I had some minor dents and damage to my headlight and rear view mirror and the repairs were done in just three days! I didn't get to pick it up right away due to some issues with insurance payment, but the staff (I cannot remember the woman's name but she was so sweet!) was so kind and made the whole process very easy and was very informative of the process, since I have never had to deal with insurance before. The staff replaced one of my headlights and was nice enough to restore my other headlight (which had no damages) as a courtesy to match the new one that was installed! I didn't take many pictures of the initial damages but the results are great! I will be recommending friends and family here in the future. Thanks for everything!

Amazing work, great talent, super friendly staff. My process couldn t have gone any more smooth. Clarissa was super helpful and communicative, always kept me updated on my car. Misael was very knowledgeable and made sure i knew and understood very step of the process, he was also so kind to fix some imperfections on my car that weren t caused by the accident. Truthfully one of the best auto shops i ve been to in vegas. 10/10 highly recommendedService: Body & Trim

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO SOMEONE THAT VALUE THIER CAR. I took my Lincoln MKC here and my car is still not repaired from damages that I informed the shop about prior to me dropping it off. My car was there for an extensive amount of time (Jun-Aug) which was longer than they told me as parts were��already received . The shop owner called me a liar to the insurance company after telling me he understood my concerns for something he failed to fix, and my car was still not repaired completely. Multiple phone calls were ignored along with calls being sent to voicemail. I was supposed to receive a brand new bumper but yet there are bubbles in the bumper. First he (owner) stated that it was because of the clips then he stated it was the way the bumper was manufactured.��This was nothing but Excuses for the things that they failed to put back into place.Service: Painting

My first time going to the Vegas Auto Spot, Misael explained everything very thorough what was going to happen, all the procedures, and expectations & time. Misael was also very friendly and patient with me when I didn't understand he took his time re-explaining things to me. As for a woman that don't know anything about cars he was very patient:)Great place to get your car fix!

Eloy has fixed damage on two of my cars. Looked good as new. Excellent service! Great prices, super friendly and just makes you feel at home. Highly recommend!
