been here 4 times -- one of the times i got turned away as they were understaffed, i'm not mad at that, because the other 3 times have been ultra cheap and as quick as i've seen. I have been in and out in less than 30 minutes before. Way better service than several other wal mart i've been to.

I've been to this location 3 times and experienced great service. I went once for an oil change, and twice for tires. All 3 times, I was taken care of in a timely manner, and waited less than an hour for my car to be finished. They can be a bit understaffed at times, but even then, a female manager stepped in right away to make sure I was checked in quickly. I also did not have to wait outside long when I pulled up. No one ignored me, or left me there for a long period of time. Maybe I just caught them on good days, but I would still go back for any maintenance needs. I'll admit, I've never really been a Walmart person, and usually would rather go anywhere else, but I find myself at this location frequently to get money orders, groceries, and toiletries, and always have good experience.

A few years back I bought 4 new tires kinda beefy looking for less than $500 online. Can't find them prices no more lol anyways the auto center mount the tires for me free. Das Kool.

I was very offended by the workers today as they kept referring to me as the Japanese guy. I was bullied as a child and have PTSD due to those experiences. When I told them that was very offensive to me they just tried to ignore it! I m going to be getting my oil change elsewhere from now on.

Got my oil changed and did a bit of shopping. Always nice to be able to kill 2 birds with one stone. I always recommend Walmart.

I had a similar experience as other reviews. I sat out front for 10 minutes, no one came out to check my car in. I went inside to ask and he told me to go back and wait by my car. I waited out in the heat for 35 more minutes before someone came out to check my car in. There were 2 lanes open and 3 cars total but he told me the wait was 3.5 hours. With all the bad reviews you d think corporate would step in since management obviously doesn t care. I m sure they don t even service enough cars in a day to cover those lazy employees salary.Service: Oil change

Probably the 5th time I've tried to come here (since it's closer to my house) and EVERY SINGLE TIME they leave you there hanging out with no one to acknowledge that you are there. They figure if they ignore you long enough you will go away, well to an extent that tactic works. But it'll soon make it to where NO ONE will ever come there. Then, ultimately....a department will close down. Customer service needs to have a hard comeback.

I believe that 3 hours for an oil job is unacceptable IF you are the 4th car to get there first thing in the morning. I have waited far longer for an oil change before, but that's when I've come later and there were a lot of cars in front of me, so it's not just about the time. What really upsets me is the policy, which I'll explain below. After 2 hours I asked someone why it was taking so long, and they told me that the manager makes them prioritize tire repairs over oil changes - It's supposed to be first come first serve, but even if I'm there first for an oil change, and 20 people come after me for tire repairs, they will all get service before me. That is an asinine policy, and just plain bad customer service. I will not be going back there again.

It's rare that I'll go out of my way to write a bad review, but here we are. I went up to this Walmart to get the battery on my car replaced. Not a warranty job - just a simple replacement. Talked to the guys to set it up and they told me it would be an hour. An hour later I get a call from the shop. I'm told they "can't" do the replacement because there's some corrosion on the terminal and the clamp holding the battery in place. "So I waited an hour to be told you won't help me?" I asked. "Yes. Sorry - I was on my lunch break." So my impression: this shop just doesn't do stuff they don't want to, and they don't really care if it inconveniences their customers. Avoid this place. They don't care about you.Service: Battery

This place was great. I was having a rough morning with a dead battery, I took it to this Walmart and the employees got to me immediately. They were nice and funny, they really made me feel better. They told me what they were going to do and an estimate on how long it would take. I can't stress enough how nice and helpful they were they really made my morning better and they finished replacing my battery in like 30 minutes even with a line of cars. I will be coming back again and will recommend it to everyone.

After over 2 hours of waiting for an oil change we got a call that they lost the keys. But by the time we called they found them. Then we were called again and told they didn t have the oil filter. Our only option was to walk to the auto part store, buy our own filter and bring it to them. After TWO trips we got the right filter. They were not willing to discount what we paid for the filter and Were extremely unaccommodating and rude. Got there at 8:30 with 3 cars ahead and finished 4 hours later.

The worst experience; my daughter purchased tires online for her car through Walmart. The tires arrive and we went to put them on the car. 1 hour later they have to have someone from pick up to come to retrieve the tires. They offered to put them on and we were still okay with that until 3 hours later they tell us they only put original recommended size. We ordered these tire from Walmart! Then they are understaffed we have to wait till the tech to finish his break to put the the tires in the car so she can take it to another shop. NO Bueno.

Terrible experience. Ordered 2 tires online. Went to the auto center desk to pick up the order. Guy tells me, "he doesn't know what to do with the order number. He's just the money guy. Go try one of the guys outside". After spending about 30 min waiting outside I finally get someone to acknowledge me. The guy barely spoke a word to me the entire time. Eventually the 2 new tires are put on and all seems well. Next day bring the car on the freeway and the tires feel off. Something wasn't right. After driving the hour round trip in fear of my car sliding off the road. I go home. As I'm looking at the tires I realize one of them is missing the balancing weights. Look around and sure enough. Sitting on the floor in the garage. Didn't put them on well enough. Take the car back. Tell the guy what's going on. The guy was very understanding. 5 hours later I go in to pick up the car. Instead of using the inside weights for the balance. He used clips on all 4 of my custom rims. I tried just saying who cares even though the damn rims look terrible now. Go home. Next day I realize the car doesn't feel the same. Then I notice this time that the bigger tires and rims that were supposed to be on the back of the car are on the front. So guess what I am doing today. Jacking it up and moving my rims and tires around. Why did I spend $30 for installation. My car has been at this place for over 10 hours in total between 2 trips and in the end I am doing everything myself. I should get my $30 back.

They took two hours and couldn't get me in for my new tires which I ordered to the store on Oct 29 then gave me an appointment to come on Oct 30, the was an appointment early in the morning and they didn't have the courtesy to call and inform that their compressor doesn't work and they can't do the job. Called twice them today but no one picked up the phone in auto center. Went there and the associate said they can't do anything today because the compressor is still broke. I wish Amazon did Tire and Lube services. Walmart Auto Care is a joke. Cancelled my tire order. I'll pay more to get the job done instead.

They put the wrong oil in my car!!!! It's a good thing that I know which oil my car takes and checked what they put in before I left. That could've destroyed my car! After showing them that they messed up and waiting for a while for the mechanics to dispute with the manager that the wrong oil wouldn't hurt the car (which is COMPLETELY wrong) they finally took the car back to change the oil to the correct oil. I even told the lady who took my car the oil type and she wrote it down and they still got it wrong!They also never called me to tell me that my car was ready so after 4 hours of waiting I had to call them.

My girlfriend got her oil changed about a week ago. A few days later we noticed oil stains on our driveway. After popping the hood, we saw oil everywhere. Oil was covering the engine and the oil cap was not screwed back on. I'm guessing the oil spilled out of the top after a few speed bumps. She ended up low on oil and we had to buy oil just to get her to a proper level. Additionally, she was stuck wondering around Walmart, because she never got a call to notify her the service was complete.

Service at this auto center has gone down hill immensely. Used to be great to go to but now the people are incredibly rude and don't care about giving quality service. They don't even collect your keys when they take your information about your car. Do not recommend getting an oil change here or even wasting your time here. If you plan to come, be prepared to have your entire day wasted getting a service done.

Joshua was awesome at customer service, he acknowledged me immediately and was very courteous. I have had bad experiences with other companies but atleast I was recognized and treated fairly, which I appreciate! Hope the rest of the experience goes as nice!

Been here a couple times. Quality, friendly service. All the guys and girl that work there are awesome and keep me coming back. Way better than those used tire shops around town that try to charge you the same this place does new.

Went here this morning car wouldn't start needed a new battery Thank you Bo for the fast friendly kind caring help i greatly apperciate it he had the battery put in and cables cleaned and me ready to get back on the road in about 15 minutes and checked my tires and put air in them for me told me if i had any problems to come back he turned my bad morning into a good morning ... Thank you so much Bo

Just the worst, laziest, and slowest workers you could probably find that will still actually show up for work. Went there and hour before they closed and was turned away because the 3 workers couldn't handle mine and the other car in the shop. I wish I got to be such a lazy sob at my job.

Can't get anyone to answer phone so if you had service done there you Can't call have to drive there.now you have a car that wasn't done correctly and you haveto make another trip

Very poor service; it took me about half an hour to find a staff member and their not knowledgeable at all.
