Pricing is standard for car washes. They are friendly to offroad vehicles within a reasonable expectation of respectful use. This place is well lit for night visits and is the best time to catch a cool night breeze with just you and your octane powered significant other. The turbo dryer in the self clean bay on the far left seemed to be a little lacking on the turbo and the tube could use a cleaning (please note I did not opt for the wax option that it says should be used for best results with the turbo dryer). Outside of that this place is very clean and everything works as expected. Some 80's hits during the summer might turn this car wash into a cool wash just a suggestion. Oh and lazers!

This is probably one of the best self-serve car washes I've ever been to. Always clean and free of mud and debris. Everything works and it does a great job. You won't be disappointed.

I dont know if it works good I paid it said thank you but nothing happened I called the number for my money back and have yet to hear anything I will definitely not be going back and I do not recommend anyone go there unless u are looking to donate to the carwash

Touch less carwash is great for my 2024 3500 Ram Dually. Fits in there fine and does a awesome job cleaning the whole truck.

Great options and modern technology. We only do touch less to preserver paint from scratching. Touch screen kiosk works perfectly. The hoses pivot which applies a better more efficient clean and rise.

I have always been satisfied with this car wash. The package deals for monthly car washes are a great value. I have used both the self service bays and the two auto wash bays. I have always been impressed with the up keep and the services provided.Recently I had a senior moment and bought two wash packages in one month. Reading my bank statement, I saw the two charges and contacted the manager. He was very helpful and willing to assist. You cant beat good customer service! I am happy to support local business in Mesquite and will continue to use Falcon Ridge Car Wash.

Tried to use this automated car was several times, and have to say its "iffy". On several instances, it has charged my card 3 times, not once, and I have had to call the number at the car wash to try and get a hold of someone to give me credit back. It basically takes about a month before you get a response and help. Also paid for the top dollar wash as usual, and sometimes only got a 1 minute wash. How did I know it was done wrong? Because I had the top wash other times....... Tried to report the problem, but takes forever to get a response from a human.

Does ok, only tried the touchless....you will need to towel dry after but you have almost anywhere.

New comments: Changed my review from 1 to 5 stars, it is amazing the company responded so fast and I will give the car wash another try tomorrow! I also admit that I should have given them a chance to respond before I rated them so low to begin with, so my apologies on that.Old comments:Used this car wash for the first time, using the middle of the three self-serve wash bays. Got my car nice and clean, but when I went to use the air-dry gun it was broken. Instead of air coming out of the nozzle when you pull the trigger, it leaks through where you squeeze the trigger instead. This leaves it with hardly any air flow out of the nozzle, and I drove off with a mostly wet car.

We use this place about once a week, sometimes more, usually between 10am and noon. There is rarely more than one car in front of us on the touch free side. There is also a soft touch option, an RV wash, and a couple of the "get out of the car and do it by hand" options. It doesn't take long and our car always comes out nice and clean. The only drawback is it never seems to dry as well as we'd like. We usually have to pull over and wipe down the back window. We have yet to use the other car wash in the area. We are pleased with this one.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Pretty good car wash utilized the credit card system and used most settings. Would definitely go again. The broom setting is not watered down and good pressure on the wand.

Spent almost 3 hours deep cleaning my filthy car. The place was clean and everything seemed to be working properly. The trash cans were almost full but not bad at all. I was able to clean the interior and exterior for $25 .

I paid for the premium wash and drove forward, the machine sprayed a bunch of soap on my car and prompted me to move forward until I was out, so I had to drive around with a bunch of soap on my car. I called the number and had to leave a voicemail and haven't heard anything and don't expect to.

Don t take your 4Runner through the automatic wash. It was still dirty front, sides and rear after my drive from Colorado. You re better off getting out and powering washing. Waste of $11 bucks.

Debit/Credit card reader charges round numbers like $15 or $20 even if you only use $3. I feel like it's a scam they are running with the payment method. Otherwise works well for washing.

We used the RV/Truck Wash Bay for the first time. It actually worked fairly well, but a catwalk could help for reach... The only complaint is that the Credit Card Reader located at the front is not working (money collection did work) so bring CASH to use that side!!! We managed to clean the 30' Motorhome in about 40 minutes of time and $15 to $17 in cost, so well worth it for a quick, non professional wash n dry...

Paid for the $14.00 touch car wash (the most expensive/best one they offered) absolutely waste of time and money. Half the brushes don t spin and it sprayed my vehicle with soap and then told me to exit as it sprayed light mist on my vehicle for a second. When I pulled out into the sun I seen soap all over my vehicle. I had to hurry up and pull into a bay and pay even more to spray it off myself so the soap wouldn t damage my paint. After it dried I see it needs touch washed again to get the streaks and stuff off. While I was spraying another vehicle pulled out of the auto wash like I just did covered in soap also. I looked for a number to call but couldn t find one. Avoid this place at all cost. You will leave with less money and a dirtier vehicle.$14.00 touch wash + $6+ manual wash to attempt to save my clear coat and paint. All wasted time and money.

I wish owners would test their car washes. I used the soft touch $12 wash and it did not even come close to getting the soap off before rinse was over. Do the same people own all these car washes in town because both automated car washes are not up to par. Sad

As a few other reviews have noted, had a problem with the auto wash. Waited in line behind several other cars, got to the control panel & paid for a $10 wash. When the wash cycle on the vehicle in front of me completed, pulled in but nothing happened. Rather then return to the end of the lengthening line, called the number noted on the control panel & left a message explaining the problem. Based upon the recording, thought I would hear back within a day. After two days, left a second message but again no response. Will probably give the manual wash bays a chance, but not willing to shell out the money for another automated non-wash experience.Update - After seeing my review, owner reached out to me, apologizing for the lack of response to my voice messages. I was also offered a code for an upgraded wash, which I recently utilized. Experienced no issues & have upgraded my rating from unsatisfactory (one star) to good (four stars). Withheld excellent rating based upon the original issue of no response to messages left at only contact number provided at car wash location.

Clean bays, but shut down in the middle of my wash and made me pay another $ fee to get it going, sometimes the foam brush cuts out.

The vacuum wings are small and awkwardly placed for misery of the car wash patrons to get to otherwise its exactly Wray everyone acts if you want to self clean or want an automated car wash for your cleaning needs and so close to the Walmart for your shopping needs

Self wash results depends on YOU, OF COURSE. As for the 2 auto wash options, which seem to be a problem amongst most reviewers here, I can agree that they do not work very well. I come to this place regularly but now I just go with self wash, I can usually leave my car looking way better looking washing it myself for under $6. And that s with all options included, rinse, soap, foam brush, wax, tire cleaner and spot free rinse. Got to move fast but it s easily possible. I believe the automatic wash cheapest option is $8, it s the best one to get if your taking that route, because the $12 option will leave your car exactly the same as the $8 option. Also, I believe the $12 option says double everything (double soap, double rinse, etc.) THAT MUST BE A LIE. Use the automatic wash tunnels at your own risk, you will not be satisfied, you ll end up with water spots all over your vehicle. I believe the staff should upgrade in products, or lower they re prices, it is not fair for consumers to have to go through an automatic wash tunnel then have to drive into the self wash to finish the job the machine is supposed to do.***YOUVE BEEN WARNED. USE THE AUTOMATIC WASH TUNNEL AT YOUR OWN WALLETS RISK.***Also, I m a regular here (self wash) and I am NOT looking for a refund or future discount, I just think the machinery here looks 10x better than other places I ve been to, and it does NOT stand up to it s full potential. Id like for management to improve their machinery service. The prices here are a little upscale on car wash and should be able to provide a decent car wash. I m from Las Vegas and moved out here a few years ago, before this place opened and I ve got to say many cheaper and older car wash establishments with older machines in LV leave your car looking a lot nicer, than this places equipment. Something is wrong there.

Did a good job on our dually truck. We were going to bring our fifth wheel up to wash before heading out tomorrow. As there is construction on the only exit that makes sense, we will have to pass, no easy way out which would enable us to get back to I-15 South! Tried it with just the truck today, too time consuming.

Only average wash, paid 12.oo to get everything but I guess having air blow on your car to remove the larger waterspots is not con sidereal a service. By the time I got home had hard water stains in side panels.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went to the car wash and paid for the $12 wash. The light came on and said to pull forward. Once I got in there, the light came on saying to reverse slowly. I did and the light never went off. I picked forward and tried again with the same result. Then the light came on that said wash complete. I got the number to call in case of a problem and left a message. Still have not recieved a call back and this was weeks ago.

Very nice car wash, I was traveling through in the middle of the night, and it was great to find a car wash open.
