Absolutely an amazing experience. The young lady with the long hair and blue eyeliner was an absolute joy to work with! The helped answer all of our questions and made us feel at ease going through the process of getting our car repaired.

The car repair is awesome! The Tech carlos exceptionalThe Female at the counter who answer the phone does not know facility policy and was very snotty.She tried to force a signature on my intake paperwork that would allow the shop to order and place parts on my car without consulting me first.I tried to explain to her that this made me uncomfortable.She then stood UP out of her seat and pushed the paper closer to me. She then said very loudly, this isn't a big deal you just need to check the box.I said no I will not check the box, I want a phone call.She also told me I had to leave car at the shop following the estimate. Even though I already put $1000 down on the upcoming work.So I rented a vehicle and had it dropped at the shop for the day of my estimate.Following the estimate, Carlos said I was good to go and he would let me know when the parts were in and we could schedule the work......Wellllll there went 500$ on a rental vehicle. And following a mix up in communication, the Rental car had to be extended.So the rental ended up being 790.00$Communication between the techs and myself was clear and non confusing.I recommend avoiding this shop unless you can bypass the front desk.

Wonderful experience. Fast and efficient.Color match was beyond what I expected. Highly recommend this auto repair shop. Very professional!
