I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. I took my car in for a diagnostic and was told I needed a new water pump, tension rod, and timing belt (kit) at the minimum because I had a coolant leak. They had my car right around 1 week and the repair totaled a little over $1,600. After a few days I noticed puddles on the ground so I took it back. After a little more than 2 hours I was told my car was ready and it just needed a clamp and there should be no more leaks. Needless to say, 2 days later I'm back because there are even bigger puddles under my car! I went in and now have an appointment in 3 more days. I definitely didn't pay all that money just to keep making trips back to them and still drive away with the same problem. I thought Firestone lives by a guarantee to be fixed right the FIRST time. The fact that I'm back a 3rd time for the same issue is ridiculous. I feel like I've been screwed and have wasted money because the same problem exists and now the temperature is rising! I wouldn't recommend going there if you have anything major needing to be fixed.

My truck went in with no service engine light, however the engine would shutter when I gave it very much gas. It was in the shop for the time schedule and returned to me after closing time. On the drive home it lacked all power, worse than before. When i got home where i had a flash light, since it was dark, i found the mechanic had not re-attached the air tube from the intercooler as well as a vacuum line. I reconnected those and drove it back today to have it gone over for other missed connections and the service engine light came on. The mechanic is not in on saturdays so i am stuck without my truck until monday. To make it worse, the service manager was not apologetic in the least for the major inconvenience and possible engine damage that may have occured.

Everyone I interacted with at the Firestone Dealer was prompt, pleasant and professional. The tires were installed in a timely manner and for the exact amount they had quoted me.

Went for a tire rotation and oil change. Craig was very friendly at the front desk. Scheduled my appt at 0900. Service was on time and completed in a reasonable amount of time. Rick the mechanic was AWESOME! He was super friendly and knowledgeable gave me an update about halfway through with a time estimate. I would come back to this store for Rick. His demeanor and attitude made me feel like I was getting quality work done.Service: Oil change

Do not get your AC done here. They diagnosed my AC system and said my car needed refrigerant. It was 171 plus tax to add freon. After adding refrigerant my AC still blows hot and now they say I need a compressor change! I walked away 200 down with a STILL hot AC. My biggest frustration is that my AC is hotter now. It was somewhat cool before I dropped it off!

Left my car here to get a diagnostic. After they had my car for 5 hours I got a call saying it would be another $420 for them to continue my diagnostic since they would have to get down to my starter to run test. I told them I wasnt paying another $420 for that and they charge me the full $110 while not even being able to tell me what my actual problem was. So I was basically charged $110 for guesses I had already made myself. Dude at the desk was rude and defensive as well 10/10 wouldn't recomend.

brought my Kia here for service..still here .. let's see how it goes.. the bathrooms here are 1 for men and 1 for women... nice waitin are with free wifi...

I normally don t write reviews, but after 2 days of services here, I feel obligated to tell others not to come here. Friendly front desk, but absolutely bad service in the back. For a simple tire change that was made with an appointment it took nearly 5 hours. They couldn t figure out how to start the car they decided to give up and not notify me of the issue, instead whether it was due to laziness or just lack of ownership to the agreed services they kept the car parked and did nothing, until I showed back up. Similar for the first day, over 3 hours for an oil change and inspection (last 45 minutes it was done and parked and I waited at the front desk for someone to come back to give me my key/pay). Again both made with appointments. The service manager did apologize and offer a future incentive, but to a moot point since I will never be coming back for service hereServices: Tires, Oil change

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. For them to not even look at my car. It sat there all day. Kinda pointless making appointments. I should of read all the negative reviews before I scheduled an appointment. Thank god they didnt touch my car.

People are very nice but the work isn t all that great. Have come here 3 times and 2 out off the 3 times something came wrong with what they fixed the 1st time it was for my breaks and my they have been squeaking ever since and no one has been able to fix that after they replaced they. Than I brought it in for a oil change and somehow when I got it back it was leaking and they had to get it back and I had to pay for them checking where the leak was coming from and pay for the holes to fix it. Finally the last time I went which was last Monday. I went in for a tune up of the car. They replaced the spark plugs, drain my coolant, put a engine cleaning and checked on my tires alignment just checked it. All that was almost 500 and now I am here this Monday because they car over heated for whatever they did the Monday before .. I only come here cause it s convenient with work but to be honest I wouldn t trust them again. I rather go out of my way. Good luck to the next person.

Amazing customer service. Long wait times. Unfortunately no snack machine but does have a drink machine. Bathrooms are located at the gas station next to it. Has a tv for entertainment but no kid area.

Quick and easy spot to put more air into your tires, even let you do it yourself. While you do have to wait a minute for car repairs, they always got the job done!(They went out of their way to find tires for my car instead of me having to pay an extra $200 to order some)

Andy was great, really helpful and explained everything in detail when it came to my tire change. Remember when reading these reviews that it takes time for mechanic to do work correctly, we often want things done yesterday if that s what you re looking for in a mechanic you re looking for the wrong mechanic. Value quality over speed and in the long run you ll save a lot of both time and money when it comes to your vehicle

I can't say thank you enough, James (and crew), for making my Mother's day perfect! We blew a tire on our travel trailer on our way to Utah from AZ. Most tire shops were closed on Mother's Day. They went above and beyond to make sure we got our spare replaced and we could continue safely to Utah! Fantastic customer service!! We highly recommend this Firestone!!! ;)

Andy and his crew are awesome. My radiator on my car was leaking. I gave them a call in the morning and gave me a quote and said they were able to work on it that same day. I drop my car later that the day and they estimated that it would take 6 hours to complete the job. At 6:30 pm Andy gave me call and said they will be finishing it up in a hour, keep in mind that their closing hours is at 7:00 pm. They stayed pass store closing hours to get my car done. This showcased their remarkable customer service!!! Good job Andy and Andrew.

The filipino employee was unbelievably frustrating to work with he stood around for 10-15 acting as if he was busy doing something whilst just watching others work .I waited for him for 15 minutes to just to find out i can t get my tire patched the same day Also he answered the phone and helped the person on the phone before he helped the customer right in front of him thats been standing there for over 15 minutes!! I ll never go there again just because of his terrible customer service

Used this Firestone a year ago and was sold the lifetime all wheel alignment. Took my truck back today to take advantage of the service and after about an hour was told everything was fine and no alignment was needed. I had new tires recently and felt like it needed a new alignment. They were unable to issue me the standard printout showing the results and no need for any alignment because the printer has been broke for 3 months . This is not good customer service. Working equipment helps in providing customer satisfaction and builds trust.

Been stationed at Nellis for about 2 years now and never had a problem with this place until the past 3 months. Tried to schedule an oil change on 3 separate occasions and each time they would cancel on me either a day or two before, or sometimes even hours before. This last time they confirmed my appointment I booked about a week out and then cancelled on me right before I was due to take my POV to report to a stateside tasker and the man on the phone was incredibly rude when I asked if there was any way I could shift my appointment to any time before I left. I m not sure if management or ownership changed over since the last time I had my car serviced from them because I used to love this place, but the man on the phone made sure I ll never use them again.

Needed a flat tire repair at Nellis AFB location. I was helped by store manager, Andy. Great attitude and friendly service. After I was initially helped, overheard how he provided/helped next few customers..truly first-rate customer service and no up selling. His team provided timely service. Positive experience!

Great first-time experience! Andy was great at explaining everything up front and answering all my questions. James kept in touch through the entire process (had a lot of work that needed done on my Tundra coming back from deployment) to let me know what was found and work that could be done. The mechanics did an outstanding job on my truck. It felt like new after I had all the work done! Will use them again!

Did not secure splash guard and later on I found out they didn't properly secure skip plate which eventually got damaged. Now I have to pay over 200 dollars at another auto shop to get it properly fixed!

Andy and the guys are great. I had issues with my oversized tires and getting them balanced properly. The technician that balanced my tires was outstanding. tires were perfectly balanced. Andy is the new manager and he really cleaned house at this location.

My goodness where do I start? Horrible service and lack of professionalism. Zero integrity. Drop my truck off at 0830 for two fluid services...that's it. I get a call at 1600 saying they were behind and hadn't got to my truck. Manager assured me it would be done by 1730. Went at 1715 and was met with my keys. No sincere apology or anything just here's your keys and we had schedule issues. So furious had a trip scheduled the next day and wanted service. Could've called earlier to let me know and I would've went somewhere else. But of course they wouldn't want that. Just piss poor excuse for service. I've spent approx $2k over numerous services and this is how they treat me. NEVER AGAIN!! Will NEVER go there again, will NEVER recommend them!!

Terrible experience yet again. I brought my 2017 Jeep to have an oil change and a tire patched due to a screw puncture. Everything seemed great at first till I drove my car 100 feet and heard clanking. Come to find out in the short time the vehicle was in Firestone's possession the exhaust had been bent in one place and the support hangars had snapped. Causing the exhaust to make contact with the driveshaft. They deny they had anything to do with it. Even though the exact spot the exhaust is bent at is where the lift could possibly make contact if a technician was negligent. I also came to realize the new tire they changed was much smaller than the rest of the tires I have on. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location. Save yourself the time in the long run and go somewhere else. Last time I do business here.

I heard from multiple people to not go here because they did shotty work or did not deliver on time. I decided to try them out myself. I made an appointment for a simple tire rotation and they said it would take an hour. It took over 2 hours and they didn't even touch my truck so I just left. They need either new management or more people.

Showed up 10 mins after closing due to my front driver tire having a screw in it, leaking air. James took me inside and helped me out. Said he would do his best to see if they could fix it. They got it fixed and sent me on my way in 30 mins. So thankful for them tonight. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live here.

They found the time to replace my battery on short notice even though they were super busy. They also put air on my tires without me asking. I had a light on for like a week. lol. The price was fair and the staff was friendly. ill definitely be back!
