I went into AutoZone tonight to get a tail light bulb when the employe look it up on the computer for me. I told him that I Told him I have bought many light bulbs here before. Just within the past month they have went out and just within 2 to 3 days. He tells me oh then Something is wrong with your vehicle. Ok, there's nothing wrong with my vehicle due to the fact is. Why can I buy any other light and not have a problem with it? Have they ever heard of defect? Employee was very rude. I asked about somebody that if the person still worked there and his response back to me was. He doesn't work here anymore.Bad attitude just the way he said. It could have been a little bit nicer. This person is not a people person at all.

I noticed in the evening the counter person will keep you waiting for a long time while he's chit chatting with someone, I'm talking like 10 minutes

I came in to get my car scanned to see what caused my check engine light. Tera immediately offered helped and assisted with my car. She has amazing customer service and an amazing sense of urgency

We needed an E clamp to repair our truck gas cap. Josie at the Pahrump AutoZone went above and beyond to find us some at another store. The Pahrump location did not have them in stock. She called, in less than 12 hours, to say they were in. AutoZone did it right by hiring Josie. She s the meaning of customer service!

Tera!!!! Was AMAZING! Super friendly, super hard worker, knowledgeable, great attitude! She went back and forth for me for my truck and made me laugh the whole time. She made my day. Thank you Autozone for making my day that much better with such a top shelf employee.

Went in for a spline key but they were out of stock only option I had was to buy the whole lug nut kit which was unnecessary and not in my budget BUT THEN the lovely manager Tera O looked in the back for roughly 15-20 minutes until she found the last one available #bestmanager

My husband and I had the best experience with Tera. We stopped in today to purchase a new battery for our RV. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and so polite. What an awesome asset to the business. She s that girl!!

Thank you Johnny!! I had been on hold with the RUDEST employee Jaime . I am a really nice person because I am a retail worker as well. But when your worker is being absolutely rude and mean for no reason, that will 100% bring your sales down. I was on hold for about an hour to order a part that Jaime told me was about $300, and told me I had to be physically present to pay . Got transferred to the manager Johnny, he ordered my part for WAY less than $200, plus no pressure to wait or pay upfront, he also ordered 2 different sets just in case our first set wasn t satisfactory. Pahrump really needs to recognize Johnny. He is the reason people go back. Absolutely amazing. GIVE JOHNNY A RAISE!!!!!

The employees here don't know a thing about automobiles. You ask them any question and they look at you as if you were speaking a foreign language. Other than that, the store is clean and well stocked with most things you would need from a car parts store. If they don't have it in stock, they will order it and usually have it within a day or two.

A standard auto parts store. They always have what I need, but are often short staffed. The employees work hard to take care of everyone, but it can sometimes be busy, so plan ahead a bit. They do a great job, it just may take them a bit.

Today 8/24/2022 was one of those days when your truck won't start and there's a huge wind storm with rain on the way. I headed to the Pahrump Auto Zone hoping it was just a battery. When I arrived a young man was at the door giving a customer directions. He waited for me to exit my truck and welcomed me into the store. I asked about a battery test and he immediately grabbed the tools to test my battery which was bad.We returned to the counter and he (Tanner) advised me of available options. I bought a battery and he installed it right away (even though the wind was howling and dirt flying). Tanner was courteous, friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. After a few minutes I returned to the store and Tanner asked if everything was alright. I told him I needed windshield wipers and again he provided excellent and timely service! I cannot thank Tanner enough for making my day much better than it could have been. THANKS Tanner

As a young woman going into a part store I feel super out of my element. These lovely folks made me feel welcomed and weren't the slight bit condescending when I wasn't sure what a part was, instead they remained patient with a smile. Big shout out to Courtney who helped me last time!

I was returning defective shocks, and buying new ones, also need ed rear swaybar links. A family member of mine was trying to help me with a family discount. When the asst mgr decided he was mr inspector man and runs over to commercial mgr acting as if we were up to no good. I have been purchasing from this store for over fifteen years. The amount of money i have spent with this location is substantial. For the asst mgr and commercial mgr to jump all over us, when i have been paying full price for over 15 years was very aggravating. The one time i try to get a family discount, i'm treated with extreme ill will. I recommend not using this location. They have no respect for long time customers. He was threatening my out of state family member to turn him in and risk his job. If they would of bothered looking up my spending history, seeing what a great customer i have been, instead of jumping to conclusions. None of this would have been neccessary, instead they just lost a loyal customer and a $300 sale.

This store is fine for Your general car parts but Many times they have to order parts. We also bought parts b4 and had either the Wrong part in the box or a Piece of it missing. So it's always good to check any Non Sealed Part B4 leaving.

This is the most unorganized, incompetent, store and employees I've ever dealt with in my 45 years. Plan to wait 20 min in line for 1 object and on top of that being short-changed. Ridiculous! Be aware of this store. It truly sucks. NO NEED TO CUT COPY AND PASTE THAT STUPID RESPONSE ON EMAILING CUSTOMER REVIEWS FROM THE SO CALLED OWNER. I'M NOT GOING TOO.
