Charlie and his team did a good job. Sourcing parts caused a delay of over a week. I was allowed to stay in my camper van on their property while the work was done. This was a kindness that saved me a lot of money. Also, I was given use of the shop car during that time. That was very generous.Once all the parts arrived, the van went together relatively quickly. I m satisfied; 4 1/2 stars.

I brought my Infiniti SUV and my Mustang here I had them both painted did an amazing job. Great quality very fast time was of the essence not an issue. The staff was very polite, and very professional. Excellent staff. They answered any questions I needed everything they told me they did. The prices were great there. I definitely recommend this body shop. Great painters! I will definitely be back. I seen many other cars from the sheriffs department and other business owners and their cars came out really awesome also.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Brought in my brand new Tundra after it got hit in a parking lot. I had another shops estimate but they couldn t get me in for 3 1/2 months. This shop originally quoted me more but they not only matched the quote they got me in less than a week later and had the work done in four business days. It looks great and they were helpful and kept me updated all the way. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

I first contacted this company in the middle of March, looking to get a cosmetic trim piece replaced on my vehicle and some repainting on one door panel and one body panel. I was quoted a price, and told very firmly that it would take them five days to do the work from the time I left them my vehicle. I put down a deposit and said "Order the parts" and made arrangements to bring my car in about two weeks from then. Two weeks later, beginning of April, on a Monday I call and ask if they have the parts for my car. No, but they can get them for tomorrow. I call the next day, Tuesday and am told they have the parts, bring the car on over. I take it to them, and the gal in the office tells me that it will be ready on Thursday or Friday. On Friday I call and ask if my car is ready. No, it's in the shop being worked on right now and will be done on Monday. I went up there Monday, and my car hadn't even been touched. Come to find out they DIDN'T have the parts when I dropped it off. The shop supervisor brought them in that Monday morning, in fact. I was waiting for him to get there so I could get my car back and get a refund on the deposit I made. The shop supervisor told me on the phone that "I hadn't been lied to" when I outlined the above to him as the reason I was so angry. In person, he kept talking over me. It took demanding the return of my property and walking out of the office on him to get him to stop trying to convince me to leave my car with them for another WEEK.Service: Body & Trim

My experience was good, but I wasn't in any hurry. It was a small job, but the painting was a bit tricky. In the end it turned out great. It was a bit costly, but it seems like everything is these days. I would use these guys again.

A1 Auto body did a fantastic job repairing the dent on my Mitsubishi. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They do fabulous work. You can't even tell where the dent was.

Seems like management has changed. I went there a couple years ago and was not happy. I decided to give them another chance. First contact was very respectful. They went out of there way to make me feel like I was in the right place. Not too many people are knowledgeable about the Jaguar air suspension system. It's complicated with many parts. Just like any business, acquiring parts can be a nightmare. The insurance adjuster didn't want to give enough for parts, New parts would have been over $6000.00 and he wanted to total the car. I wanted the car fixed. He agreed to fix it with used parts if the body shop would agree to it. They said they would. I would have settled for any parts they could get, but they didn't. They acquired OEM parts and installed them. It was not their fault that the parts didn't work. They had to order new parts and do all the work over and didn't even charge for it. They even worked with me on my deductible. I paid $300.00. They seen that my front tires were bad and put really nice used tires on at no charge. It's hard to find a business with integrity, but that's what you will find at Auto Body Connection in Pahrump, Nevada. I definitely recommend this business and give them an A rating

They painted my Jeep doors perfectly, were pleasant and helpful. The price was right too.It's nice having a trusted business here in Pahrump. Sure beats driving an hour to Las Vegas.Edit Ok, they also repaired my pickup after the bed was damagedCan't even tell the the truck had a new bedside installed.Edit again!My Jeep was in a crash. They fixed the front end and did another superb job. Paint looks perfect. The Jeep is back!

This was our second experience with A1 Auto Body and again, they did not disappoint. They worked with the insurance company of the gentleman that rear-ended me and they made sure all of the damage was repaired, not just what iwas visible on the surface!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Brand new truck been sitting in that shop 6 months for parts or a new insurance adjustment. the shop manager charlie bann is helpful but the situation is absolutely trash I feel like it's my insurance and then coming up short on things Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Our grandparents vehicle was involved in a accident. Them having no knowledge about insurances now days ended up by Mike and Chris aka A1 Auto Body . There car was very poorly repaired. They received the money from insurance and did a terrible job. We are coming down there to fix this situation for them. As far as this place being a honest or a professional shop forget about it. They did a extremely poor job they are very shisty as soon as they take your money. They will not answer once they recognize your phone number. Highly suggest you take your vehicles somewhere else. Please be very careful might end up worth your money just taken.

I love being welcomed by Hailey the sweet daughter of the owner. Who has a smile on her face when I rack my Jeep and first walk into the shop. I just love working with Hailey! she had kept me up to date on my Jeep... When my Jeep was done, I was shocked at it. It looks like it was brand new sitting in a car dealership! Auto Body Connection is the BEST body shop in Pahrump!!!!! I highly recommend it! :) Thank-You so very much Hailey Forry.

"Michael Hancock & Charly were both extremely kind and very friendly. I was given a bid to do my 2007 Honda Pilot on 1/4/21 for a hole and a deep scratch that needed repair. I was given a whole estimate for all the things that were already there when l bought the car. The bid was more than l had just bought the car for. I was impressed as l DID get a call back from them. I explained that I had only paid a lot less for my car than their estimate. I wasn't going to run it through my car insurance as l didn't want to take the chance to raise my rates. They were going to just do the door repair only and do it for the same price of Al's Auto Body in Pahrump. I decided to go with Al's as they gave me the option to make some payments".

Great body shop owner was very knowledgeable and helped every way he could the downfall was is AAA the insurance company would not allow me to get a rental car until they were able to start on the vehicle which they could not do because the insurance company did not want to pay the money they needed to fix my car so it's been drawn out until I can get a vehicle lined up at the same time when I'm not down in San Diego
