Can't find the exact application for mesquite Ford and RV in mesquite Nevada, however I had the opportunity to drive-through their parking lot and see how they inflate the manufacturer's sticker price to their price. Folks do not be fooled by this, you do not have to pay anywhere near that .BAD on you mesquite Ford and Rv .

WARNING We purchased a 2021 F-150 Limited. Great purchase experience with Ken Frost. We ve had the truck for 14 months. Not too happy with the several recalls, one after another. However, we are well aware this is in no way a fault of the dealership.Last week (August 2022) we experienced a complete black out of the electrical computer system. The service department had the truck for 2 full days. I was told it had been resolved and the issue fixed. I got in the truck turned the key and absolutely nothing, the screen was exactly black, just like it was when I brought it in. I went backed into the service department and told them, this was on Friday 8- 5-2022. I was told I could leave it and they d look at next week. I wasn t pleased with that comment, I understand the service department is closed Friday and Saturday. What s the point to leave it. I am frustrated because, at this point I can t believe the issue was ever resolved. I am taking it back in tomorrow, Monday, August 8th. I plan on speaking to the service manager. In all fairness I will update this post next week and let you all know the outcome.

Fixed my 10R140 transmission and shifts like butter now. Highly recommend this place as long as they keep the same people around.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I always come to Ford to service my vehicle. The staff is friendly and always update the customer me on how long the service will be. They provide water and coffee in their waiting room. They have a great deal for $120 that includes 3 oil changes , 3 car wash vouchers, and 3 tire rotations!

I'm a single dad with two sons on the most amazing adventure vacation traveling cross country. Our Ford Flex began to overheat when we reached Mesquite NV. We first went to ACT auto repair and was told our water pump has gone out and it's a big job and they don't have the correct tools. My son's and I surched all over Mesquite and some shops in St George to get estaments. When we went to the Ford Dealership they wanted $3400 and will not return my Flex to me tell I pay $150. Not one of the other shops charged me for a estaments and I was never told about any estaments fee. We have been stuck here for two days now and will soon need our car back for a place to sleep. This ford service center is 3 times higher than any of the other shops and I don't see how they can charge me $150 for asking a question. We are running low on money now and I'm not sure where to go from here. God bless.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent service. Alignment and tire rotation on our Mustang. Plus we bought a new truck while there. All in all a good experience.

These guys go over and above what I expect from dealership customer service! I came through town today and had car trouble with my electric vehicle. I called around and no one would help me. I called Mesquite Ford and they did everything they could to help even though I wasn t a customer. Good people! Thank you!

Amazing. Broke down when traveling thru Mesquite. They were able to take care of the problem immediately. Nobody ever acted like it was an inconvenience.

Service was fantastic except it took a long time....even had an appointment. 2.5 hours for an oil change is a tad long!!
