Just had my oil/ filter change - specific instructions given days ahead of service appointment and the "oil technician" and crew left my lug nuts loose on passenger front wheel, got one block and notice something was wrong... daaaa! NEVER asked to have tires rotated - again supplied "Specific" instructions of what I needed and tire rotation was not on the list. The technian didn't even wipe his hands off before getting into the truck - a $50,000 Platinum F150 - greasy hand prints on outside of the door handle and on the inside on arm rest & door panel..Who's in charge of quality control?I will not go back for this type of service again.

On Monday the 25th of September we purchased a new battery for my 2017 Ford Escape came out to be about a $198 just a hair under 200 service was great. I decided we'd come back with our 2018 Honda Fit. The center cell went bad, something like that and we needed a new battery. Ford told us they had one (Motorcraft) but they did not . Somehow they needed to have a local parts store provide the battery and that it would be $290 . for ford to install . Ford ordered it From autozone who didn't have that kind of battery in stock anyway . So we left a little puzzled . I would later purchase one from Napa on mesquite blvd. for under a $100. it's an 18 month warranty batery. Cheaper on the long run.

I flew from Denver to buy a specific vehicle from this dealership and had a great experience! I initially spoke with Scott on the phone and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. I put a deposit down for the car and flew down a few days later. I then dealt with Ken, who was also great! It was a very relaxed, easy process, with no pressure to keep extra fees and such. I was in and out in about an hour and a half and drove the car 11 hours back home with no issues. Very happy with my experience, thanks guys!

Sadly I write this as a lifetime Ford service customer. I also spent almost 20 years as a Ford Parts and Service Manager in Ford dealerships. When we moved to Mesquite 3 years ago I was glad to see a local Ford dealership. I have taken both my Ford vehicles in for routine service. Today for the 4th time I had issues with the service department. Made an appointment with the call center and was scheduled at 8:45 AM. As I always do, I use the night drop box as we dropped it at 6:30 AM. Not hearing from anyone I call at about 1 PM. Was advised they "missed" the appointment? Offerd to rush it thru but I declined as I didn't want the service "rushed". I realize things happen. They certainly did when I was a manager but this is not the first time this had happened. Shame on me for giving them another chance. I had inquiried about several other services but was never given a quote. Money out the door.... They have lost a longtime Ford owner.UPDATE 01/24.I have to amend my review. The manager did call me and we worked thru the issues. They came and picked up my car, serviced it and returned it back to the house. I appreciate them making it right this time.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with purchasing a vehicle here. Scott was extremely helpful, honest, and made the sale and delivery quick and easy. I purchased my 2015 F150 sight unseen from Arizona. He allowed me to make a deposit over the phone so no one would buy it out from under me. He sent me a video of the truck as well as lots of pictures. He finalized the loan efficiently and, for a small (but absolutely worth it) fee, he had it delivered to my door 2 business days after finding it. I found nothing hidden or omitted about the truck after driving it for a few weeks, and I am a mechanic. I can't thank you enough!

Tried to order a part for my Shockwave trailer shade. Had the part # for Dometic from another dealer in Az but parts had NO IDEA what I was talking about! Called Camper World in St Geaorge and got it ordered in 5 MI utes!

Mac was great! As my wife said this was the best experience she had at a car dealership! Mac was genuine about helping us and not taking us to the bank. He treated us like people and not like another paycheck. If you in looking to be a car I highly recommend Mesquite Ford and RV!

Great service experience! The entire team was professional, polite and honest. Bryan and the service team worked hard to get us scheduled quickly and back on the road. Ken in sales was also professional and polite while helping us try to source a replacement vehicle. Good people.

I can only review the RV service department which is excellent. I needed a new rooftop AC which was done quickly at fair price. Over a year later when there was a loose fastener issue due to the AC manufacturer these guys had it fixed within 90 minutes after unit was dropped off - at no cost to me.

We were very pleased with the Ford dealership in Mesquite they were able to diagnose our problem and get us back on the road in the same day great staff friendly shuttle took us back to our hotel room until fixed came and picked us up we would recommend them to anybody and we got a free car wash

We were happy with the friendly service from the service department when we called about getting work done on our truck and they had an appointment available the next day. My initial call with Page was super helpful and she confirmed they had parts in stock for the repair.We then worked with a different service agent once the truck was officially diagnosed who provided a quote for the work that needed to be done and when it would be completed.My husband picked up the truck today and questioned the bill because it was different from the original quote. Within a very short time the service rep found that they overcharged us on labor by 10 hours and quickly gave us a reimbursement that matched our original quote exactly. We wouldn't have been too phased by this and understand that mistakes can happen, but were quite shocked because this was no small bill and the service rep was not apologetic at all. The work we had done was $4400 and if we didn't question the overcharge we would have been charged an additional $1600. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and always a reminder to check your receipts.

Sale department seems very nice and helpful (or else this would be one star), however the service department was very irresponsible through both my visits. I was told I needed a new part, and they rescheduled me to come in within a week so that they could get the part. Turns out they never even ordered the part, and never saw fit to inform me. Ended up wasting 8hrs of my time total. Didn't compensate me in any way shape or form. Going elsewhere next time I need service.

Mesquite Ford told me there was no expiration date for the 3-pack of oil changes that I purchased, but when I called today to use one of the coupons they told me two coupons had expired.There was no misunderstanding. Mesquite Ford even sent me an Advantage Care reminder card by US Mail indicating that I had two oil changes remaining. No where on that card is there a "use by" or expiration date indicated for the remaining oil changes. I understand the need for expiration dates but not all merchants impose such dates for all services. It is the obligation of the merchant to clearly state an exact expiration date if it intends to impose such a date.I still don't know the exact date my coupons expired. At a minimum, Mesquite Ford should have put that date on the AdvantageCare card that was sent to me.

I recently (Dec 2022) bought a used Lance trailer from this dealership All RV s have an issue or two This dealer did the very best they could to make me a happy customer and I salute Martin in sales and Victor, the service coordinator for making sure I left happy I m pretty fussy and knowledgeable about things but they did their best and I commend them and would recommend this dealer, without reserve. Bravo to this dealer!

While driving home from California to Utah, my car broke down in mesquite because of the wiring with the battery. I had the car towed to this dealership and let them know the situation and also told them about a noise the car would make when switching gears and asked them to fix this as well. Having a flight from Salt Lake to Florida the next morning I was in a tough situation. While in Florida, I was let known the how much it would cost and their prices are very expensive. I got back to Utah and got a ride to mesquite to pick my car up and drove it home the same day. I was told that the noise and battery were fixed and that the car ran fine. I picked up my car and the battery now worked so I starting driving back to Utah only to realize that now the windshield wipers did not work which they were working before I took the car there, and also that they did not fix whatever was causing the sound. I now have to get both of those fixed, but, to make things worse, it is now two months later and the car is completely dead again and won t jump. I have to get it towed to another mechanic and get it fixed again. It is not a problem with the battery because I had it replaced the day before I broke down in mesquite

Brought my car in for an oil change and to have them look at a check engine light. They left my battery cover on my engine and forgot to put it back on the battery before closing the hood, & they didn't check the check engine light. Turns out a vacuum line needed to be replaced and my car would stall whenever I refilled my gas. When I brought it in to replace the hose. The mechanic didn't reassemble my car correctly so my car lost power after I left the dealership. Luckily I have mechanical experience and found that they didn't properly reattach the ground cable back on. After reattaching my ground cable properly onto the battery I got the car running so I went to fill up my car for the first time since the initial problem and it stalled at the pump. Nothing was different. The Office staff are nice people but the shop staff seemed lazy, not focused, or incompetent. Either their mechanics don't care or they aren't trained. either way it's hard to bring my car back to place that doesn't put pride in their work.

RECALL SCAM - charged grandmother during recall work.She took her car in for the 2nd time on another recall for the dash airbags. Since the first recall, a pillar panel had been loose and was brought to their attention. After she left the car they called and told her it was a $2.50 part, that they had, and could put it on. She obviously said yes for the price. When she went to pick up the car they charged her over $50 (LABOR OF 1/4 HOUR for a PLUG-IN CLIP) for a part obviously broken under first recall replacement. (The panel cover was pulled off then, wouldn't stay completely clipped-on afterwards, and grandmother wouldn't touch it)Shameful !(I'm forced to give you one star. )

I didn t buy anything!! Brian and David listened to my problem checked me in and quickly determined they couldn t help me. All this with no appointments available. I m sure they could ve sold me something to fix my problem but they didn t. Honest, clean, genuine customer service! I wish I lived closer! You guys earned 5 stars today ..5X over. Based on my experience you ll want to give them your business. THANKS!!!

Completed service in a fast, friendly manner. Provided me with a ride to and from the dealership while my vehicle was being fixed.Although I called for an appoint at a previous time, I was helped much more efficiently and left a satisfied customer. Thank you!

I was travel in my truck and 5th wheel with our dog and cat, when the truck low power and engine light came on. I called the dealership and they told me service closes at 5 PM. It was 3:40 and I still had to disconnect the 5th wheel. I got to the dealership at 4, met with Brian, service guy (Outstanding, helpful and everything you could ask for). He immediately talked with the service manager, sorry don't have his name, he went out and looked at the truck and said air is getting to the fuel pump. The first thing we are going to do is change the fuel filters. They handed me the key to the truck at 5 PM and said it was good to go. Went and connected the 5th and was on my way. Spent the night in Beaver and the next morning left for Jackson, Wyoming. Truck works like new.I can't say enough about how the dealership treated and and how quickly they got me back on the road.Thank you, thank you.
