Changing my review to 1 star. They did rotate my tires on one of our cargo vans and they told me that the full-size spare was replaced with the full size tire and rim that we provided. That was a lie. The Spare tire is still on the vehicle and the full size we provided is still in the trunk . and I pay for that

Well these guys are awesome. This was my first time here to get a oil change. You just pull in bay and stay in your vehicle. Never done that before it was great! Never got out of the truck! In and out in less than 30 min and the guys were funny and actually seemed like they liked the job and that's hard to find these days. I definitely recommend if you just need a quick and easy oil change for sure. I will definitely be back.

Great customer service! All of the employees were kind and helpful. They suggested any fixes your car may need, but didn't force the sale. They were also super fast and not expensive whatsoever :)

I had a great experience at this location. This is the type of location where you don't have to get out of your car for service. They are on point. They run like a well-oiled machine. At least the employees working the day I went duo. You can see them communicating and each doing a specific part and working through everything very smoothly and thoroughly. Will 100% use them again.

One of the places I do oil changes. Really fast and thorough inspection to go with it... It's nice that they are patient with customers at this location. Even taking the time to answer multitude of questions about discounts with my mom who's senior and has some options... Thanks guys.

Just got one of the Coupes oil change and fluids refilled. These ppl are awesome Bria the manager was very professional and courteous she had us in and out today in no time and her staff was on point! We appreciate you... can't bring my other baby up there but you did very well with Sabra (Stingray on L)

They were busy so they kept having us move around. Then they raised the priced by 50% from the last time when I went to a different location. The price with a coupon used to be just over $100 but they charged $140 here. The lady was not in any way polite.

Been here waiting for an hour and a half for a simple oil change. There were 4 cars ahead of me when I arrived. There are STILL 2 cars ahead of me! I was told each car is 15 -20 min. Each car has been 45 min! The lane next to me, cars are breezing through. My lane? Slow as molasses. This is a ridiculous system that makes zero sense. Still debating if I should continue waiting or take my business elsewhere. A car that arrived the same time as I did is long gone.Service: Oil change

I just so happen to be the last customer of the day. The staff were being monitored by corporate during my visit. They have these two guys who seem like they were from upper division of the company. I appreciate the great customer service always from Valvoline with or without management hovering... I waited maybe 15 mins to get my car inspected. One of the guys made sure to let me know what was going on with the car before before me, and told me the reason why it was taking a little bit longer. Watching upper management compliment the staff and I thought that was nice. People need to hear it every now and then.

Staff were nice. However they are not knowledgeable. Told me they couldn't do my oil change because they would have to remove my engine to replace the filter. I have a skip plate under my car once removed able to do oil change. I just said ok when they told me they couldn't and went to my usual place. Which Im glad I did because my regular place noticed the nail in my tire

Do not use these guys. I went in for a standard service, and they managed to drop a funnel into my gas tank while adding an injector cleaner. Unbelievably avoidable. The manager was helpful at least, but wow what a mistake.

If I could leave less I would. There was no communication they pulled me in the bay performed the oil change without discussing my options. Charged me 85 dollars and the receipt shows they checked my air pressure, they did not. It shows they filled my windshield wiper reservoir, they did not. I will never use Valvoline again

Best service I honestly can say is worth the waite ...they do all from check brakes to changing your oil to topping the liquid to checking your wipers. PLEASE CALL IF YOU DO YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET A DISCOUNT MINE WAS $15 sure helped alot on the price get there early if you do less waite.

The manager was great, as was the technician. They applied a healthy discount, and I was on my way in around 15 minutes. Great service!I should add that I work on my own cars, and was pleased that they used a torque wrench on the oil drain plug. It's something that every shop and mechanic should do, but don't. So, I'm always worried about shops that take short cuts, and happy they automatically did this crucial step the proper way. No matter where you go, always request proof of final torque.Service: Oil change

Who has time to go to the dealership, mechanic shop or do it yourself oil change? Right? Leave it to the Valvoline crew who are better at it anyway...it's a win win The short wait at the line makes up for it since they work as a team and are super fast, knowledgeable and friendly they show and tell I always went to them in the past...my rating for them is always 5 stars

In my experience, all of the technicians at the Blue Diamond location are friendly, but today Sarah stood out! She helped me from start to finish and was bubbly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Fantastic service at this location. The line was a bit long, but it's okay. There's a Pokemon gym within reach and had a raid going on. No complaints here.

5 people in line, 1 Bay open and 3 other workers wandering around while one works. When they have a line same as a grocery store put someone else to work. If they aren't trained to do the work then get more people trained.Update: after waiting 75 minutes we finally get into the bay and they don't have the filter needed for the car. You would think one of the wanderers could have checked the cars waiting to make sure they could even help them. Thankfully the owner of the car had brought a filter in the event of this, however they refuse to take any money off the bill even though they are using our part. Would never recommend it come back and will tell everyone.

The team here is very pleasant and fast! Zion was super kind and they all worked together so well! We were in and out super fast and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick oil change in the area!

This was the best oil change service EVER. Period. Quick service, friendly staff, good prices. Seriously the staff was amazing. Super nice gave you options and information but don't push you into anything. I did end up getting some new wipers. The team just seems like a well oiled machine. Update:Got my oil change today and boy let me tell you, it's a popular location so go early or be prepared to wait. I spent maybe an hr and a half or so waiting in line, but I'll definitely go back because their team is always awesome!I used to get my oil change at this location when it was terribles and since valvoline took over, this was my second time. Not that long of a wait time and the service was awesome! The workers there were friendly and helpful!

A couple months ago I had rated this location 5 stars as they did a professional and quick job for me. Today I returned and after a couple minutes of waiting, I was told they will no longer touch the factory skid plate on my 4Runner. After using Valvoline Instant Oil changes for years, I can no longer be a customer.
