After being recommended by a friend, I ordered tires and wheels 2 weeks ago. Tires came in immediately. I did have to go back to put the wheels on because of my schedule. Had a little bit of an extra wait. Travis was awesome and took care of us along with Dave and the rest of the team. Travis walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. Thank you guys for the great service.

Horrible. Made to wait for hours to replace four tires. When I walked out to my vehicle, I noticed they left greasy substance all over my rims and damaged two of them. When I brought it to the owner's attention, Drew he told me to clean the rims, and he'll do touch-up paint. Then he proceeded to blame me for the damage. This is unacceptable. I will never do business here, and I will try my hardest to spread the word here in town.

They are some good ol boys. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Best tire shop west of the mississipp. I shid u not. Very courteous and great customer service. I give this place 88 out of 14 sunwheels as my rating.Yee Haw

Alignment performed. The guys there are great. Got me right in for appt. They are professional and services were completed quickly with before and after readings provided for a great price. I will definitely be back for more services. Please check out their services available on their website. I was unaware they do so much. Pretty cool. My son had also purchased tires there as well and same great service. Highly recommend.

I've got mixed feelings about this place. I initially came to them for new tires and they were great. I thought that I may have found a good shop in town.I recently started having issues with a soft clutch pedal and it was extremely hard to shift into gear.After dropping the vehicle off, to my surprise they contacted me to advise that nothing was wrong. When picking it up I was adamant that something was up with the clutch, I was told that they detected no issues and all was working as expected and "if they cannot diagnose the issue, they can't fix it"... I got the hint and left with the vehicle in the same state I had originally brought it in.I got home and did a Google search on the issues I've been experiencing (which I admit, I should've done from the start) and was able to diagnose it within 10-minutes... I got under the dash and quickly identified the pushbar was not connected to the master cylinder and showed signs of fluid leaking on the bar.I ordered the parts did my own master and slave cylinder replacement the very next day. Every thing is back to normal with the vehicle now.In my opinion, this was an easy diagnosis and kinda told me to maybe stick to just tires with this outfit going forward.

Great work on our brakes, and even took the time to check other things and provided me a quote for the recommended fixes for my 99 Lincoln Town car. Dave's a great guy to talk to. Also highly recommended by the Pahrump Chamber of Commerce.

Very unprofessional with my car alignment. Payed 100 dollars and my car is still unaligned. When i brought up my concerns they treated it like a joke and the problem was never fixed. Next time I'll go to Vegas for my cars services. All they do is take your money.

Thanksgiving weekend I came into town for my granddaughter birthday. My car started giving me problems but I made it to my daughter. Next day I started my car and it wouldn't move. I called Drew's and by letting him know over the phone. He knew what it was took it in and I got my car back the following day early morning so I can come back home. Service was amazing and very friendly. Thank you so much Drew's tire pros...

The first & last time I went to Drew s tire shop they damaged a set of expensive 24inch rims I had them install after that I just let it go & I never went back after that didn t leave a negative review or nothing in support that it s a small mom and pop business but now fast forward my grandfather (elderly) mentions he had some work done there at Drew s and was hearing some clunking sounds said he had already gone back to the shop and mentioned to them he believed something was lose they checked and Supposedly tighten whatever it was loose that they said was , so then I checked it For him knowing Drew s tire shop doing half a** work cause he still had sounds and clunks and what you know theres still two bolts loose smh ! on the driver side suspension parts they replaced to which the vehicle did need , 1 bolt on top of shock absorber had it bouncing when accelerating , and 1 bolt from the upper A arm right side bolt was lose to where it would thump loud on a bump , I mean how can this happen ? , how can they miss something like that? After they supposedly inspected it again after the initial complaint! Leads me to believe they didn t check it had my grandfather believing they did . Mechanic shops ain t what they used to be nobody takes PRIDE In their work anymore.

My mom moved to Las Vegas and when she got an oil change the place in Vegas said told her she needed rocket arms or something fixed on her suv. They quoted her for over $1500 for one, and she needed both done. I called and talked to the guys at Drew s and we got it all done for around $1000 total. So grateful for Drew s crew and the awesome customer service.

THERE ARE CARING PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD!My husband and I were in dire straits. We had no money and needed help opening our trunk to get a flat tire changed. It was over 100 degrees and we couldn't figure it out. I walked to Drew's tire shop to ask for help. And the owner Drew was there. He so willingly offered to help and their mechanic Nathaniel took care of it for us!! They are amazing! Mahalo for your kindness!!

I'D STAY AWAY! I will never return. There's other shops in town.1) They are argumentative and have zero customer service when they screw up2) They left a mess of mounting lube on my tires and wheels and said it doesn't matter3) They did not provide a printout for alignment, and made excuses about it.4) They never called me after my car was finished5) They botched the alignment job. I have to take it somewhere else to fix itSo, according to them, it's ok to leave a mess on customer's tires and wheels, it's ok to not provide a printout of the alignment resultsPrintouts are important for two main reasons:1) You as a customer know that work was performed, and you'll have some knowledge about the car2) If the alignment is off after the work, they can go back and use it as a baseline. They have no record of what the alignment was before the changesThis is sloppy work.

Great shop! These guys are efficient and quick. Travis the advisor is the man! Very straight forward and prices are very fair. They work on all makes even my AMG. Same day work. 100% recommend in Pahrump

Im really disappointed with the rude attitude these employees have. I brought my Honda here for an oil change and received horrible customer service from the man that runs the desk. Our plastic undercover that has to be removed to do the oil changed is held in by zip ties. Interestingly enough it s because THEY didn t replace the caps when they originally took it off. I tried to inform the employee about it and that the last time they did an oil change they didn t zip it up even though they told me they could no problem. Keep in mind they have replaced the zip ties before so I thought it was just an accident and they forgot last time. So I mentioned that to the man and asked if they could make sure to do it. He immediately got defensive and said I need to take it off completely and that it s useless and unless I m driving through rivers I don t need it. Strangely they told me last time I do need to keep it. I lack knowledge on cars but I think it s obvious that it s there for a reason and I think anyone with a car as low as mine to the ground wants protection from weeds, rocks, water, and etc. I said well let me know if you can put it back on and left, but ultimately came back five minutes later and asked for my key back. I held out my hand and he dropped it on the desk like a toddler throwing a tantrum. Wouldn t even look at me as if he knew he was in the wrong. I said thank you and left. I understand zip ties are not standard but they are the ones who originally lost the screws. And I don t want to pay the 600 dollars to replace the whole underside. It s one thing to say no we can t do that, and it s another to have that tacky attitude. Ultimately if I m paying 80 bucks for an oil change I expect professionalism. I honestly think it s because I m young woman so I must not know anything . My family has gone here for years but we won t be back.

This shop used to be the old Big O Tires that was ran originally by Drew, now it's Drew's tire pros, they are very good at what they do some things may be a little pricey but Drew's guys know what they're doing and they have been serving Pahrump for many many years, I do suggest getting there early and plan on dropping off your vehicle as they get very busy. Not only do they order wheels and tires for you but they also do lift and lowering systems. When it comes to anything suspension and more this is your place.

I recently had Drew's Pro Tire Guys put a new set of shoes on my Lamborghini. They are the most professional, courteous and honest shop crew in town.

What a great shop to take your vehicle. They fixed my truck , reasonably priced, very nice and helpful staff. I would definitely take my truck there again and recommend them to my friends.

After an hour and a half wait, was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes, now late for work, they handed me my keys and said your good.I said "I didn't pay yet" he said your good to go.I leave, my car is still reading 21psi on a tire that is supposed to be 35psi didn't remove the screw, and didn't put my valve cap back on. None of the tires were pumped or checked to have same psi. I called they said oh bring it back I'll get you taken care of.Now I don't trust anything that comes out of that shop. Sloppy work. Thanks for wasting my time.

Delightfully competent and courteous despite being super busy! This was my first experience with Drew s.I drive as part of my living and have had service all over the country. I was impressed by Drew s.I got there 10 minutes after they opened and there was a line ten deep - even though this meant there was a wait I was happy to see they are in high demand despite competition in the area - means they must be good... and they are!Everyone was really nice though obviously multitasking. The gentleman who did my trailer tires (young, Hispanic maybe, and had tattoo sleeves) went out of his way to answer my questions and even demonstrated how I could lube my hubs myself if I ever wanted and talked me through maintenance for a trailer. It was like talking to a friend and I didn t get the impression that I was bothering him even though I was asking questions while he worked... which is generally super annoying.I ve read some of the negative reviews and wanted to extend this longer 5 star to highly recommend Drew s. I had fabulous service and will return when I come through again for work in the fall.

Had new brakes installed on my pickup truck and they feel like they did the day I drove it off the lot new. They obviously use quality parts for repairs and know what they re doing. The price was very fair and the work was done quickly. I m a happy customer. Thanks guys.

Although their service might be a little slow, it's not slow if you're next up in line. They work as fast as they can first come first serve. The staff are always friendly and so are the mechanics, and they treat your vehicle with as much respect as you probably do. I know they treat my truck with more respect than I do LOL. I got my tires from them about 18 months ago and they still service them when necessary. One of the older gentlemen is pretty funny.
