Wow!This was our first experience here and wow we are definitely coming back.The oil change was definitely within the 15 minute mark but better than that it was an amazing experience for something you never wanted to do to begin with.MJ you're amazing! Very professional, excellent communication and with a pleasant demeanor and smile!I am a general manager myself and watching this crew I would feel very proud of that crews communication, hussle and team work.We were not pressured. She just asked if we'd like her to go over what our car needed at the miles we were currently at or just print it for us. She showed us our filter and if we wanted it changed and the price even showed us our oil line after they were finished. Tires were inspected as well as battery. She got some oil on the car during that and cleaned it up immediately.Great experience, thank you MJ and team West Craig, Valvoline!

If you have a mini cooper don t even bother coming here. Granted a mini is probably a harder vehicle to oil change than most but they didn t even try and turned me away. Every other Valvoline I ever went to has been able to accomplish it.

Kids work here and they don t know about cars and do not care about your car. Do not bring your car here.
