in town that i trust with my vehicles. They're family owned and operated and their prices are fair with the amazing work that they do. No complaints what so ever about this place. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle maintenance needs!

In November 2021 I had then replace my AC compressor and water pump on my 04 corvette and worked well until the first week of February 2022. when stopped working. Took car back to them and they found a bad connector on the clutch . They replaced the connector and all is well. They were very nice people and work was done when promised. They will get all my repair work in the future.Service: Air conditioning

I definitely recommend Edzo's Automotive. I just moved here to Pahrump 3mos ago and I broke down on the road not knowing anyone here yet. I called Mr Edzo and him and his son came to pick me up and told me when they arrived exactly what the problem was, they not only fixed my car they also took me home with my groceries that I had in my car. I didnt have a way to pick my car up after Mr Edzo called to let me know the car was ready and he brought my car to me and I drove him back to his shop.Thank you so much Mr Edzo!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had been to 4 other local mechanics to fix my AC on my Saturn and was quoted almost 1.2k by all of them. Took my car to Edzos and they fixed it at literally a fraction of what the others quoted me. Used EDZOS for a routine auto check-up. They were friendly, professional, there was no messing around to the point/in the door & out quickly. My rating is from about a year ago. He had my car in there for almost 3 months. I had to call him from time to time to see what was going on. He finally told me it would be better if I put a newer used engine in it as he couldn't pin point why it lost it's compression. All that was well and fine, but I shouldn't have had to track him down to get info. from him. My sister had her car there as well and it sat there for I think about 3 months too. He finally told her he couldn't locate a transmission for it and to come and pay what she owed and to get it out of his lot. He probably didn't word it like that, but that was the general idea. I had used him before for more minor repairs and it was fine. Don't know whats happening there. It's in a shop now for another new fuel pump but I'm having them check the motor mounts as well because the car shakes sometimes while idling, which I was told is more than likely a motor mount issue. I was going to bring it back when it still had a warranty but I didn't want it sitting there for another 3 or 4 months. I just now got the news from the mechanic that the motor mounts are bad which should have been installed correctly by Edzos. So I lowered my rating to a 1 star.

Great shop. Honest, trustworthy and very competent. Saved me a lot of money and finished the work early. They just earned a customer for life with me. Their schedule fills fast, but don't be discouraged; just keep trying -- worth the wait.

Stear clear of this place!!! I took my vehicle there on 10/28/2019 because my heat stopped working. Had an idea that the Actuator was bad. Yep, that was the problem. Well, part of it. Picked up my truck & heater worked better, but not like it should be. Cost $156.82. Didn't realize right away that it only worked if you were driving it. Heater didn't work when it was just idling.Took it back in on 1/2/20 letting them know they didn't fix the problem or only part of it. They checked it out & said the thermostat was bad. They put in a new thermostat. Cost $114.21. Cost me another $80 in labor for a problem they should have fixed the 1st time! The very next day 1/4/20, my truck was leaking antifreeze right where they installed the new thermostat. Took it back in AGAIN & they said it was leaking where the thermostat was installed & was the gasket.They replaced that. Asked if they were going to charge me ANOTHER $80 in labor, they said no because it was their mistake!When I got home, I noticed antifreeze was leaking again & I now had a crack in the top of my radiator!!1st I never had a radiator problem or a crack in it BEFORE I took it there. NOTHING ever leaked. 2nd, the crack was right next to where you add water to the radiator. They didn't see a crack there? I think they caused that crack!!!Needless to say I didn't take my vehicle back to Edzos & took it to another repair shop. I now needed to replace my radiator. I NEVER had any leaks or problems with my radiator until I took my vehicle to Edzos!!! Horrible service & ended up costing me a fortune to just get my heat fixed!! They not only didn't check out & fix the problem the 1st time, they created more problems for me that cost me quite a bit of money to fix!!!I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!

I must say that Edzo stands behind his work. I took my Van in and had two items repaired. One of the items was done satisfactorily but the other was very poorly done. When I pointed out the issues to Edzo he personally made sure the issue was corrected and done to perfection.I would have liked to have left a five star review however gave four since the job should have been done right the first time. Despite the issues I would recommend Edzo's as Edzo definitely stands behind his work.Service: Engine repair

Gave them a dozen chances to lie, upsell, or cheat me, and instead they talked me into a lesser service than I thought I needed. When I picked up my vehicle the bill was less than quoted, car clean, and no fluid spilled on the exhaust and burning (service was transmission fluid change). Edzo's is my official mechanic now.
