This was a bad experience. They advertise 15 min oil changes but here already 35 mins and still have not made it into the bay. (Almost and hour to get complete).These guys are very unprofessional and super slow. They keep going back and forth between each others bays so no one is getting completed. The manager Marc is not very good at his job and doesn t seem to be able to manage the crew that he is responsible for. Not sure if the other locations are better but I would definitely steer clear of shop 090106.

I have been coming to this location for a long time always great services! But today I got here and the guy in front that he call himself ( Boss) told me to leave with out getting the oil change just because he was in a very bad mood !The fist thing is that I park on the wrong space were they do smoke checks and with a really bad attitude he told me to move to the other side ! At first I didn t care , but latter I was pulling forward and he got again with that horrible costumer service and bad attitude , I told him to be nice and he just told me that he is the (Boss ) that I have to leave .So I hope if you go here you don t mind to be treated really bad !His name is Julian the Boss

Great service. They really take care of you and they really have fun doing their job. Best experience I ve had having an oil change. They checked the pressure on my tires and filled the tires, checked all the fluid levels and topped them off. Did a safety check on all lights. Shout out to Isaac for the extra special care.

Quick in and out for usual 39k maintenance. Andrew and his team was communicative, professional, and energetic. I like a service team where members talk to each other clear and loud usually indicate effectiveness. They were good that way. Also communicated about everything they were about to do and did. Beats waiting a few hours and $100-200 more at a dealer.

Valvoline is awesome. They check everything: fluid levels, lights, etc. They update you every step of the way. They give you a printed report. You can watch the whole process so you know everything that was done. And they have lots of verbal safety checks. Heck, they even torque the bolts on the wheels to manufacturer specifications when they rotate the tires. Love them.

Broke the cap on my oil dip stick, tried to tell me it happens all the time. Three guys at pulling shaking the whole car trying to take it out, and then they wanna tell me to calm down after I tried to tell them to stop. Javier the manager and noe the guy that broke it.

Honestly, $54.99 for a cabin air filter change & with that price, I'll never return. Don't tell me it's $54.99 & then immediately say "oh I can take $20 off that if you want." Poor, poor customer confidence in this practice. I'll never be back. A cabin air filter costs $20 at autozone & it takes less than 2 minutes to change.

So this place used to be a Jiffy Lube. I pulled in here thinking it was, and when I found out it wasnt, I was a little nervous. Any time girls handle stuff on their cars, guys always try to sell them this and that. Coming here though, everyone was so nice and professional. I just moved and this place is the closest place to me to get my oil changed. Im super happy it is, because now I dont think I will go anywhere else. If you are a female, or someone who feels uneasy going to car spots, I promise you this place will make you feel at home and at ease. Plus, everyone has a good attitude even in the middle of the desert heat.Service: Oil change

I had Valvoline replace my car battery in 2021, last day or so my car has been having issues starting. The guys here "diagnosed" the vehicle and said the battery was at an acceptable range. After my next stop car had issues again. Auto zone showed that is was a failed battery. 3 different stops and another Valvoline tested the battery an hour later and it showed to replace it.

These guys are awesome, between getting off work and heading out to California I really needed an oil change and they were professional and operated great as a team, was quick and very thorough, I will absolutely be back and recommend them to anyone

Not only was this place fast, but the customer service was excellent! All of the people who helped me out here were very friendly, personable and professional. Even though I accidentally stumbled across this Valvoline, I would definitely drive across town again in the future to come here. I highly recommend! Stopped by this morning to get my oil change done. Gabriel the shop manager was professional and helpful. The tech doing the work of inspecting the rest of my car was Robert, also very professional. They were fast but didn't rush the job. They checked my lights and tire pressure while the other tech was below doing the oil change. I will continue to go here for my oil changes, great place great team they have there.

I came today and upon asking the wait time I was informed it would take 20 minutes well one hour later I still was not done. Every man seemed to get priority and even the man behind me got to leave before I did. I watched Sergio the Assistant manager help everyone around me while I sat there with my hood open. I finally had enough at informed him I had been there for over an hour and he got me out of there in 5 minutes. Really sad to feel treated that way and ignored when he coulda respected my time and gotten me out of there without me having to complain .Service: Oil change

Tina was super nice and approachable, and everyone was quick and easy, not pushy and very honest about what I needed changed sooner than later. Everytime I go here Im treated with excellent service and no hassle. I take my 2019 ram here and they do all the fluid recommended maintence. They are cheaper and better than the actual dealer. They even care more then the dealer. Thank you guys for your top notch service.

This Specific location is the bomb! The service is amazing. Cathy the manager, Is extremely attentive, knowledgeable and patient. I love this location. I definitely came back to work and told all of my coworkers to come to this specific location. Keep up the good work you guys!

Waaaaiiiiit, was..... .....a wait !!! However, the awesome black woman (againnnnnnnn, I can say that ....because I'm Black & Creole) kept me informed about my E.T.I. (yessssssss, I made that up)E.stimatedT.imeI.n .....aaaaannnnd she was kind & knowledgeable!!! Brandon w/ the Football player physique was professional and kind!!! The black guy was counting the clock , until 5pm arrived, his demeanor was iffy ....glad he left ...would prefer "not" a rushed job !!Conclusion: On my way to nowhere that particular day , Oil change completed.....The END

The staff is rude. I waited in line for an hour to get my oil changed and they let someone who came after me get their oil change before me. I told the staff and they didn t care. I showed them my online coupon that I received from their reminder email from my last oil change and he said he didn t know if he could accept it. It s a waste of time and money to come here. I m upset and won t returnI decided to give them another chance on a less busy day and the guys who work there were super nice this timeI will come back again and hope the good service continues

I got a smog test and it was never sent to DMV. Come to find out they entered wrong VIN #. They gave me another smog however my only day off was ruined. The manager was nice about fixing it but regardless my time was wasted. If you get a smog test here, double check your VIN #.

This branch at Charleston in front of Red Rock Casino Hotel is the best Valvoline branch ever. i have forgotten my nightmarish experience at Charleston Buffalo or Torrey Pines Valvoline Branch. Thank you!
