Wish they would put one down near the M for all the rivian owners in the south. Overall good communication and quick turnaround on the service. Rental or loaners available. Had a small issue but the service center took ownership and resolved the matter.

Bryce is the best guide ever. He was mine for my R1T and has helped my wife a lot with her R1s. I can t thank him enough for all he has done. We love our Rivian s.

Really great facility! We just did a test drive with Sami and it was the most impressive and thorough test drive I ve ever been on. I could tell she was passionate about the company and really knew what she was talking about. It s no surprise that Rivian has the loyal following that they do. We can t wait for ours to arrive!
