The person running the show that day was amazing. They were understaffed and he kept everything flowing well. Although it took a while to have my oil changed I was more than satisfied with my experience. I will continue to go to the location to have all my oil change needs filled. Excellent Job!!

I am SOOOO glad we found this place! Was driving back to the bay area after a few days visiting the family in Gardnerville, and we noticed that the car was making a weird shuddering sound and feeling while idling and driving slowly. Ten minutes down the road, right before heading into a few hours of driving through the mountains with no reception, we decided not to be stupid, checked Yelp, and found this Jiffy Lube.I called and was surprised and delighted they were open on a Saturday afternoon and said they could check out the car immediately.Nolan was the guy who helped us, and he was AMAZING! Super chill and friendly and really knew his stuff. I know pretty much nothing about cars, so frankly he could have easily sold me whatever he wanted to get me home safe with my family in the car.But instead, he let me hang out next to him while he checked under the hood, explained everything super clearly and generously so I could learn a bit, and after checking everything under the hood and from underneath the car, recommended a cleaning out of the intake system. As soon as he finished it I restarted the car and it was purring like the day I bought it.I called my folks right away and told them I found their new mechanic, and I hope you'll read this review and bring your business here too. What could have been an expensive and time-consuming nightmare took me about 30 or 40 minutes from the moment I pulled up until Nolan had me back on the road, and then entire operation only cost $30.I just got home from our 5 hour drive back to Santa Cruz, and wanted to leave this review before doing anything else, as I just couldn't be more grateful to Nolan and the team there for taking such good care of my car and my family.

Nolan is an excellent mechanic with wonderful service and great spirit. He is very patient with explaining what he did for my car and very friendly and polite to me. Highly recommended for this place for oil change. Definitely will come back again.

I called ahead to see if they'd be able to help me with replacing a headlight on my way in to work. They had the correct one in stock so I stopped in. They were fast and courteous. I will always recommend this specific location! These guys are fantastic and thorough! Thankyou again!

Went there asking about a light in my car. Turns out my car had no oil. I don t know anything about cars so . Bonnie was super understanding and explained all the lights to me. I got my oil filled, tires pumped up, and a bunch of other things. While waiting she came to explain multiple other things to me which I really appreciated. My door panel was also pushed forward so it made a super loud sound anytime I opened it, she noticed (obviously) and helped me find someone who could fix it. I ended up getting a friend to fix it but I m super appreciative of her anyways. Probably best experience I ve had going in for something with my car

As always I received stellar service. The staff here is amazing and I know my car is done right. I drive over an hour to come to this Jiffy Lube that s how good they are. And they have great coupons get on the email list!!

Nothing went right,let s just say that.The reason I gave them 5 stars is that the two ladies working, even with everything going wrong, were professional and kind the entire time. And the issues weren t their fault as far as I could tell.After I left they even called me to admit they still had my wheel lock and to come get it.Both ladies were professional to the end.I m sure they re glad it over. But I want to thank them for being so good the whole time.I would hope my employees would act like these two when it all goes wrong.I hope this gets back to them.During the Super Bowl feb 11. Minden.One of the ladies was in Army basic training during 9/11. Thank you for serving. I did too.

Absolutely the best jiffy lube. ... Courteous, responsible, thorough, and very friendly.I took my truck to the one on Topsy lane. They charged me $280 for a transmission flush that they never did. I sat and watched them pop the hood, check the fluids, and left the hood open for 5 mins...then they parked it. They argued with me so I paid it and walked away.But this jiffy lube was the best these guys are wonderful.

Job was done as it should. But a newer guy had no clue what he was doing. He spilled a bunch of oil all over my engine compartment. And I mean a lot. So much it leaked down and on my driveway. He was even told to make sure not to spill and to clean anything up. Usually a great experience here but last night has me full of anxiety!

Edit 12/19/23Chris and his crew jump on this and made several visits to clean up oil from driveway.Also confirming oil was not a leak and from an oversight that didn't get completly cleaned from the framing at time of service.All is resolved.Thank you for a great follow-up.ORIGINALMy truck shows signs of oil leakage onto fairly new driveway that wasn't there before.Now I have to find out what is leaking or was missed and can't use my vehicle until resolved.

The technician was very genuine with excellent customer service. I was searching for a $12 coupon that I had seen and he told me about a different one that was $34! They made a mistake on replacing the wrong headlight so they replaced both headlights for the price of one. The technician reviewed all their services performed with me in detail before I left and asked if I had any questions about anything. He was very informative and courteous! This group at Jiffy Lube work as professionals. I have been there a few times before earlier in the year with my Jeep and it was "get them in, get them out". There were alot of changes this time, They verified my VIN number, explained the services and prices. As they changed the oil, they washed my front and side widows and checked the air pressure in the tires. After they were done they showed me the oil dipstick with the clean oil. All the employees knew there job and did it professional manner.
