Had an awesome experience. Texted George and he answered all my questions. Took my car the next day to upgrade my stereo and add a back up camera, he finished in 2 hours. Saw they did tint and rims as well. Will definitely be back.

David and George were awesome they replaced my rims last year and I still love them cause I don't see them anywhere. Today they upgraded my audio into a monster system. Very knowledgeable and will be back for any other upgrades I don't do myself

Shout out to David, George, and the whole gang. Got my 1500 Ram full audio system install today and Damn it sounds . Appreciate all the love brother, if anybody looking for a place to install a full audio system. Vegas Audio and Custom is the place to be. Additional to that,they even gave me a fair price as well. But the most part, the customer service was a . Overall that place has everything you need when you looking for a new style to your vehicle. Thanks Again Guys.

I acquired a new set of wheels online and wanted to swap out my current tires and have them mounted & balanced on the new wheels. I'm new to the area and a friend suggested calling this place.Walked in and Jorge was sitting at the front desk. He was really friendly and completely transparent with the process. He took a look at the new wheels and mentioned that there might be a chance that the new wheels use conical lugs, but that they would get the old wheels off and then determine that for sure. Sure enough the new wheels needed them. He told me that they sell them at $2 bucks a lug and I said let's do it!Overall experience was great, guys that do the work in the garage were equally nice and did a great job. I would definitely suggest giving these guys a call if you need new wheels, tires, or even audio equipment for your ride

This place is a rip off. Please check all your equipment purchased. Wires fasteners etc. they will charge u for new equipment and install old cheap products. Especially check ur hi and low accessory. They use the cheapest and charge u for hi quality. Check everything. Your door speakers ur woofers. EVERYTHING!!! Especially ur amps. Hasn t been a year and my amp already failed. Took it to AUDIO SOLUTIONS on W.Sunset and the owner showed me everything they did wrong. All the wiring all the loose wires. Im so glad I didn t get a short or cause a fire. Idk anything about systems. They got me for a little over 2 grand. Becareful with that garbagepal kid at the front desk. The bald one!!! Please check ur equipment yall if you have doubts take it to AUDIO SOLUTIONS. He s all about service there and will show u physically what s going on. Instead of taking it back and hiding it from you!!! Check your equipment!!!!!!!

The absolute worst install job for a stereo that I have ever seen A thousand dollars it cost me to hire these people to have my new $4200.00 Audio system professionally installed well what I received was far from that. It was more like a Tijuana slap job that you would get. It would ve bought it in Mexico. But with all my custom parts that I ve been purchasing over the last month and a half. The head unit alone was over $900. The front door speakers were $280. and I gave them everything that they would possibly need to do this job right down to the harness tape. The wire the speakers, the connectors the fasteners in my vehicle is pristine condition. Nothing was broken or damaged. The wires through the firewall had no grommet on it whatsoever. It was just rubbing up against Raw sheet-metalIf I didn t catch it in time, it would probably set my truck on fire. Things were fasten down with drywall screws and everything was loose a fuse blocks. None of the wires ran down the troughs in the vehicle on either side they ran all the wires under the carpet right where you step on them getting in the vehicle nothing was taped up they re just willy-nilly running under the carpet. The only thought that was put into the install was none but the corners they could cut and how quickly they could get it done, and they threw it in there literally threw it in there. I have two speakers in one hole and half the speakers are covered up by the door material instead of cutting new holes, they use the old single speaker holes that were too small for the new component speakers, but they got them in there. You can see half of each speaker, so you can just imagine the quality sound I hear from those front door speakers i m having to redo everything that they did they destroyed my rear door speakers when they installed them. They had them so bent in there. It was unbelievable. It took my cordless impact driver to get the screws out of the plastic. They were in there that tight. i ll post some photos of the quality and work they did stay tune. and you can judge for yourself if you want to use these people for your install.

Absolutely the best wheels and tires vendor in Vegas. They recently gave a whole new stylish look to my ford truck. They helped me install off-road wheels and tires along with a custom lift kit. Now my ford truck looks like a road monster. Thanks guys!!!!

Got my tundra leveled and new wheels and tires with a amp/sub setup. Could not believe the dedication and quickness these guys put into the job! Audio sounds much better now that my sub is not factory and the ride is incredible! I will be coming back in the future for more work. It is hard to find a good well rounded shop in vegas that can get the job done correct and fast.

George, Rene and Danny at this location were amazing!! I had a lot of parts and a lift kit and they quoted me the best price in town and did an awesome install. I even had a couple of minor issues and brought it back the next day and they fixed with no problem. Awesome service I would definitely recommend calling these guys first..

They Installed the wiper alarm system to my Car. The Cost was very reasonable compared to the rest of Las Vegas!I am happy with the results. **They are very efficient and professional**. Special thanks to Renee George and David!**I highly recommend this company! Best of the West!

I didn't buy my wheels here since a deal came up with a friend of mine. BUT, these guys had the best prices I could find in town and were extremely nice and answered all of my questions. I will definitely recommend them to friends/co-workers.Talk to George when you go in. He's an awesome dude.

THIS IS THE GO TO SPOT ! got some new rims and tires . Good prices, Fast, great selection/options, Knowledgeable staff(was asking about various products as well as other customers). Very happy overall. George was very helpful! Not just trying to sell you anything to take your money he will recommend what he thinks is best for you even its not necessarily buying from their store. Will definitely be going here and recommend to purchase rims/tires/audio etc from VEGAS AUDIO & CUSTOMS.

I had an appointment here here today that I had set almost three weeks ago. I wanted to install a Mirror dash cam for help with accidents , road rage etc. I purchased all the required parts for the install on Amazon. I went to Vegas Audio Customs , not once but twice with the item and my car and was told $175. by a person named Luis. I was assured it could be installed on my 2017 Lexus LX 570 suv and there would be no warranty problems if I elected to have it hard wired, which is one of the items I purchased with the camera. I left feeling there would be no problems. I came back at a later date to make sure the price would be the same and it could be done. Once again, I got the same answers. I set an appointment to have the install on 9/16/ 2020 @ 9am. I called to set the appointment with Luis. Today, I show up at 8:45am to leave the car for the install, and after the installer comes to work, I am called about 9:35 to be told they could do the job for $340. In labor. My question is this: if the camera is installed in the same way on just about every car, what makes the price go from the told price of $175. to well over $300? Is it the fact that I have an expensive late model luxury SUV, or could it be there really is no reason for the increase other than they thought since I was already there, I would agree to that price. This is not how you do people especially after I confirmed the price twice weeks beforehand. So , I waste 2-3 weeks keeping the items I purchased just to be told they cannot be installed at the agreed price. So I then went online to my account and found out I could return everything purchased for free before 9/21/2020. This is why Amazon is just setting the world on fire with customer service. I did not even need to print the shipping label, took it to Kohle s, and that was it.Stay away from this switch and bait place. I did all the right things and they still tried to screw me. Customer service sucks here. They did not even try to explain the reasoning behind the increased price after I came to get my keys ( not that I wanted to listen to their garage anyway ). Customer service in this country is extinct. They say you get what you pay for, not always true.

I had absolutely no idea how to install anything in my car. The staff was very friendly and found me an awesome deal at an affordable price! Even though im still using my factory stereo, he had it all hooked up in less then an hour and it sounds great! I'll definitely come back when I need my new in dash stereo installed!

If I could give no stars I would. They told me I was going to get the one thing And got something totally different as far as my alarm system. By the way doesn't work Right I locked the doors and 15 minutes later It comes unlocked They Didn't hook up my Trunk pop nor Ask me if I wanted it hooked up Even if it was Or was not extra don't know Because no one said anything Also when I wash my car it leaks From the alarm wires Is through the firewall Delete customs got me right though though these guys are trash

Great place also there's a Taco 24 stand on fridays and Saturdays between 7pm and 10pm best tacos in Vegas trust me I'll be back just for those tacos

I took a visit looking for pricing on 6x9s and Installation and labor today and I was basically told to go fly a kite. I guess they have too much money and they would rather not take any more. The information(lack there of) given was garbage and made absolutely no sense whatsoever!!!But I guess I'll give my money to your competitor that's fine with me. It's poor customer service when you basically brush people off. They had 2 guys instore, no customers, sitting down,and on their phones.Awesome!!Good luck potential customers.This is your Reply? "makes no sense but thanks for your review looks like your angry at us because you think we are making a killing and can refuse business but no sir i assure its not the case maybe we could'nt of take your car in at the very moment but try calling ahead for speedy service we also give quotes over the phone to try not to waste any ones time we understand your time is precious specially when u want info we do always for free. and yes people loved their phones sometimes they are used to check inventory or pricing have a great day SIR!"You're very welcome for my review! NOW whether I dealt with you or your "representatives" Either way the 2 people I Dealt with were Unprofessional and showed absolutely no interest in what I was inquiring about.And why would I care if your making a killing there? I Came in to speak to a professional, person to person for a personal customer service experience, I shouldn't have to call to get a Quote, even though have the RIGHT to do so and not an obligation, and the customer service given WAS TERRIBLE,HORIBBLE,AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! But I most definitely took my business elsewhere-DC SOUNDS -TOOK CARE OF MY AUDIO NEEDS, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE,Great prices and Extremely Professional and Thanks to them I'm a VERY VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. So next time instead of trying to brush off your potential customers , spend the time necessary to show that you do CARE, which in my case I DID NOT RECIEVE THAT INSTORE AND PER THIS REVIEW IN YOUR "RESPONSE", You Do Not Care that there's an problem,and so goes with your other responses to your negative reviews, I like how you Must insult the reviewer first before sharing your"professional"input,it's Charming. Don't attack your reviewers Experience Learn from it,talk to your representatives about it and take care of it, if you don't believe there's an issue, that's fine But this was my Review and my personal bad experience from YOUR SHOP. I was looking for a shop to install an alarm on my car. I spoke with George and he was very professional and gave me a options to get what worked best for me.They have a very knowledgeable team that work fast and clean. Best price and service I could find in Las Vegas area.

George is his name...great customer service sitting behind the counter not even acknowledging we were in the store, no hello, how can I help you today, you know the whole customer service spill but I got nothing. I asked if he had any deals on car stereos he replied back if your looking for a deal than you should look at Walmart or Best Buy "WOW"! This dude is going to make a sell today...not! I find it rather funny because George sees a guy that comes in with a family of five thinking I was looking for a hand out...and that I had no money, little that George knew I was ready to drop some cash! Just stay away from this shop if they treat customers like this they'll treat your property the same or even worst. Oh yeah my fellow military members stay away from this shop...go somewhere reputable your better on base!

The Guys were trying to charge me $1,000 JUST for labor on a 4 inch lift kit for my truck. Also, they charge 25% interest on whatever you finance, if you finance. One guy gave me one price which was $600 and the 2nd guy said $1000. The second guy only said $1,000 once he overheard the 1st guy charging me less.

Great shop. Bug variety of styles to look at for rims. George listens and recommends great items based on needs. Will not try to sell you what he wants, itz about you.
