Everyone at Velocity was so wonderful and helpful in getting me through the process of fixing my car after my first accident. They went out of their way to assist me with a rather difficult insurance claim and even made sure I had my rental car all set up with Enterprise. They called me with regular updates and were understanding when there was a delay in getting the payment from the insurance company. I can t say enough about how great they were and how grateful I am for the service and support!

This location was fast and extremely great at customer service! They immediately got me scheduled for an insurance claim. Other locations had a 2-3 week wait! The quality of work was awesome and they kept me up to date in progress! Highly recommend this location!

Highly recommended auto body shop! Close to the house ... good enough to work with USAA ... and they did very high quality work. I could not be happier with how my car looks after these guys did "their thing." I'd never heard of them before my recent need, but now I'm their best walking advertising!

I needed to get the front bumper of our truck repaired, so I started calling around to collision centers. The first one had a 2 month wait to even get an estimate! When I called Velocity, I spoke to Roland - in addition to being very helpful and super friendly, he told me I could come down that day, or whenever convenient for me, and get an estimate. I stopped by and 20 minutes later I had a full estimate waiting for me in my inbox! The quote was reasonable and fairly priced, so I booked the repair immediately. Roland had my parts within a day, and he had me stop by for a color match so that he could have the parts painted in advance, minimizing the time my car would need to be in the shop. About 2 days later, my parts were ready for install and the truck was only in the shop for about 6 hours, including the wash the did on the exterior. All-in-all, I had called on a Monday and my truck was repaired and done by Friday of the same week!! So much better than waiting for 2 months to even get a quote somewhere else! Velocity (and Roland) is friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, fast, and very high quality. I highly recommend them!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place has great reviews for a reason! I decided to go with them after checking the reviews and wait times for all the shops my insurance State Farm recommended, they were all terrible velocity works with them even tho they aren t suggested on the app. No wait time for an appraisal and we re able to get to work on my vehicle once the first set of parts were ordered. While being in their shop I received 2 calls a week with updates on the progress of the repairs from the owner BJ who is a very friendly individual. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs after being in an accident and will be telling anyone I know to come to this shop!

Okay, so I have a 2023 Tesla. I worked with BJ originally and he was absolutely zero help.I had my Tesla in there. Multiple times due to the clear coat was way off when I picked up the vehicle. It looked like I was looking at 3D paint. I took it back to them 3 times to try and correct. I mentioned I was documenting this and would like it to be fixed. He stated he would TRY ONE MORE TIME. I ALREADY NEW BASED OK HIS ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME AND LACK of customer SERVICE. I just went ahead and reached out to the owner directly. Very nice guy. He mentioned to me if it needed to be repainted he would honor that which he did. It s nice when an owner is willing to actually put forth the effort to make it to where it was done correctly. When I got the vehicle back the paint was like it was support be originally. They kept my car for additional two weeks to correct this. I had to call BJ with updates. He never called me to proved any updates etc. when I got the car back I had called him. I had razor blade scratches on my glass roof, my left tail light and rear left side of my wing. I called Bj and asked him to please share this with the owner. I did not reach out to the owner directly as this seems as when they touch my car I get it back in worse shape than I took it them originally.They are just a headache and would highly recommend you take your vehicle to another shop that actually does the work correctly the first time. It was a 3 month venture. Good luck everyone

My car was hit on the passenger door. They had to replace the door or the panel for that door.The staff was very professional and nice. They get the job done in time. All good so far, except, the did not perform the job well. The door clearly is not aligned and the audio for that door does not sound like the other door speaker.They should have noticed that when they were working on it.[update] I received a call from the manager there and he offered to fix up what was wrong.The door misaligned, was a easy fix. They did it in less than 30 minutes. Now is perfect .The speaker needed to be replaced. They ordered it and, after a couple of weeks, I got it working.Summary, they should caught these two things at first. It looked like they had some problem with the personal during my first visit (the qa guy was sick). I would happily give them 5starts if it wasn't for that.I would recommend it.

This is the best shop I have ever used. With kids, wife and myself we have been involved in 6 auto repairs in the last 2 years (none our fault). Velocity was one of the few shops able to work on EVs. Had an estimate from another shop but wasn't impressed so made an appointment with Velocity. From the start everything was laid out crystal clear with potential variances due to insurance. The car was repaired, supplements required, approved, additional parts ordered and the car back to new. Even though the time expected to get the car back stayed on schedule, they still called every week just to update status, amazing customer service. Velocity collision did an amazing job repairing my tesla, It looked better than when I took delivery of it brand new. The Panel gaps that Tesla said were "in spec" were gone. Plus it drives just as good as it was brand new despite the damage it suffered. BJ and Maria kept me in the loop the entire time with updates twice a week never leaving me in the dark. They even worked with me when my insurance company (long story) would not pay them the labor rates that they usually charge. This place went above and beyond to make sure that I got my vehicle before my wedding to take extra stress away from me. Everything, was good from customer service to job done a s communication. However the part that was replaced on my vehicle seemed to be used part, had some scratches. That doesn't bother me one bit as long as the job is done correct. However, there is a lot of ppl that do care about stuff like that especially if it's a luxury sedan or so.

Velocity repaired my vehicle after I unfortunately got rear-ended. The customer service was amazing, each person I dealt with was helpful and happy to help. This collision center has been the best I ve used! They were so efficient and professional. They kept me updated every two days on the progress. I am so happy with the work they did. I was a little disappointed they didn t do an alignment on my vehicle after being rear ended. They said I didn t need one, but the shop at GMC said only 30% of my back tires were on the road.. that was disappointing, but everything else was flawless.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My wife dropped off our Dodge here after being side swiped by another car. They took care of everything in a timely matter. Had everything fixed and repainted they even cleaned our car!Customer service was always amazing! Such a nice group of people! They even had my rental car transferred to enterprise after Hertz failed to get my rental car on time. Enterprise was over within 10 mins and I was on my way home.Couldn t of asked for a better hassle free experience! I will always recommend these guys!

I do wish they would have cleaned the car a little better post repair since I am not supposed to wash it for one month after this. 100% recommend!! I came here because I thought a rock cracked my bumper. Come to find out, thanks to the wonderful people who work here, it was just mud that flung up and adhered to my vehicle. They cleaned it up for me at no charge!! They care about people here!! Hard to find great customer service and this place has the BEST!! I will definitely be coming back if I do ever have any actual damage!! Thanks guys!!

Although Velocity did amazing on the body of my car, made it look like nothing even happened. There was some inside work that was not done we'll nor did they finish the inside work that needed to be done. Who ever they are partners with to do the inside work on my car did not do good at all. After a week my car transmission dropped due to a missing screw they forgot to put back as well as a unfinished repair. Because I signed a contract that I can not bring my car back after I leave, I am suffering the consequences. I had also told them that my car sounded like something was rubbing against something when I started my car when I first picked up my car , they proceed to tell me that its normal when I know for a fact my car never done that even after my accident. They did not seem like they cared enough to take a look at it when I proceeded to tell that this wasn't normal at all. anyways needless to say "would I bring my vehicle back in for repairs ? " My answer is absolutely not, I feel cheated as a customer for the company and they do NOT guaranteed they work at all. Be careful with velocity they are not good working within the vehicle.

From start to finish excellent service! Customer service was superb. Time frame for finished work was earlier then expected which was great for us. They do work hand in hand with Geico which we submitted in for our insurance claim. They have Enterprise in house for rentals don't have to drive anywhere and the gentlemen with Enterprise was also efficient and friendly while dealing with the rental.Overall Brian and his crew were top notch and we were 100% pleased from start to finish! Hoping we won't have have to be back for any other incidents but if so Velocity will be our choice.

The quality of work was great. No doubt. It looked like it did before I got rear-ended. However, there were some organizational issues.The first few days of the repair, they called to say that it should be done on the 22nd, but that date may change. Okay.Then the front desk called to say that the repair was done and wanted to know if I could come to pick it up that same day (June 21st). I told them next day in the morning would be much more convenient for me (June 22nd).I come in on that day and apparently the repairs weren't done. Then why was the call made for the pick up in the first place?The rental car coverage I had with insurance was due to expire after the 24th. I thought "No problem, there's 2 days left."The repairs were done right before the center closed for the weekend, right on the 24th. Luckily, Enterprise had a dropbox for rentals so I could return it the same day the insurance coverage expired.I find out that Velocity offers a concierge where they return the rental on your behalf. I hesitated because Enterprise was closing. They assured me that they could return it and that they had access to their system. I thought that was a great convenience and I took it.I call Enterprise for receipts of the rental and I find out it was returned on the 27th. I thought they had access to Enterprise's system? Had I known that they would wait until Monday to return it, I would have returned it myself. Now I have to pay for 2 days I didn't use a rental.TL;DRGreat repairs, but lax organization.Service: Body & Trim
