Recommend to everyone. Our windshield looked like a spiderweb. Much more affordable than anywhere else I got quoted from. Great service and even though they asked for an hour it was quicker than that. Easy to set up an appointment and got my tires checked right next door. 10/10.

Purchased my truck from a dealership and was referred to Western Glass Solutions to replace a chipped windshield. I stopped by their location a couple times but couldn't time my visit right. After that they came out to me (while at work) after a couple attempts visiting their location. Appreciate the service provided.Just followed up with an issue which was taken care of right away.

Andy and Oscar were so great! Andy was able to get my car serviced today and Oscar was willing to drive all the way to my job to replace the windshield - so no waiting around! They were all so kind. 100% recommend !

Met with Andreas or Andy and we took our truck to see if there was an air leak in our windshield. Andy did a battery of several tests on the vehicle to determine if the windshield needed replacing and it did not.Andy did not charge us and when we picked up our truck we noticed Andy was sweating and the reason was he lost his power and had no lights orA/C, but he powered through all his appointments like a champ. What a nice guy and very professional.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The automatic window in my car stopped working. I took the car to Western Glass Solutions on Decatur on a Friday afternoon, the owner came out and knew exactly what the problem was ! ( needed new regulator)They were busy at the time so we made appointment for the next day.When I arrived, they quickly took the car in and the window was fixed in about 35 minutesThey are honest, prices are very reasonable.They know what they are doing and they do it fast.IMPRESSED!

Awesome service like I mean awesome they get the job done and they work with you the don't try and upsell they do their best to get you good prices and they offer great work I recommend them to everyone I know I do not trust anyone else with my windshield but them -alexa
