A customer with Melvin for over 10 years. Melvin is very successful, very reliable and consistent in part because of the loyalty and experience of his staff. His cleaning machinery helps but his hard workers make everything really clean and dry.

For a mini detail I was expecting more. Streaks on the windshield and dust spots on the dashboard. The wash and tires were really nice. When cleaning my side mirror they popped the glass out of the housing. I had to go back and get somebody to put it back in. The price is very reasonable though.

Melvin car wash did a good job but I did not realize this is a hand wash car wash. $20 for wash and cleaning the inside and a Jeep Wrangler is considered large at $23. Also was told an hour wait. Better love your car!

My first time here. Wow. What a hidden gem in Gardnerville. It blows the other car washes out of the water. They were very friendly and amazing. I will be going back here!

Good job on car detailing and the prices are great. The way you hand off your car takes a little getting used to. Picking up is weird too. Not always sure where to go or who to talk to. It's like organized chaos.

While visiting Genoa on a vacation from Michigan, I had 2000+ miles of road dirt and dead bugs on my car. Not that I am a fanatic about my car being immaculate, but I needed a wash. I saw good reviews on Google and Yelp about Melvin's and decided to give them a try.I pointed out to the guy at the start of the process about the bugs and road grime and he replied "It's no problem". I went and paid and waited for my car to be brought around. It was in the wash bay for a while but when it came out I was in awe because it was spotless. In fact when the guy got done drying, washing the windows, and applying the tire dressing, it looked better than when I go it from the dealer when I bought it.This was just their Super wash, I can only imagine how good their detailing services are. Great Job, I highly recommend them.

Took our half ton dodge truck for detailing. Wax job was very nice. Everything else not impressed. Parts of the carpet had not been vacuumed. Center console still dirty. Tha bed was still lettered with sticks. The bill was $100.00. Won't be back.

Had my truck detailed after I had it on a job site with lots of mud. They did a great job removing the mud from the outside and inside, definitely would recommend Melvin s for heavy detailing or if you just want a quick detail!Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

My little 20 year old S10 looked like she had a face lift by a good surgeon, when I drove away. She was treated with loving care.Everything was clean and shiny...tires and hubs looked new.Price is definitely fair and I will continue to recommend Melvins as they were recommended to me.

$25 and my Jeep is almost as clean as the day I bought it. I walked in the morning and they had it done in an hour. I have a dog that acts like a lunatic in the car and sheds everywhere. Didn t get all the dog hair out but I m happy with the amount they did get for the price I paid. Surely didn t want to do it myself!

Love coming here Melvin is so good and they do amazing jobs for a great price! 25 for a mini detail is amazing cause I can't find this anywhere. They really pay attention and do great! Only place I go!

Got a gift certificate for Christmas from my wife last year, tried all summer to get in for a wash and wax, every time I was told they were booked, try next month. Finally got an appointment and showed up only to be turned away by a rude employee who said they did not have any appointment for me. Furthermore they didn t want to honor the gift certificate either. I ll be filing a dispute of charges with my credit card company.

Great customer service. The work they did was perfect buffed out almost all the scratches and the inside was like new and it's a 2004.

Great service, terrible business. Every time I pull up a lady places cones up and says they re closing when the google information says they don t close for another hour.
