I took my 2016 Kenworth T680 that needed an oil turbo tube and seal andOverall w.w.williams did a great job they had work done next day which compared to Kenworth of Las Vegas it would take min a week before they even looked at it, my only complaint and too be fair is my complaint of all shops is how much they charge for labor and shop fees but they did do a great job and would recommend them to everyone but also this was my first time taking my truck too them so hopefully I'm the rule and not the exception..

We live full time in our motorhome. This is our only shop for scheduled service. Their service is awesome. Yes it's expensive but you drive away knowing it was done right. They take care of my engine, (CAT) and my transmission, (Alison), and my Kohler/Perkins generator. I have no desire to go anywhere else. They also have limited RV parking W/30 Amp electric if you need it. Go here, you won't be sorry.

I hear about them at Google. Coming back to Las Vegas from east side my radiator broken in Virginia and rolling all way to here to replace it.Actually they fix my truck and take care about missing bolts.Good job WW Williams.Actually after leaving las vegas. I worked all April month with overheat engineand today 6/3/2022 I decided replace water pump and I found this.After that I change my reviews from this place because this has big mistakes for professional tech.

The shop was very efficient. I had my truck at another location who clearly didn t know what they were doing. My husband moved the truck to this location. They diagnosed the issue, fixed the truck, and had us on my way. Everyone was polite and displayed concern of the length of time we had been down due to the other company. The pricing was reasonable. Thanks to the good honest people here, at W W Williams truck repair our vacation is saved. I was an auto mechanic for 50 years and I was convinced that the transmission was failing in my RV. I knew I was venerable to whatever these guys told me. They delt with the problem quickly, fixed it for $1000's less than I feared, and got us on our way the same morning. Very happy with my service at W.W. Williams. I called to make an appointment for a leaky air tank but Danny Santo told me to bring it in and they would get to it and that they did. I arrived and they got right on it while I waited. Danny even did what he could to keep the price reasonable WOW that's excellent service!!I will for sure spread the word.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We work with Mary in the service department and she's great! They keep their word on when a truck will be in and out. Service cost are good and most importantly they work around my sons off road time, which makes my life much easier as his dispatcher :) We've had the truck in for a few different issues and all have been resolved quickly and with professionalism. Highly recommend!Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Friendly staff kinda know them for years being regular account customer. Like every other authorized repair dealership they're not cheap. OEM Detroit and Allison parts dealer

They don t understand the urgency or cost of a truck being broke down. It seems parts and service department never talk to each other. They cost me thousands of dollars of unnecessary down because service can t ask parts did you order the parts we need for repair. When you are stuck here in a motel with the rodeo going on the bill adds up fast. They took over a week longer for repair than was necessary.

They completely misdiagnosed the issue with my generator and told me I needed new batteries. Come to find out it was a completely different issue at camping world. I asked to speak to the tech and he was very rude and seemed like he didn t want to be bothered with any of my questions. Funny thing is he was completely wrong with his diagnosis. I will never use this company completely wasted my time and money.

had def service & a/c service on sleeper truck,my only gripe is why don t they give discounts or specials to Veterans, if you really appreciate all your customers then you should have a even greater appreciation for your Veterans coming in for service.it should not be the discount rate only if coming in under the warranty agreement.otherwise i like service & location, my favs here in Vegas are Cynthia V & Mary S.Service: Air conditioning

I am customer of W W Williams on Phoenix AZ,I thought that by extension they would be awesome as well ... but I got a bit disappointed; I completely understand that from time to time the shop will be overflowing with trucks that need fixing, on those occasions a straightforward answer is the best policy, " I don't know if I can see your truck today" or something along those lines is deceiving at best, not a good start.A plain I will check your unit tomorrow today we are completely booked is a better answer, that way you know for sure they don't have space for you until next day and you can move on with your life.I did not get to experience the "service" experience, just because I know the shop in Phoenix I give 2 stars, the fact they were overbooked tells me they might be pretty good service wise but the way they communicate really scares me.

Amazing service and quality work!!Not to mention very very honest, I went in to pay and pickup my parts, low and behold my wallet was missing, I went back to my company to borrow the money and on my return, low and behold they had my wallet, on return all 780 $ were inside, now that's honest, love these guys, highly recommend!!!

The crew at W.W. Williams was fast, friendly, and got our school bus conversion back on the road with zero headache. This level of customer service and friendlyness is a rarity. The service department and the part's and repair department of this company functions together smoothly as my transmission now runs. Both teamwork and communication between departments were on display during my time here at W.W. Williams, along with the clean waiting area and knowledgeable technicians....my experience here A++. These guys are great!!! Took my truck in on short notice, got everything requested done and fast too! Plus they even fixed an issue i didn't tell them about. Never got billed for it either. Way faster than truck dealerships. And top notch service too!

Called W. W. Williams to see if they work on big RV's. I Was told to drop it off at my convenience. I was told that they are very busy and they would get to it when they can. I took a week for mee to clean it out then Dropped it off on a Monday evening. I was told a two hours to diagnose the problem. Wednesday afternoon I got the call it was repaired. I am Happy with my service. They located the problem, fixed it. Road tested it and let me know it was done. I found a new shop for my motorhome. Thank you.

It s 8:30 am on 12/30/21 Called for road service with a radiator leak. Ryan and Steven came out they found out problem my new radiator had cracked I needed a new radiator. They helped get my truck to their shop changed the radiator and got me back on the road the same day. I m so thankful for Ryan and Steven service I was able to continue on my drive and not have to spend New Years in Las Vegas.

Service advisors are very nice. 2 different mechanics rode with me to diagnose my problem with the Allison transmission in my Winnebago diesel pusher RV. They're doing small steps at a time to try to correct the problem as to keep the cost down which is greatly appreciated and totally honest of them. Transmission is in a learning more now and it has gotten a little better. Need more driving time. Will go back for them to go to the next step if needed. I highly recommend W.W. Williams for all of your needs.

My husband & I brought our truck to this establishment with high hopes of receiving honest & fair service. We were WRONG!!! This place is a complete joke.We came in because our truck had a regent issue. After being diagnosed we were told it was our D.O.C with the D.P.F. After quoting us our price my husband & I agreed with having our truck fixed. After we made the agreement Danny, the secretary at the front counter, told us we had to pay half of our bill before they could even start working on our truck. What the hell is that!!! Even the local mechanics will work on your truck without a down payment!! .Strike One!After being called that our truck was fixed we came to the shop to pick it up. We were assured that everything was fixed. We left there feeling satisfied. Well... so we thought. Three days later we started having the same issue with the regent! Strike TWO!We called W Williams & spoke with Danny. We tried to explain to him that we were experiencing the same issue with our truck. Danny s response was, nothing is free . What in the hell does that mean Danny? We know that nothing is free . We paid you $3500 Danny! As a professional you should have asked us to bring our truck back in. Not attempt to remind us that nothing is free ! Danny is very unprofessional & he does NOT conduct himself as a upstanding W Williams employee. He clearly does not value their customers or his job.Strike THREE & you re out!!!It was our first time coming here & will be our last!!!As a business owner/ owner operator the truck is our entire livelihood. Without it we don t have our business. We put our trust & faith in mechanics to just do their job. We uphold our end of the bargain by paying ridiculous prices, without hesitation, why can t the mechanics at W Williams do the same. The mechanics that we can trust we call them friends.Danny & W Williams are NOT our friend!Be careful my fellow truckers. When you walk into W Williams you will be greeted by that secretary at the front counter. I assure you, Danny will be there and he will play that game . You all know the one when they act so friendly & helpful. Like they will take care of all your needs without a doubt. Like they care about your truck more than you do. Yes, that s the one. Danny will sit there acting as though all your problems will be handled on the spot. He will play that game so well you will walk out of there feeling so optimistic & elated that finally you have found a real mechanic shop that is honest & fair. Just know it is completely false. He will lie in your face, tell you they fixed all your problems & take your money with a smile.Just be WARNED!F.Y.I... Jimmy was very professional & friendly

I can't say I would recommend this company and I'm a commercial truck dealer. I sent a truck to Williams for engine problems. They sent me an invoice for $1200 for two batteries and an alternator. Here's the funny part, I sent them the truck to rebuild the engine. They told me it ran fine even though I know the #5 Cyl was dead. When my driver went to pick up the truck, without any repairs after almost two weeks, the truck was in the same spot he left it. Can't recommend them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys were awesome. Prices were half that of the dealership and they allowed me to return an unused gasket. Great attitudes and service was quick. They treated me like I was spending thousands. I bought a trans filter and fluid.

This place used to be good years ago. It seems the good mechanics left and they hired a bunch of new guys who don't know what they're doing. The last few times I went, the repairs weren't done properly but the 'service advisors' were quick to point out other issues that were causing the problems. I got ripped off multiple times. I won't be going in there again.
