I arrived to get a battery exchange at 6 because the door says they open at 6a. The elderly woman in charge of automotive walked into work a 7:02 and got instantly upset with me waiting for assistance. She told me it would be 7:15 or so as she was just getting in to set up. She then went behind the tire wall and started bad mouthing and cussing me to a coworker. This is the unprofessional type stuff that will keep me out of this Walmart for good. Nick was a good help though and Lisa in electronics is an Angel. (That one star was for them)

My husband got in line at 2:15 for an oil change. He received his car at 6:50 p.m. The wait being over 4 hours completely blows my mind. I wish I was joking. Other people's time does not concern them. There was no more than 2 cars in front of him. Terrible timing and experience. The employees need to do better.

Went in with a battery that was thought to be needing charging, they tested it, it was bad.... the battery was fairly new so with the battery warranty they just gave me a new one without any hassle or delay! Really saving the day and helped me have a better begining for the next day and those that followed. Thank You! ~L

They said if it's not brand new I went touch it. Wouldn't balance. Wouldn't mount. Wouldn't do anything unless I bought their tires but they let me wait well over an hour before they told me that.

They had my mom waiting for around 2 hours for one tire to be installed. While waiting the people after us had full on oil changes and they were finished in about 10 minutes. Then the workers didnt even have the idea to check on how many mechanics they even had. By the time we got the tire there was only one mechanic doing all the work not another one in sight.

idek where to start lol.. first of all timeliness is NOT a top priority here. Since when does it take 3 hrs to do an oil change ?? I mean come on now , there will be 3-4 cars lined up for the exact same service . An oil change takes 20-30 minutes MAX . They will tell you your vehicle will be ready in 1 hr everytime . AND it s overpriced .I had a trip this one particular day, and needed an oil change before I hit the road. I work all day into night so I didn t have time to get it done before the trip. But I came at about 8 in the morning and there were 3 cars ahead of me. Okay I was told it ll be an hr , im like why ? aren t they all getting the same service as me ? The guy replied yes. Im assuming it would ve been an hr or less. Nope, ended up being there for 3-4 hrs and pretty much fell wayyy behind schedule and had to cancel my trip .

Never brought my car to wal Mart for an oil change before but I needed it done on a Sunday. Rolled up to the wal mart on 215/decatur. Met Tim?? right in front of the bay. We discussed options, gave him my key and left to do some shopping at Costco across the street. I received a text about 10 minutes later that they started working on my car and shortly after that I received another stating it was done.My car requires 8 quarts and it only cost $72 plus tax for full synthetic Mobil 1. Would've cost me double at the dealer.Pick up was super easy and no wait.I'll be bringing my cars here from now onThank you!!!!

My tires were disgusting. 2 had plugs in them 1 was worn and the other was great. Was the second in line due to someone leaving. They didn't have the Douglas tires which I've used numerous times, so I upgraded to Michelin. In and out in less than an hour and a half

The hours are clearly marked 7a.m. To 7p.m. And it is 7:20a.m. And I just called and the mechanics aren t even getting in til 9:00a.m. Generally we like the service. It is convenient but please update the time.

I went to change my oil on Sunday just because It was too hot for me to do it and now I noticed that they made a mess and the oil it s not in the required level. Plus my car sticks like oil in the inside

Dropped my car off 2 times 3-4 hrs before they closed and when i picked it up they said they didn t have time and come back tomorrow, 3 rd time they had me wait 2 hrs in the lobby saying they were able to do the service and after waiting all that time they said sorry were are actually booked and can t take your car. Terrible!!!

I got here at 8:30 am.. they finished with my car at 11:15. Almost 3 hours for an Oil Change.. btw only 2 cars ahead of me upon arrival. It was ridiculous.. awful experience..

I came in today to get 4 new tires and was told that they would not be mounting any more tires for the day at 3 PM PMI then asked if I purchased him if I could take them to another one because I planned on getting 4 tires along with the roadside hazard package they said that I could not purchase the package nor could I purchase it At the other Walmart as they were classified as a counter sale and a bringing my own tires in for install even though bought at another Walmart the redheaded manager then proceeded to laugh about it with about it with a few of the other associates in the garage pointing directly at me what's funny is manager is not wearing her name tag either so unable to file a proper complaint. Walmart wants to continue to lose business and business and have employees give themselves a bad reputation that's on them I have already told 7 other potential customers to walk away and what my story was with the situation. Not sure what that set them back for but seeing as how they are not doing installs no real loss I guess.

Went to get my tires replaced and paid for and had the tires shipped to the store. It took the employee about 30 minutes to locate the tires. Then we had to wait 1 hour for them to "dispense" the tires because their manager wasn't present. After that 1 hr wait, it took them 2 whole hours to replace 4 tires. Okay customer service but would not recommend for speedy service at all. Also no waiting area, only waiting area are 2 benches outside and it is colder outside right now as well.

I have been here since 10 something this morning and it's now 1 something just to get two tires installed on my vehicle. I asked the employee at 12:45 were they almost finish because I was told it would be an hour and a half. He came back and said they are about to get started now! This is ridiculous and not acceptable. I would have been better prepared if I knew it would take 3 hours to put on 2 tires. I am waiting because my truck is in the air already and I need my tires installed. I honestly do not know why it is taking so long it may be a staffing issue. This location needs a better manager or to become more organized. I WILL NEVER EVER BRING MY VEHICLE HERE AGAIN! I would not recommend anyone else does either. I can't speak on the quality of the actual service because I AM STILL WAITING!

These guy's were awesome. I was in a terrible bind. I had my Sweetie in the hospital and my precious 89 year old mom with me. The gentlemen took care of me, tested and charged my battery...and replaced the connector cable for $7.00 .I am very happy .

Never answered their phone, even when they advise you to call to reschedule your appointment because the tires they said were available actually weren't. Had to go in just to follow up and the place was empty! So why aren't they picking up?

I've been here on many occasions, most of the staff is helpful. However there's a woman who was working the register and she clearly was unhappy that day, or just don't like her job at all. She was moving slow and not friendly at all. Didn't say nothing at all, she just took my money, gave me a receipt and my car key. Just felt strange, for her not to day anything at all to any of the customer's. Another customer looked at me, with a bizarre look as if what's wrong with her? My car took 2 hrs for a oil change, check the tire pressure and top all the fluids in my car. There's normally almost always a wait, to get your car taken care of. The plus is that you can get some shopping done, while you wait. They will notify you, once your car is ready.

Wanted to give a shout out to Jerry who did my tires! Exceptional customer service, gave me accurate info, and helped me decide if I actually needed new tires or not. Walmart, you should give him a raise or reward, he is great at his job!

I just got all my car's tires changed and I saved a considerable amount of money. (About $160 compare to the quote I got from my car's dealership service center) but what a horrible horrible customer service.A smile, a thank you , a have a nice day are so important nowadays( I think).Everyone at the center with the exception of the person to whom I handle the keys, everyone forgot long ago the basic rules of customer courtesy.I don't know if is just me but I think customer service has decline everywhere and this Walmart car center is not the exception.I work on sales also but I don't forget for a minute that without the customer I will not have a job.Very disappointed,

Eager to get home after an epic cross-country road trip, I blew a tire out in the desert near Vegas. After searching for the Walmart Auto in Vegas that had the best reviews I settled on coming to this one to have a new tire put on. I made sure to be here and waiting when they opened the doors at 7am. Jerry greeted me as he opened the gate and took very good care of my car. I have done most of the work on my car myself and have spent little time at auto shops as a result, so I tend to get really nervous handing my car over to a stranger. I felt totally at ease with it being in the care of Jerry and anyone else who may have helped work on it. He got it done fast and within my budget, and I was ready to continue my journey home within an hour. I couldn't believe it-- I was prepared to wait all day! Thank you so very much! I can't imagine it having gone any better.

I am appalled at Walmart. I had to get a new tire, it took 4 hours and 45 min to put one tire on!!! Let me correct that it took 4 hours and 45 to put the tight tire on as they first put on the wrong size!!! Then they were going back and fourth on their paperwork for over 30 minutes. They offered no compensation and I finally had to demand my keys so I could leave. This was the worst service I've ever received.

I took my car here twice in the past year and a half and decided to do it myself this time... realizing that they never changed out my oil... I have a 2015 and only 28,000 miles on my car and the oil I got out of it looked like it was in a 20 year old vehicle that wasn't changed out in 2 years. The filter was so black and the oil was so thick it was ridiculous! It should not look like this ... especially since I get my oil changed out every 6 month if not before. These people are not only lazy, but total RIP off artists... definitely take your car somewhere else or do it yourself.

Absolute BS. Would not repair my tire even though i have a warranty. I complained to the manager and got the same response: they could not replace my tire because there was an emergency tire plug that had been put in a couple weeks ago. They just wanted us to buy a new tire. We then waited over 30 minutes for them to put a single tire on. They had more than enough time to get us our car back but they stalled for over 30 minutes. Dont go here, go to any decent tire repair shop.

I had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience! DO NOT BUY A BATTERY, LET ALONE GET A WARRANTY FROM ANY WALMART. There's no purpose. If the battery is no longer good, they don't even have them in stock. The only help I was given was to call all the Damn stores in the area and see if they have one. And of course, nobody answers the phones. Also, how do u expect me to get there if I need to jump the battery every time I start the car? NEVER AGAIN!Service: Battery

Overall a good oil service for the money, but no matter which walmart I go to the tire pressure seems to never get checked. I always check my tires personally and with the vehicle's tire sensors, but for some reason their printout always says 35. I check them again when I get home and they are the same as when I checked the first time.

I will never go to Walmart Auto Care Centers again. You trade a fair price for bad customer service. I called to see if my car was ready and was put on hold. I finally hung up after 25 minutes, yes 25 minutes. Their excuse was that they had to help the people in the store before they helped anyone calling in. That s not acceptable and there s no excuse for being rude when I said something about it when I picked up my car. One is too high of a rating.

Worst auto care service. The auto care cashier was very rude her name BoBby. Also while waiting for my vehicle to be ready it was 4 hours and I heard the phone ringing all the time she did not answered it once!!
