This is a warning If you want poor customer service, and a Ridiculous wait time then this place is for you. We decided to give Walmart a chance since we saw a few good prices on some tires. We bought the tires, and made a appointment for the next day at 9am. They warned us if we were 15 minutes late that are appointment would be canceled. We arrived the nex day at 8:45am 15 minutes early just to be safe. When we checked in the technician said that we were going to have to wait because at 9am they hadn't even started on the 7am appointments yet. What kind of business makes appointments so they can start on them 2 hours later? We watch many people that morning just wanting their cars back so they could just leave. (Lost money, and customers.) My wife and I ended up waiting 5 hours to get tire on the car. We asked why it took so long and the technician said he didn't know how to balance the tires on the machine. WHAT!!! WHY ARE YOU WORKING THERE THEN. This place is the worst!!! I will never buy anything from the autocare center ever again.

Came in at 8am for an oil change. 2 hours before they even started the service. When asked why it is taking so long, "I'm not sure what was written up before you" was the answer I got. There was 1 car here before me for an oil change. Also, I was sitting in the waiting area for 45 min and saw my SUV in the bay.... Why was it just sitting there all that time??? No wonder why Walmart had a bad name. Here we wait another hour before it's done. Great job

My car has been sitting like this for 20 minutes. The only car when I drove up 3 hours ago, and the only car in there now. And they tell me another 20 minutes...

Well at this stage my wife and I have actually thought that Walmart itself my just not like white seniors unless their easy marks to rip off,cause there's not a person there that cares at least for your bad experience or not. You start to wonder if the people that are looting stores like that aren't just getting their money back after being ripped of by them. We are not going to dwell on this forever,just wanted to make you folks aware of their business practices. Have a great life Walmart,Iam moving on

They suck they never even answer the dam phone for u to even check on your car literally the phone a be ringing off the hook.even not busy and they never pick up. Corporate Bentonville y'all need do something bout this boulder highway Walmart can't even ask if car ready or no questions they to evil to even answer ..and it's been a pattern of this awful

Didn t honor my appointment and told me to come back at 11am. We drove past for another errand around 9:40 and they were taking customers.

I showed up at 6:50a with the hopes of getting an oil change and a tire, because it stated on the site that they open at 7a. Nope! The doors didn't even open then, so I got to stand in the sun for about 10 min. I was fourth in line. No one came to the auto center desk until 7:20a, the gent in front of me had an appointment and gave the keys to counter because he had to leave and they were late. Gal in front of him needed an oil change, and first guy in line was mad that no one told him the needed an appt for the tire hepurchased the day before. I figured I'd be second in line for an oil change so I'd at least get that done and they informed that would take an hour for the oil change and that since they had appointments for tires all day that could take all day. I left and got an oil change done at Jiffy Lube and 2 tires installed at Discount Tire and was home in 45 mins from both! Won't be heading back here soon for anything.

I give 2** based on the store not answering their phone. Not once or twice but more then several times. I've called everyday for a week at store opening hours in between store hours and close to the store closing. Calling for the auto center and I selected the correct number (#2) to be directed to that department. Same nobody answered. I called another location and same outcome. I went to somewhere else for my oil change.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. On top of sitting in the lobby for upwards of 5 hours, them messing up my tire order, not once - but twice they only installed two of the tires, sent me home with the third and I came back to buy the other (would ve bought them somewhere else but they are Walmart exclusive) . Then I took my car to a different tire shop to install the other two Walmart had broken my tire key!! And it s a Jeep only part specifically for my year/model so not a key most garages have on hand. I m now 3 days of my time, and almost $900 in. Will never go back and would not recommend.

Had purchased new tires in December and got a screw in one, their compressor had been down for several weeks but was up and they plugged my tire. I had the road hazard warranty and they still tried charging me $15 so they just voided it out. My wheel was filthy and black handprints on my door handle. A little more attention to detail would be cool, but it s Walmart.

Horrible customer service.They charged me more for my oil change because they couldn t find the standard oil and used the expensive one without consent and charged me.And it doesn t end there. These guys took my car key and attached it to my garage key and only gave me my car key back.I only realized this after a long drive home and I ve been calling them for 30 minutes now with NO response.Now I ve been overcharged, wasting gas, and lost an expensive garage key.Service: Oil change

This place is terrible, was told they only have one tech working and that he s backed up 2cars and not doing anymore oil changes. I don t know what kind of Walmart business this is but it s ok this is the Walmart way

I had the most outstanding service here today. I took my car in for an oil change ..and they were so friendly..service with a smile and so polite .. The oil was changed in under 30 minutes . they even checked my tire pressure..windshield wipers..and all my fluids . My kids and i shopped while service was being done. And the girl at the auto center checked us out. It was a great experience. I was so happy... Thank you walmart Auto Team .you are the best in Vegas!!!

Let me start by saying, Walmart is a very Busy Store.. And there's always something going on.. But the Customer Service and Care I always experience from the Walmart Members. Has always been WONDERFUL.. And the Auto Center is no different. The Members made my PURCHASES and RETURNS pleasantly simple and efficient. Thank You Walmart Members..

It's a good thing I've been meditating for a few years. I'm used to going to Walmart to get oil changes and they usually do a great job. Upon arriving here I was told to back up out of the garage, I drove in because there was no one around to direct me. Then the young man said he will come over soon and after 20 minutes of me sitting in the car waiting, I finally got out and found someone to direct me. The older gentleman was very nice and told me the oil change would be around 45 minutes and they were shortstaffed. I was happy to do some shopping while waiting. An hour and a half later, I came back to the auto center and the cashier said they have not called me and my vehicle is not ready. I sat down and watched a whole episode of Family Feud in the waiting area. After 2 hours, I went outside and saw my car in the garage and asked a guy working there if it was ready and he sheepishly apologized and said there's a computer glitch and they had to call a manager to come override it, except they haven't called the manager yet and would now. No one meant any harm and everyone seemed nice enough but it did take over 2 hours to get my oil changed and a lot of miscommunication. I'd be prepared to be more proactive here if I come back for another oil change.

The manager of the little guy behind the counter was extremely polite caring informative and very helpful and he was very patient because I didn't have a spare so I had to buy one tire to get the car there but once I got there he made sure that they put me right in line and took care of the rest of my tires I bought a set of four very patient very professional I forgot the guy's name but on that day he was behind the counter thanks again

I never write reviews because I never feel like I've had an experience worth writing a review for, but I had such a great experience at this Walmart, I thought I should.I was skeptical going to this Walmart for tires because all the reviews I've read were negative, but I went anyway because I really needed tires asap. I got there around 6:15pm, so 45 minutes before closing, and I was nervous they wouldn't be able to take me today. There were 3 cars in front of me and only two mechanics working, but they still took me. They said it would be a couple of hours, but they did it in under an hour.I didn't catch the mechanic's name, but when I do, I'll write another review because he was very friendly and helpful. Such a great guy. I asked him a bunch of questions about fixing up my car because it's an old car, and I can't afford a new one right now because I'm a college student lol. Usually when I ask mechanics questions, they just brush me off and try to get me out the door as fast as possible, but he was very patient and helpful. I'm really happy I went here.

The people that assisted me we're kind. My battery went out. I only have one car. They were very nice to me, and took good care of my 2019 Nissan Rogue, Cali. I got a brand new battery for$129 and they installed for free!!!!!! Plus, I got to do some shopping for my new grandson Lil Woody.

Been coming here for awhile for lubes and today I came in at 7:08am and at 9:00am they just were pulling my vehicle in. I get they're under staffed but to have someone say it will be an 45mins- 1hr and after 2hrs my van hasn't even been started is not ok especially when they start on another van who wasn't even there after I was registered in. I don't just get the 19.99 oil change I get the 45.00 but I guess it doesn't matter if they lose a customer. The guys working are polite especially the older gentleman there today but it was the other one who passed my vehicle and did another who came way after me.

Don t bother trying to call, it s like every employee here is oblivious to the sound of the phone ringing. I was searching for a specific automotive item and called the main number, held for the operator, and let it ring over 8 minutes each time I called but no one ever picked up. It wasn t any better calling the automotive department directly - no answer and you get put on hold for the next available rep for unending amounts of time. I literally called them every hour during the day for 2 days and no one ever answered.Edited: I actually drove over there, stood outside the door and called them just to see what happens. One worker was behind the counter & another in front of the counter leaning on it with arms crossed. I heard the phone ringing, neither of them acknowledged it. They weren t busy so there s no excuse.

The person in the register he was clining is nose I TELL HIM TO GO TO THE BACK NOPE HE IGNOR ME HE CONTINUED PUT IS IN THE NOSE AND HE TAKE CARE THE PERSON LIKE NOTHING HAPPENS THAS NOT GOOD YOU HAVE TO TAKE CARE SAN AND THEN YOU TAKE CARE TAKE CUSTOMER

They will lie to your face, with no problem. I wait patently for 8 hrs. They told me it s my fault, basically, that the paper work was not put in the system. They also made me go out of my to get a filter, then the manger acted like he never saw me before. When I asked about compensation, the assistant manager of Walmart, said there is nothing we can do . I walked away calmly and wrote this letter for the customer.
