Dakota and John were extremely professional and very organized. The doors that were installed came out way better than expected. Overall I d recommend Vortex to anybody looking for commercial door replacement and repairs.

I'm very happy to have had vertex service in our warehouse. To fix a door problem that dakota and his partner fixed in great time. Very surprised how they did their job in a time I thought it would take long. They where very professional on their safety for them, putting cones, also having my coworkers safe from anything they where moving or doing. And with no problem very helpful they both gave me great advice and tips for better way to open the door

It was quick and easy to make an appointment with Vortex Doors. They came out right away and it didn t take Wes and Dakota any time at all to determine what the problem was with the door.They showed me exactly what they did and how to prevent the issue of my door not working again in the future.Highly recommend Vortex Doors!

Our facility has used Vortex for many years. Chris our usual Tech, is always ontime and gets the job done in a safe and timely manner. I would highly recommend Vortex for your door, gate and fence repairs.

Chris and Dakota were very helpful with fixing our door problems and explained everything in great detail. Roll up door works great and even adjusted the walk in door. Would definitely recommend them.

Finding tradesman with any level of customer service is rare. Kenny is the exception. Kept it simple got in, got out and the job is done in time for lunch. Went above and beyond with to fix the little things with a bit of extra care. That last 10 percent. A dude you don t mind having in your space. Left alone to do his task. Not common in Vegas. Thanks again Big help.

Great experience with tech named Chris. Very professional and extremely informative during his visit. Instead of just fixing the door he explained the functionality and the reason it was failing. Hoping we get Chris again the next time we need Vortex s services.2nd experience with Vortex we were able to receive assistance from Dakota & Wes for our VIP roll up gate that wasn t closing. This was a compromise to our buildings entry and they were able to come out same day! They were very informative and even taught me a little about my building. Thankful we call Vortex for all of our needs
