I had a tire and bearings blow out on a boat trailer I was towing to AZ and these guys rescued us. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation but didn't. They got the boat and trailer off the road and to their shop, replaced what needed replacing and got it ready for me to finish what I started in a timely fashion. It's great to meet another business owner who truly helps their customers and keeps costs down. I highly recommend these folks!

The best tire shop in White Pine County! The customer service is excellent and the prices for tires are fantastic! The owners are great people and they are very helpful. I would recommend this tire shop to anyone traveling through or to anyone that is currently living here. I will definitely be giving these guys business again!

We were traveling and about 26 miles from Lund when we blew a tire on our 5th wheel. That was enough in itself, but then our jack stopped working, we had no ramp and the spare was in bad shape anyway! (Tough lesson) We called HLC and they show up within the hour, had everything on deck to get us fixed, safe and ready to continue our journey. Here s the big deal they didn t over charger us! They had an almost 60 mile round trip and did the work on a dirt road but the price wasn t much more than if we d taken it to a shop. From the initial phone call for help to the wave good bye we were so glad that it happened within their service area, to the point that if we need tires and are passing that way again we ll hold out and revisit HLC. I d go so far as to say use them any chance you get. Truth is, in that area they are your only choice but even with that they were fair and honest. My wife and I recommended HLC.

My sisters check engine light came on quite a few miles before Lund. We pulled into this shop and received fantastic service. Very friendly and professional.

We cannot say enough great things about the quality of products and services we get at HLC. Landon is able to help us with anything from pivot tires to truck tires. He is quick to respond and get you what you need, and we've never had any issues with any of his work. We're very happy to have them in the area.

Thank you for your great service! I sent my son to HLC for a set of new tires. The tires were ready and waiting for him as promised and the price was great! HLC had everything done fast and provided service well beyond our expectations. Do not hesitate to give them a call for your next set of tires.

Great service! Landon and his crew were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get my car in for a brake job the day after I called and finished it up right when they said they would. I will definitely come back for car service!

I had a tire with a slow leak, so I took it to HLC for repair, and couldn't be more pleased. Employees were very friendly and professional. Had my tire repaired in 10 minutes and at a very reasonable price. They also have a service truck. Highly recommended!

We had traveled in a rental car from Vegas to Ely Nevada to go to Garnet Hill and look for garnets. We were done and heading out of Ely back to Vegas and the low tire light came on. We turned around and went back to Ely and found out it was a fast leak which would have to be taken care of. It s a Sunday and of course nothing is open. The rental only had a donut and it would have been unsafe to head back 5 hours to Vegas. We called the auto parts store to see if they did tire repairs and they did not. But, Casey, at the store had a friend, Landon, in Lund, NV. 30 miles down the road and he said if Landon was available he could take care of it. We sent a text to Landon and he said absolutely, if we could get there. We added air and booked it spent he road. Turns out Landon is the L in HLC Tire & Oil, LLC. The tire had a nail so it did need to be patched. Landon was just the nicest you ve my man and so gracious to us. He had us on our way in under 30 minutes and honestly he could have charged us whatever he wanted and we would have had to pay it. He charged us $15! Seriously! My husband handed him $40. We were so very grateful! Thank you Landon!

I wouldn t call it a destination but when our low pressure sensor popped on 50 miles outside of town HLC tire was sure a sight for sore eyes!! They had us patched and ready to go on our way in about 10 minutes! Even shared some locals knowledge for our next camping trip.So if you are in our same unfortunate situation - stop on in!!

They were all so very helpful! On short notice traveling to Idaho they helped us out! When I called the receptionist said to come on in. They took us in right away when we arrived and serviced our tire. We were in and out and all done within 15 minutes! Thank you to the entire team!

I m not one to write or read reviews, but I want to let it be known that Landon is an exceptional fellow. After a blown tire 20 miles outside of town, he got us taken care of and back on the road in a more punctual time frame than we ever could ve asked for. Not only did he alter his own afternoon to help us out, but didn t even come close to overcharging us for his services. Could ve certainly gone without a tire exploding, but thanks to Landon, a mountain quickly turned into a mole hill and we couldn t have been more appreciative.

I had a blow out in the middle of nowhere, called a tow truck waited for over 4 hours... called before hours in hope of help and he answered. Not only did he bring a jack and tools to take my wheel off he took it to the shop and threw in a new tire. Brought it back and torqued my lugs!!! You saved my trip and am so grateful for your help! Hopefully AAA can reach out for a good service provider in the area. Chris H. Hook him up!!

Landon helped me out bigtime one night just as his shop was closing. I was traveling from Elko to Las Vegas when I had a slow leak in my tire and needed air. Wouldn't have made my flight out that night.Much appreciated,Your Northern Neighbour.

Landon is a great guy, knows what he is doing, and gets it done quickly. Even with the wide tires I have. If your traveling through, he is the guy to go and see for your tires or whatever else you may need.
