Nanci at Van City RV was very knowledgeable and friendly. She patiently answered all my questions regarding such a major purchase. Her detailed tour was respectful of my budget and her responses showed she truly had my specific use case in mind. She wasn t pushy at all. Her sales method made me feel like she was more interested in having a long-term client who may later upgrade to a different RV should my needs change in the future - that was impressive. The whole team offered great customer service, and I look forward to going back to decide on which RV is right for me and my business. Can t wait to get a Leisure Travel Van!

All the personnel were wonderful to deal with. Extremely helpful. Went above & beyond my expectations! Highly recommend this RV dealer for service & sales! Bought a used LTV Unity 24TB & came from Oregon to pick up unit. Worth the trip!

So crazy helpful people I think his name is Dustin helped us figure out how to winterize our RV as we were driving through going to Minnesota. I highly recommend going here for all of your RV needs.

Hey, the Mighty Gamera here! So, wouldn't it be swell to have a nice RV? I can think of a lot of reasons to get one and one important reason why not... They are so darned expensive. I mean yikes.... you could stay in a thousand hotel rooms for the price of some of these rigs.Anyway, this is about Van City RV. Not bad for a little RV dealership and they have a decent variety. The location is a little inconvenient as it's hard to see from any vantage point. But I did like how the sales guy didn't seem too pushy. Unlike Camping World... ugh, aka the Draconian RV nightmare.Give this place a whirl, I think you'll have a satisfactory experience. They even had some overlanding trailers.

For Class B RV service and repairs, Van City RV Las Vegas is the place to go.We have been RVing in 2 different Class B RV s. Our first one was the Roadtrek, which we owned for 10 years. For the first few years, when we needed repairs, we were often frustrated and seldom satisfied with the repairs. That s until we found Van City RV Las Vegas. They know their Class B rigs and how to service them properly! The whole team at Van City is a class act. From the first phone call, to the walk through, to figuring out the issues, to the estimate, to the final walk through when they hand you back your rig, their professionalism is impressive. They are very thorough and it is obvious that they love their job.It s our second year now with our Leisure Van and after a mishap with the black water tank, we chose to travel 6 hours from home to have the damage fixed at Van City. And again we are more than 100% satisfied. From Rose who handled my first call and explained exactly what they would need to write the estimate, to Romeo who provided a detailed estimate and promptly replied all our emails, and to Allen, our new hero, who did the repair thoughtfully and thoroughly, saving us time and money. Van City RV Las Vegas: you rock!!!

Had a propane issue with the refrigerator in our Class B camper van. A place in my home town had it for a month, couldn't figure it out, and recommended a new refrigerator. So we took it to Van City where we had originally bought it. It took them a while, but they wouldn't give up. With Nina working the internet and the phone (sometimes on her own time on weekends!) and Clint in the shop, they refused to quit on it. Clint finally narrowed the issue down to a small part in the back of the fridge. Nina got the part and--Bingo! We're good to go. What's impressive is their attitude. Instead of throwing up their hands, they accepted the challenge, determined to find a solution. Can't ask for better service than that. We have absolute trust in them.

Purchased a 2023 LTV Unity MB from the St Louis location and have been pleased with both the people at Van City and the motorcoach as well. They were very helpful throughout the ordering and waiting period. Ordered from them although they were 8 hours away because they were able to get the unit 18 months quicker than the local dealer. VanCity even helped to defray the cost of travel to pick up the unit. Our sales guy (Joe P) was the best! I cannot stand "salesy" salesmen and Joe is just a regular guy who seems to love what he does and is super knowledgeable about the products. He did a fantastic job on our walkthrough, explaining how everyting worked and where we can find answers later if needed.

The day before we were to leave to California, I received a recall notice for the Onan generator on our LTV Unity. Since we were going through Nevada, I called Van City RV in Las Vegas. I talked to Romeo at Van City and he fit me in with an appointment. When we got to Van City, we were the first ones on the service list. Allen did the recall work and in no time, we were on our way to California. I am really pleased with Van City RV in Las Vegas and Van City RV in Colorado Springs, Colorado where we bought our Unity. Thanks, guys, for great service.

This review is solely of the service department. I would like to post negative stars. I will never take my RV there again. Nina does not follow through, respond to your email or calls, charges you for unnecessary services, she ordered the wrong parts numerous times each time our RV sat there for weeks before they realize they had the wrong parts. I am not one to post bad reviews but I have never been treated so poorly by a service department. They are super nice to begin with but watch out!

This is my go-to place for service on my Leisure Travel Van when I am in the USA. Attentive, well run, and informative. A boutique RV business that knows how to take care of its customers.

I bought my Leisure Travel Van from Van City RV from the Colorado Springs dealer and on April 24th with an Air Conditioner problem (90+ degree weather and the Air Con was making noises and spitting out little bits of black plastic). Anyway Nina told us she could schedule us about a month out just to diagnose the problem. Anyway I got ahold of a mobile RV tech and he took about 20 minutes to screw back in one of the motor mounts on the AC motor that had fallen out. It cost me $120. Once I got home I took off the cover and added Loctite Blue to the two motor mounts.

I am not sure what the problem is with this place but I put down a $10K deposit and ordered a new LTV nearly two years ago. They just kept pushing back the delivery date and raising the price until they wanted more than 30% above the original price. I get supply chain issues, but come on 34% increase in 18 months? Then after nearly two years of waiting and price increases I gave up and cancelled the order and requested my deposit back. They said they keep $1K of it for no apparent reason but said they would send me the remaining $9K. That was nearly a month ago. I have gone back to them several times and still no refund. I called and requested to speak to the manager who has refused to call me back. I have to say, I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a new RV that you look elsewhere.

we have had several issues with our Leisure Travel Unity MB from day 1 and the service department doesn't care . Nina does not follow up or through with things . When we talked she told me John the manager would not help me and she was right. Our batteries went faulty and we wanted to use the warranty . Nina had no clue how to process it and said I quote "I will fight for you even if it's $20 bucks" well Nina , you would first need to open my email and finish filling out the form. second I'm not sure how you completed the forms since the batteries are with us but ok maybe you did the hour long battery test when we took it in and recorded all the info. Since we complained to John and all we got was "what do you want free batteries "? No John, we would like Nina to follow through with this in a timely manner . All we get is how hard it is for him and his staffing issues , trust me we know . We dealt with the last 3-4 service people you have and every experience had issues. Maybe pay your staff more so they're happy . I understand your heartache but what about ours and purchasing an 150k RV and to have nothing but problems from day 1 . And then having to deal with your frustrated and miserable Service department . We will never go back there . You made me feel like I was out for free batteries , no John I want customer service . There's so much more , how they don't protect your stuff when dismantling a buckled shower to the way you are treated . Not to mention the unfriendly service staff

We had a great experience with the service department. Nina was our main point of contact and she was super helpful and communicative. Insurance was giving us a hard time and she really helped us get things straightened out.

There is a trustworthy mission focus at Van City in Las Vegas Nevada. I like them for troubleshooting and repair. If you have experience having your recreational vehicle repaired, you may know it can be difficult to know what kind of attitude and level of accountability you will receive from outfits who service your machine. This mystery element can cause difficulties that have surprisingly long term effects. The inner environment of the unit users can be affected by maintenance experiences. Careful attention to detail in a well set facility by technicians in a culture of responsibility can make a big difference. Van City has built up a great amount of industry knowledge and possesses a real service ethic. To help them help you, it is worth learning your unit, some details about part supply and also to bring an amount of handiness to maintenance actions you can perform yourself. Have some understanding of battery types, tire quality and systems maintenance cycles.

We live in Arizona and its 100% the customer service from Garrett that made us want to purchase from this location and not locally in our home state. We ordered a Storyteller van and we don't mind waiting because the entirty of the team made us feel welcomed and cared for. If you are thinking about purchasing an RV please contact Van City and even more so ask for Garrett because he truly is amazing and genuinely cares about your experience.

If your of color, do not purchase from this dealership! Terrible customer service and very unprofessional! Worst purchasing experience ever! They will have you going around in circles pretending to assist, but in reality they will have you do all work witj your own loan.

I've got a 2017 Thor Vegas that was having some issues. I made an appointment and took it into Van City RV and was pleasantly surprised with the service provided. My RV had been sitting in the Mojave desert for 4 years and needed to be checked over thoroughly. They offer an Annual Service that addresses and checks all the main components. Mike, the service guy was able to fix the little issues that were going on and verify all the remaining systems were working properly. The charges were exactly what was quoted and they were finished in a day. I highly recommend Van City RV for your RV service needs. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back!

I drove from Northern California to have the crew at Van City RV in Las Vegas take care of an important recall issue and a few other smaller problems....because I trust their work. I bought my RV from Van City in October 2019. They took such good care of me and completed the work efficiently and professionally. Everyone in the Service Department is wonderful. Rose, in the office is GREAT. Thank you for your great service.

Update: March of 2023 - We're back again, and Nina is still the BEST in the business! This year John did the annual checkup of our van and once again we are convinced that it is worth our trip down to Vegas! Van City knows everything there is to know about these vans, and their customer service is beyond compare!Update: And now, 2 years later, if I could give Van City TEN stars I would certainly do so. Today, we brought our Pleasure-Way in for an annual checkup. And once again, we were treated so very well! Nina, in the service department is a total professional, and Allen, the technician went through our van with a fine toothed comb. He checked out every system and made sure that everything was in tip-top shape. We drive to Las Vegas from Boise,ID, because NOBODY takes care of our van as well as Van City! Thanks again! What an experience! We purchased our Pleasure-Way Plateau FL from Van City Las Vegas in June and took delivery this week. Every step of the way we were treated like old friends! Mark, our salesman was so knowledgeable without being pushy. Steve, in finance, went above and beyond to make our purchase easy, even though we are from out of state. And there is NO ONE who knows more about the workings of Class B vans than Ryan! He spent two full days answering questions and teaching us the ins and outs. Van City arranged for us to stay at the beautiful Oasis RV park so we could build our confidence. The customer service at Van City Las Vegas is superior. We will plan on making our way back to Vegas for services - These are the people I WANT taking care of me and our beautiful van!

Serena, Allen and George in the Service Department at Van City RV in Las Vegas are GREAT. I had a few issues with my RV while on a trip and stopped in hoping they could help. They were so helpful and wonderful and got my issues resolved quickly. It is great to know such wonderful resources are available to help out when needed. I'll always use Van City as a resource for my future RV maintenance. Thanks again Serena, Allen and George!
