DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible customer service. I have been taking my cars here to get oil changed for some time now. Apparently they have incompetent workers and the manager Jesse refused to do an oil change in my car. After I told him I had three receipts in my car for previous oil changes. He told me then I could speak to his manager on the phone. Was on his phone for 5 min just scrolling sounded like he was watching videos because then some video started playing. He was just lying to me and tried to show me a text message. I said you literally just told me I could speak to your manager on phone. Spoke to manager who couldn t explain to me why 6 months ago my car was worked on here. Did I mention I went there after I called to make sure they had my oil filter in stock and told them I be getting an oil change to only arrive and be told no.

Went to get my oil changed today and I must admit it was the fastest service I have received since living in Vegas for past 11 years. Thank you to the young man Daniel who made sure everything was done correctly. And thanks to the store manager for helping his crew instead of watching them work. My truck runs so much smoother.

i came in today for the first time and got an oil change that was super quick and easy. i didn't catch the staffs' names but they were all super friendly and helpful. i ended up getting my tires rotated, tire pressure checked, air filters replaced along with the oil change and my total came out to $178, not only did they get my car fixed up within 30 minutes but they also checked up on all the other maintenance related things on my car and updated me for free. thanks to the super welcoming staff i think i found my new oil change spot

Everything about this place is SCAM. They claim the dealership and my personal mechanic are both wrong about how they did their job. I've got photos of how they left it. Absolute laziness. Manager is a chooch, don't even waste your breathe with him. Reporting this place

Great customer service friendly from the start of my call to find out the location and pricing offered coupon and was very clear when explaining everything upon arriving, it was very fast service everyone worked as a team to get the job done great communication between them. Will be back soon I ll also be referring family and friends to use this location !

The guy in 2012 silver ford fusoin with tires set to 45 hahaha I appreciate you guys alot and thank you for everything you guys do!! Except last time I came u guys could fit the oil sucker thing in the engine so then u guys did it with the plug...after that I noticed my splash guard wasn't on correctly which caused it to be hinging and it dragged on the ground then I found out about. I replaced the entire bumper an the under splash pad last summer and now it's broke again...rainbow location...store # 090110

terrible experience with the rainbow location. Waited for almost an hour only to be told they did not have oil for my deVille and dismissed me with a 5 discount with telling me they didn't have anyone to get my oil and to add insult to injury ,didn't bother to check to see if they had my type before having me wait for an hour almost. That entire location is a joke full of young stagnant insubordinate children Went to the Valvoline on buffalo. "JOSH" went above and beyond and was just as busy as the other location without the long wait and gave me a 20 discount. I informed him he's gained a new customer and that i will not be patronizing the other location. All of the young men including "josh" extremely professional with my caddy. Thanks again josh !

I showed up when there was only two cars in the bay. I was told the wait would be about ten minutes. 45 minutes later, neither car had moved. No update from the staff. Everyone was slow walking and milling around. I ran oil change shops for years and I would have fired the employees or been fired for such a lackadaisical approach to a "fast service" oil change business. We used to hustle from car to car. When the hell did 10 minutes or less turn into maybe an hour two if we feel like it. It seems all the shops around town have taken this lazy approach.

Went here for my oil changed as I never had a problem with them before I moved to Vegas. The first time a few months ago they forgot to put the skid plate back on and had to call me to come back. The second time last week they didn t put the bolts back on my dust guard And I found out while I was on the freeway because I heard it DRAGGING. I had to go back and asked for some sort of refund because twice is completely unacceptable and they BLAMED me because there were scuffs on the plastic. The bolt holes were not damaged and for the cherry on top of that Sunday even if there WAS damage no one told me they couldn t secure the plate. I didn t even get my refund and I will not be going back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I am beyond tired of this place! This place is right off the 95 so it s super easy and convenient to get to for a smog check. Out of the last 4 years I should have had 16 (4 cars) smog checks here but nope only 2 because the machine seems to be always down!!! 2 out of 16 visits the machine has been down. I now believe there is nothing wrong with the machine and the people here just don t want to do any smog checks so they slap on the It s Down sign. The owner and company should definitely check into why this machine is always down as it seems too suspicious that something is down 90% of the time and yet it s not been replaced or they have not stopped offering the services.

Daniel, Jacob, & Kasey did an amazing job with my services today. Growing up with mechanics, I pretty much know what I need done with my car & they were completely honest in their recommendations. Service was pretty quick, I stayed in my car until it was time for them to do my tire rotations.I think some people don't understand how they work line as well. I was behind a car being worked on & as soon as the other line freed up, I was asked to switch over to that side. They service the cars as they come in, they pay attention it so everyone can get in and out. It is a little space as the line is in the same area as the car wash line. When you treat the people who are servicing you with respect, you're 99.9% most likely going to get that same respect back.One of the things that I thought was nice was the way they greet you farewell when you're driving off. Definitely put a smile on my face & definitely coming back here for the other recommendations they showed me. Thanks guys!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change
